Samsung - 27" Washer/Dryer Laundry Pedestal - White
This 27" wide pedestal will allow you to lift your Samsung front-load washer or dryer to a more convenient height and will allow more storage with the easily accessible storage drawer.
Does Samsung make a 14-inch laundry pedestal?
We have clearance for only 14 inches for our new washer and dryer.
Regrettably, as of right now, Samsung only produces 15" laundry pedestals. However the actual height of the washer/dryer units can be adjusted by the pegs at the bottom of the unit, so this may still fit into your space. I would say measure the unit from the bottom of the actual unit and not from the floor and add the pedestal height. The unit should sit flush on top of the pedestal which would hopefully cut an inch from the entire setup.

Guidelines for installing pedestals
Are there safety or other concerns in mounting washer/dryers up onto the pedestals?
The main safety concern is that you follow all the instructions for proper installation of the Units onto the pedestals. Make sure that they are properly and tightly secured on the top of the pedestal, ensuring that when the units are operating, they do not excessively vibrate.

Is there a headphone jack on this TV?
I wanted to know if there was a headphone jack to hookup some small speakers or headphones.
Unfortunately there is not a headphone jack on this unit. However this does not mean you can not use headphones with the LN40B530. All you would need is a RCA(red and white tipped cables) to 3.5mm head phone jack converter cable. This way you can plug in the converter cable into the TV’s audio out output plugs along the rear of the set and have your headphone connection.
