Can you tell me more about the HRM?

Is the HRM a chest-strap or arm-strap? I like the idea of using a HRM to get better results on my fitness tracking, but I'm not keen on the idea of a bulky chest-strap. Do other ladies find these comfortable? Also... is there anyway to get the HRM bundle with one of the vivosmarts with cool colors? I didn't really want a grey or black one!

The included heart rate monitor is a chest strap. The activity tracker itself is to be worn on the wrist. It comes in the colors black and grey only.
