Hello! My current phone has a setting where you can stop or halt calls after a certain time at night. Like setting it at 11:00 pm to stop or halt calls after this time. Does this system have the same feature? Thank you

Hi - The VTech IS8151-5 is not capable of stopping incoming incoming calls at a certain time. Instead, it has a quiet mode feature that will enable you to silence all sounds during the set period of time (1-12 hours).

One of my handsets stopped working (even though it's charged and lights up). It says unable to call, try again and there's no dialtone The icon 'HS# isn't showing up like on the other 4 phones. Can I get a replacement? I only bought this last year.

How can the volume of the handset microphone be increased? There is nothing about how to do that in the manual. When the handset is used hands free, the party on the other side o the line say they cannot hear us. Help!

If I buy 5 of these units, yes 5. I want to plug each into separate phone jacks. Are the phones interchangeable from their base?

Hi - The handset on the VTech DS6151 will only talk to the telephone base it came with. However, you can interchange them for charging purposes. If you will be connecting all 5 units on the same telephone line, you can deregister the handsets from the telephone base units and re-register them to just 1 telephone base so they will all communicate to each other. The telephone unit the bigger unit that mounts to the wall does that have to be plugged into an electrical socket to work or is it the type of phone that only uses a phone cord from a jack for it to work.
