Can the touch pad be turned off?

Yes, this is a Windows 10 setting. To access the touchpad settings and toggle the touch on or off type in "touhpad" into the Windows 10 search bar. Alternatively you can access this setting by clicking the "Windows" button" then the "settings" icon, and lastly selecting "touchpad"

That will depend on the requirements and compatibility of the software you want to use. The Lenovo Duet is a Chromebook and it ships with the Chrome Operating System. It is compatible with Google Play Store APPs. We recommend you check with the software publisher's web site for their compatibility with the Chrome operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.

I don't understand why the 10" inch screen version does not support RING devices when the smaller ones do. Is there a way to get around this?
