When I try to move things around in photoshop it does not respond smoothly when using my finger or stylus. Using Bamboo ink stylus from Wacom. I need precision when drawing in photoshop. Is this laptop not designed for this? I just bought it this week

Can I add a 2.5" 1TB SSD to this on top of the exist 256GB? And on the RAM can I go above the 16GB (8 exist.) + (8 new) and add say another 16GB or 32GB stick to the exist 8GB? Thanks for the response.
