Is this compatible with myzone?
The H7 heart rate sensor works with fitness applications running on compatible mobile devices. If MyZone has a heart rate feature part of their application and if it's running on a compatible phone, then yes, it will work. does it measure activity such as bicycling or aqua aerobics
An activity like cycling, as it has the rider holding onto their handlebars, would require the user to wear the H7 heart rate sensor for it to record any meaningful data. Is this compatible with the Garmin Vivoactive? I'm not talking about the one with the built in wrist heart rate monitor but the earlier version without it.
The H7 heart rate sensor communicates on the Bluetooth Smart transmission frequency. You'll need to confirm if the original Vivoactive has the ability to receive on that transmission protocol. - Mike@PolarUSA

Will the new version of the polar heart sensor work with my 15 year old polar wrist worn heart monitor?
The H7 communicates both on both the Bluetooth frequency, making it compatible with fitness apps running on your mobile device, as well as Polar's 5 kHz 'coded' frequency which allows it to work with older Polar units and exercise equipment found at your local gym. - Mike@PolarUSA

Does this device need rechargeable batteries ? Or how does it work ?
The H7 heart rate sensor uses a simple coin style battery for power. Replacing it requires nothing more than opening the battery compartment on the back of the sensor and replacing the old with the new. - Mike@PolarUSA

Does this work on a gym treadmill it's a true treadmill

Can you set the watch for alerts to run sprints? For instance, have it notify you after 45 seconds of sprints...then walk 30 seconds with a notification...then 45 seconds for sprints, etc? Can alarm be set from watch to use as an alarm clock?
One does have the flexibility of creating targets based on time that alternate with each other. When one reaches the end of one, the A360 will vibrate on your wrist alerting you as the user to either speed up or slow down depending on what your next time target is. I see some people complaining about the band coming loose or the device coming out of the band. Is this a common issue?
