Gmail accounts

Have two gmail accounts. One have had for years I use for email, and the other set up a few years ago when I purchased a smart phone. Currently own Galaxy SIII. Which account do I need to use to purchase from Play Store?
That's actually a question that should be asked of Google themselves. Since I only represent Samsung, I will not have this information available to me.

dose this tablet alow to use adobe flash player like would it let me do reading plus on it?

At this time, Adobe will no longer support FLASH on the Android OS.

input: pen vs hand

wondering if this is easy to take handwritten notes with?
other models are difficult b/c the palm interferes
is there anyway to turn off touch for only a pen input?
On the Tab 2, there is no way to deactivate the touch sensitivity. However, for handwriting notes, I would suggest looking at the Galaxy Note 10.1, which is specifically designed for both finger and stylus (includes the S-Pen) input.

How can you input Japanese on Galaxy Tab 2 10.1?

It seems that the Japanese language can be displayed by setting "Language". However, I could not find "Keyboard" for Japanese to input. Best Buy store associates tried to help me without success.
Although the menu options should appear in Japanese, the keybaord is English only. There should be Japanese character keyboards on the Google Play Store for download.

Transfering files

Is there an adapter that allows a cd or thumb drive information to be downloaded to the tablet?
As a matter of fact, the USB Connector adapter is available for purchase and will allow the Tab to access files from a USB device.

can I connect this tablet to my tv using a hdmi cord?

connectivity to tv?
Although the Tab 2 will not offer a dedicated HDMI port, you can purchase the HDTV adapter separately for said functionality.

what is the amount of operating memory on the galaxy tablet 2 10.1..???I only see info on storage memory

All of the Galaxy Tab 2's, regardless of size, will offer 1GB of RAM system memory.
