I don't like using cables so I was wondering if it has an option to transfer pics over wifi or Bluetooth.

This camera does not have WiFi, or Bluetooth connectivity.

Does best buy honors samsung warranty?

I bought this Tablet a few months ago in a puerto rico store and the Tablet is not working properly.

This tablet does have a 1 year parts, and 1 year labor warranty through Samsung. Best Buy offers additional comprehensive protection plans at the time of purchase, however, the Samsung manufacturers warranty is handled by Samsung directly.
