What is the difference between a Surface 2 and a Surface 2 Pro?
The Microsoft Surface 2 is different from the Microsoft Surface 2 Pro in that the Pro version will run with Windows 8 operating system. The standard Surface 2 will run with the Windows RT operating system. Another major difference between the two is the amount of available onboard memory. The Surface 2 Pro has higher storage capacity than the standard Surface 2.

I've read that the DVI-D connection does not really work, and you need a HDMI to DVD cable. Is this true? And if so, is a HDMI to DVD cable provided?
This monitor comes with a VGA, and DVI cable. The DVI cable should work just fine for compatible devices. If your device supports HDMI, that is another option, however, it isn't necessary.

I need something asap. my computer is dead. but i can only afford a mid-range. I am keeing in mind the 2 games that I play on computer. Second Life and Sims3. it can be laptop,desktop or All in one. As long as I can do those plus all of the general surfing, Hulu etc. Please help! Want to get it on Friday 10-4
