Is this laptop compatible with cricut?
That will depend on the requirements and compatibility of the specific device model you want to connect to this Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15 Laptop, model number 81X800ENUS. This IdeaPad 3 15 ships with Windows 11 S-Mode, 64-bit Operating System installed. Windows 11 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available ( and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. If you don't need the added security or you need to install APPs not available at the Microsoft Store, you can switch to standard Windows 11 Home 64-bit Operating System, at no additional cost. We recommend you check with the specific device manufacturer's web site, of the specific model device you want to connect, for their compatibility with Windows 11 S-Mode 64-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration. No. This Lenovo IdeaPad 3 14 Laptop, model number 81WH004LUS, does not have a backlit keyboard.

Does the open box version of this computer come with the same manufacturer's warranty as a new laptop?
No. A Open-Box version of this Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15 laptop, will have whatever time remains on the original 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty.

Does anyone know how to get the keyboard to work, i have tried everything suggested for troubleshooting and nothing has worked
First be sure that the screen is positioned in traditional laptop mode. The keyboard and touchpad automatically turn off when the screen is opened beyond 185-degrees. If the screen is in traditional laptop position and the keyboard and touchpad still do not work, try resetting the Lenovo Flex 3 11 Chromebook back to original factory settings. here is a link yo instructions for resetting a Chromebook: https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/183084?hl=en.
