I connected this to the WiFi and tried to disconnect it from the WiFi. Now the parent monitor say it’s not connected to WiFi but the camera shows it’s connected to WiFi. I have tried resetting it and repairing it and it still shows it’s connected help!

Wait for 15 seconds before turning it on, then test the unit again. My friend gave me this monitor and I am trying to set it up but it wants to connect to her old internet and won't connect to mine. Says failure to connect. Is there a way to restart the unit so it forgets the old WiFi?

Hi - Here's how you can change the WiFi connection on the RM5752.

1. Press Menu button on the parent unit.
2. Scroll to the Wi-Fi icon, then press Menu.
3. Select Configure Wi-Fi.
4. A list of available connections will appear, select your network then enter the password when asked,

We get recorded reminder calls from doctors and dentist. How can we get those calls if we have smart call blocking in use? These calls do not usually come from the main number of the doctor's office.

Hi - You can save the phone number of the medical offices and pharmacies that uses robocalls to communicate important information in the Star Name List of the VTech IS8151-4. By entering the name of the organizations into the Star name list, it ensures these calls will ring through.
