I saw people complain about not having a remote will in come with one?

The contents of the box should be included with the product description. If no remote is listed, it is most likely not included. The unit turns off after it goes through the pictures. I don't want it to turn off, just keep cycling through the list of photos.

the picture frame turns off. I want it to continuously show pictures, always on. I am not sure what setting controls this.

This Digital Photo Frame does not have the capability to run continuously. It will automatically turn off when the maximum playback time is reached.

Specifically I would like to be able to view all photos in one folder before moving on to the next folder.

There is not currently a firmware update available for your Digital Photo Frame. I will pass on your interest in this feature to our engineers.

Why do all my pictures say format not supported?

connected to my Nikon camera via usb, no pictures will show, just format not supported

Your camera may not be a compatible memory device with the Frame. Try inserting the memory card from your camera directly into the Digital Photo Frame. Also, ensure that your photos are in standard JPEG format. You may also transfer the photos from your camera to a computer, and then to a USB flash drive or the Frame's internal memory. I hope this helps.

Insignia™ NS-19E310A13 LED HDTV: This small but capable Insignia HDTV comes with 720p resolution and LED backlighting for a crisp, high-definition picture. It is a good addition to a small bedroom or dorm room.

I have no sound.

TV is hooked up to Cox Cable through an HDMI cable. The set indicated volume level is 40. I made sure that the mute button was off on the TV remote and cable remote.

Try these steps: connect your cable box to a different HDMI port. If the audio problem persists across all ports, try connecting a different HDMI device to the port so see if you get a proper signal and audio. If you get audio using a different device, contact your cable company for further assistance. If the problem persists, your TV may require repairs. Service can be obtained by carrying your TV in to the place of purchase along with your original receipt for warranty validation.

how do i get the remote to work?

We changed the batteries and double checked they are in th right way. is there a code i need to use?

Try this: remove the batteries from your remote control, press all of its buttons, and reinstall the fresh batteries. This will reset the remote. If the problem persists afterward, please call our Product Support team at 877-467-4289 for assistance under the warranty.
