If it has speakers then why can I not get any sound? When I run the trouble shooting it tells me no speakers are connected (Bluetooth or headphones) how can I fix this?
First, check that the system speakers are not muted. Tap the HotKey in the F1 position on your keyboard to toggle the system speaker Mute on/off. If the system speakers are off mute, but you still can't hear any audio, now tap the HotKey in the F3 position on your keyboard to increase the system speakers volume. I see it comes with Windows 11. Does it ask on first startup if you can go back to Windows 10? I know some gaming laptops do that.
