If you currently have a Microsoft Office 365 Account, you can access that existing account through a Chromebook. What is the bluetooth version on this model? I am having issues connecting devices that are capable of connecting to other devices. Also, it states this has 1 HDMI port which isn't true. It's USB-C and USB only.
