How do you get the ice maker to switch back from crushed to cubes
To switch from Crushed to Cubed ice on your RF4289HARS, touch the dispenser status icon on the home screen. When Cubed Ice is selected after using the Crushed ice feature, a small amount of residual crushed ice might be produced - this is normal. For more information, please refer to page 69 of the user manual.

Is there a way to specify the SSID when I set up this adapter?
For security reasons, my wireless router is set up to not broadcast its SSID. Is there any way to set up this adapter in this situation. No explanations of setup seem to deal with this situation.
If not, if I turn on broadcasting of the SSID, setup the TV/Adapter and then turn off broadcasting will that work?

Actually, it would be your TV or BD Player that will have the networking software needed to enter all of your network's information. The Linkstick only facilitates the WiFi connection, but it will not offer any of the options that are required for you to properly connect to the home network. That job is done by your TV's or BD player's internal software. That said, if your TV/BD Player does not support any sort of networking functionality, the Linkstick will not be able to add additional functionality. Again, the Linkstick can only facilitate a network connection to your network capable device.
However, if your device does offer network features, then you should be able to type in your non-broadcasted SSID into the TV/BD Player, which will then allow the TV/BD Player to connect to your home network through the Linkstick. Yes, the AudioBar will play audio sent from the TV using the optical cable.
Rather than connecting the audio from your game console, connect the audio bar to your television's audio out.

Does the BD-E6500ZA have 7.1 analog audio ouputs?
The Best Buy website states "7.1 Analog Audio Outputs" as a feature of this player. Given that it uses the word "Analog", it implies that this unit does in fact have the 7.1 RCA outputs, as opposed to just having a 2-channel out and/or HDMI out. However, the actual specs don't mention it, so it's a bit confusing. I'm interested in this unit because I need compatiblity with a very old 5.1 system that has only RCA inputs for audio.
I'll look into the specs posted on the website.
In the meantime, an older 5.1 system with RCA type inputs would not use the same connections as the ones it seems you want to use, or are available on this model.
Up to 7.1 audio is possible, but through HDMI cables only, and no analog cables are supported on this player.

If the apps are available for this specific model, you can access which ever Apps are available wirelessly.
Not all available Apps will be listed on the box, but compatibility with Apps can be confirmed with a Best Buy or Samsung associate.

audio outputs
im just curious, are tvs no longer manufactured with analog audio outputs? and why dont you ever show the side of the tv that has all the component ports, in the pictures?
Although I cannot speak on behalf of other manufacturer's products or on behalf of Best Buy (in regards to showing a picture of the inputs), I can say that with the majority of the new generation of Samsung TVs, only the Optical Audio Output will be available for use. However, the LN40D630 will actually offer both an optical and a 3.5mm analogue audio output (you will want to use a 3.5mm jack to RED/WHITE RCA plug cable).

Is the Wis12ABGNX adapter compatible with a Samsung Un40EH6000 TV?
Is this adapter compatible with a UN40EH6000
Since the UN40EH6000 does not offer Internet connectivity or AllShare DLNA, the Samsung Linkstick will not be compatible. The Linkstick can only facilitate a wireless network connection to a TV that already offers networking features, but it cannot add networking features to a TV that does not offer said features.
