Based on the information I have, the Chromebook cannot be setup to be dual booted from the factory, nor can it be dual booted in general.

The WIS09ABGN LinkStick is compatible for most Samsung products that will require a USB Wi-Fi dongle. Unfortunately, since that's not a U.S. model television, we can't confirm here with absolute certainty since we can only test here on U.S. models.

If you do decide to purchase a LinkStick to try it, you may want to consider your retailer's return policy and make sure that you can connect in enough time to return it in the event it doesn't work. Also, since this isn't a U.S. model, your Apps selection may be limited based on what's available in both regions. Since the PN51F5300 does not offer 3D, it will not have HDMI 1.4 which is the standard needed for the Audio Return Channel feature. However, it will have an Optical digital audio output.
