IvyRose - Hi, the VTech CS6949 already comes with a wall mount bracket. You need to get a standard wall plate (purchased separately) to mount the telephone base on the wall.

I have 3 phone lines right now and my phone system has 1 phone line going to each phone. The lines automatically rollover to the next line if the main number is busy (Comcast). Do you need all 3 lines going into the Vtech? Will it rollover automatically?

Bobby - The VTech CM18445 is capable of rollover as long as you are subscribed to the service from your telephone service provider. All three lines must be installed to the main Console. VTech - Baby Monitoring System - White

The camera transmits 1080p high-definition video, so you can clearly see your little one on the viewer, your smartphone or tablet. You'll feel like you've never left the room.

Every night around 3/4am the parent unit disconnects from the Camera and beeps. To reconnect I have to turn of the camera and parent unit and turn them both on again. It doesn’t matter whether it’s direct connection or wifi. Software is up to date. Help

Will this camera send a notification when motion is detected? Or does it simply start recording?

Hi - The VTech RM5754HD is not capable of recording a video when used via local model. The parent unit will notify you when there is an activity on the baby unit. You can only record a video clip when using the My Baby Pro app installed in your cellular phone.

Nick - The parent unit of the VTech RM5764-2HD is only capable of providing real time audio video and audio feeds. However, you can install the Baby pro app in your cellular phone and connect the baby monitor to your cellphone via Wi-Fi. Once paired, you will be able to save videos on the app.

How can I make the parent monitor stay on without turning off and going completely black every few minutes?

Ana - You can turn off the Sound activation feature of the VTech VM5254 for the parent unit's screen not to turn off after 50 seconds of no sound detection.
