What is the max RAM supported on this labtop, ive seen 16GB in Q&A, is that total amount supported or can I install a 32GB stick?

I installed Ubuntu. i installed chrome... it had slight lags.. so I downloaded the windows installation media usb.. when i go to install win11 it says this pc doesn't meet the minimum requirements to run win11.. and won't let me install. Now what?
