Does this tv have a coax connection by any chance
All current generation Samsung TVs are digital cable and Antenna ready. All of our TVs include a coax ATSC/QAM tuner that handles digital and analogue broadcast signals as well. No external boxes or equipment needed (besides the coax cable itself) to view your basic cable. However, an antenna is required for over the air broadcasts. Premium service may require additional equipment and fees. Please contact your service provider for details.

How can I get a remote?
We bought an opened box item from Best Buy and we didn't notice it didn't have a remote until we got home. Now I'm looking at the specs and it says: WHAT'S INCLUDED

Which tells me that there was no remote. Then I read the Mr Samsung answer and it says it DOES come with a remote. Should I go back to Best Buy and ask them for it or have them provide me with it? There was nothing indicating the lack of remote on the sales price. (usually they list why it's opened or discounted)
And if that proves to be futile, where can I get this remote for this TV? And where can I download the Manual?

I would suggest contacting the Best Buy store you purchased the TV from and ask them if they have your model's remote control. If they do not have it, then they should be able to order one for you through their parts department. If their parts department does not have a compatible remote, you can either use a universal remote or you can try contacting Samsung Support for more details (just visit the Samsung website for Support information).

Will this tv work in Brasil?
Planning on buying and taking it with to Brasil and want to know if it will work there or if the system is different.
All UN, PN and LN units (North American Units) will only have support for ATSC/QAM broadcasting systems and NA power systems. Since the NA TVs will not accept a PAL signal or Non-NA voltages, you will not only need a converter for the broadcast, but also for the power if you would like to use the TV in a PAL country. Unfortunately, I will not be able to recommend a specific converter since Samsung cannot offer support for products we do not manufacture.
