Hi, Kid9. Based off Java's system requirements posted to their site, this IdeaPad should work for that use; however, it does ship with Windows 11 Home in S mode preinstalled. S mode will prevent the installation of any executable or .exe file from running on the device for security reasons. You can switch out of S mode to standard Windows 11 Home should it be necessary.

Can battery be replaced or recharged? Mine came with laptop purchase and was used once and is saying to replace it.

Hi, Wendy. Yes, the top of the pen (the darker gray end with a Lenovo logo on it) twist off and in the chamber is where you can swap out the depleted AAAA battery.

Hello, thank you for your question. There are a few accessory options including a case, and the Tab Pen Plus for drawing, notes, and more. Regarding keyboard, the M11 doesn't feature the pogo-pin connectors to use a physical connection keyboard, but a Bluetooth keyboard can be used.
