The entry-level D-Series remains bare-boned, while the V-Series is an entry point for 4K resolution. The midtier M-Series boasts some higher-end features that will appeal to gamers, and the flagship P-Series, with local dimming zones, should bring the most precise content-viewing experience.
I own a V-Series 43 inch model. It's picture is "good" but way behind my 4 yr old TCL 6-series "local dimming" 55 inch TV. I use the Vizio with a 4k Roku streaming box because the streaming options on the Vizio are mediocre. At 43 inch and below, I would now recommend someone purchase a TCL with "Roku" built-in or splurge for a real "local dimming" set of 55 inches or more.
