Jessi - We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the VTech RM5764HD. The parent unit is not capable of recording videos. It can only provide real time video feeds. Try resetting the baby unit. Disconnect the power adapter on the baby unit and wait approximately 15 seconds before reinstalling the AC power. If you are still having issues with the unit, you can contact our Customer Support at 1-800-595-9511. We are open from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Mondays through Fridays.
