Can the main console CM18445 connect to my existing 4-line Comcast system as an add-on? The existing phones are AT&T 1070 wired phones. Not wireless. Does that matter? OR does the entire phone system need to start with CM18445?

Hi - The VTech CM18445 is not compatible with another 4 line telephone system. The only compatible devices with the Console are the expansion units model CM18045 and CM18245.

i had a V-tech cordless phone. loved it. my only issue is that i need the main set to beep or alert me when i have a message . does this system do that or what system with a main set and 3 additional phones?

Hi - Yes, the VTech IS8151-4 has a message alert tone feature. The telephone base will beep every 10 seconds when there is at least 1 new message recorded on the built in answering machine.
