Solid State Drive

I plugged the solid state drive into the Serial ata hard drive but it does not recognize nor can I access anything.

Tips and help much appreciated.

The Specifications for this enclosure (in the User Manual for reference) specify an HDD (hard disk drive) must be used, not a solid state drive (SSD). I regret any inconvenience to you.

why does the tv keep shutting it self off

the tv keeps turning it self off, the remote or the power button on the tv wont turn it back on, the only way I can turn it on is when I disconnect it from the power sourse

how to open

How do I get a start up guide? I either didn't get one or have lost it.
I can open it from "my computer", but when I try to open the Microsoft Word file I get a dialog box:
"This action is only valid for products that are currently installed."
I was able to get a Word document off of it about 2 wks ago, but I must not remember how I did it.

According to the User Manual: This enclosure may house up to 3 TB 3.5” SATA HDD (Windows
Vista and Windows 7) or up to 2 TB 3.5” SATA HDD (Windows XP). Mac OS X 10.4.x or higher is also supported.

My new stereo reciever requires this to have on screen display does it have ARC?

This TV does not feature ARC.

who to use the CD

I've burned some songs to a disc. Now I want to edit it. Can I delete some songs from the disc? Can I add songs to the disc? Can I delete everything on the disc and start all over again, or once a disc is burned, is it permanent and unchangeable?

CD-R discs are not erasable, but you can record multiple sessions on them. CD-RW disks can be erased and reused numerous times. You may need disk burning software in order to erase and record CD-RW disks.
