Is it compatible to iPhone 5s?
The H7 sensor will indeed work with an iPhone 5S. It is important to remember when pairing the H7 that you do so in the settings of the application you are using, not the Bluetooth settings of the phone. - Mike@PolarUSA

The only product that has latex within it are the elastic straps found on the T31 coded transmitters sold with our FT1 model. The rest of our lineup does not have any latex within it. - Mike@PolarUSA

Does it monitor my running heart rate or Heart rate at rest?
The H7 was designed to display and record your heart rate while exercising. One could wear it outside of an exercise session if the goal was to record a resting heart rate - Mike@PolarUSA

I'm a swimmer & also walk a lot. Can I wear this while swimming? Would it track swimming distance? What about heartbeat while swimming? Is there a product to use for both swimming & walking? Also, does it track your sleep?
The Loop 2 can be used in the water. It will not however track swimming distance, nor record heart rate in the water. As for it recording sleep, it will track not only the amount of sleep, but also the quality (restful or restless) - Mike@PolarUSA

The FT1, as it is very basic, offers a heart rate display only. A target zone can be set whereupon the watch will alert you, with a beeping noise and blinking display, whether or not one is out of their zone. Where can I find a replacement battery?
