Easy to use, good sounding, convenient size. The rounded shape provides great strength against damage if it hits the floor by mistake. The rounded shape insures it rolls off flat surfaces with very encouragement.

Best in class contrast and black levels, great color, excellent Google TV "smart app" system. I purchased this TV at Best Buy for $150 less than the same TV with the Roku smart app system. I consider the two "smart app" systems equivalent--except the Google TV system integrates better with my Google Pixel phone. I've purchased three "6-series" TCL sets. There is no better value if picture quality is very important. Sound quality is the same as any TV--mediocre. Get a real sound system.

If you have a full-frame digital camera, the chances are it came with what's called a "kit" zoom. That's a lens that covers 28-70mm or so, no faster than f3.5 at the wide end and f4.5 or so at 50mm. That lens can't be used in low-light without a flash--and flash makes ugly pictures in dim light. This lens two stops faster than that kit lens over most of its range. Which means you can take pictures indoors or in low light outside without a flash. AND, when it does that, it throws everything but the subject into soft focus. That looks MUCH better than everything near and far being in more or less sharp focus. That's what phone cameras do.
Plus it comparatively cheap. BTW, if your camera is APS-C (Nikon DX, for insance), then the equivalent lens is the 35mm f1.8.
I also used for astrophotos with the camera on a tripod, taking 6-8 second images.

Where is the TV manufactured?

My Sony XBR-85X900H was made in Mexico. See image of product nameplate. My TV works great--and I've used three HDMI inputs, the optical output and upgraded the firmware via Sony's built-in WIFI connection. The streaming function works well also. I think you can assume that all size "x900H" Sony TVs are made in the same production facility. I have visited Sony production facilities. Each has great assembly design and scrupulous quality control. I have used a LOT of Sony TV products starting in 1970 through this year. I feel confident is stating that ANY Sony production facility makes great products.

Does this work well with Sonos?

This TV should work well with a Sonos soundbar. I have my Sony TV connected to a different brand soundbar, but I'm familiar with how to connect soundbars with TVs. I checked Sonos literature online. It looks like it says both Sonos Soundbars support an Audio Return Channel (ARC) connection. The webpage could be more clear in this regard (no wiring diagrams), but ARC is mentioned, so it's logical to suppose ARC is supported. I have the 85 inch Sony XBR-85X900H, but this should apply to any size "X900H" Sony TV. Sony designates HDMI 3 on this TV as as "ARC". You should connect an HDMI cable from the cable box (or your primary video source) to either HDMI 1, 2 or 4 on the Sony TV. Then connect a second HDMI cable between the Sony TV's HDMI 3 (ARC) jack to the HDMI jack on the Sonos soundbar. You will have two remaining HDMI inputs on the Sony TV for direct connection of two other HDMI-equipped video sources. The picture shows my connection scheme, which has video sources connected to the TV's HDMI 2 and HDMI 4 jacks. I have a soundbar connected using the Sony TV's optical digital out.

Will this lens work with a Nikon D3100? And is it good for close up and long range shots?

It will work an a D3100, which is a "DX" type Nikon camera. On a DX camera, this lens is a short telephoto. That's good for portraits (torso and head shots). It's not particularly good for "long range" shots. That's when you want an 80 to 120mm lens on a DX camera. The kit lens that came with the D3100 probably zooms out to 65 or 70mm. For long range shots, that's better than 50mm.

Will this fit my Nikon coolpix p510.

No. All Coolpix cameras have a fixed lens that cannot be removed and replaced.

Does this lens work well for sporting events?

A 50mm lens is not a great choice for sporting events. It's too wide. All the players will be very small. A 100mm lens or longer is better.

Will the autofocus work on a Nikon D5000?

Yes, this is a "G" type lens. It will auto focus with any recent Nikon digital camera, like your D5000.
I used it on my D5600. But be advised, this will perform like a short telephoto on DX cameras like your D5000. It will be good for portraits--not good for trying to take a picture of a group of people inside a room. It's not wide enough. It will have a smaller field of view than a 50mm lens on a full-frame camera. But it's still a good choice for D5000. Nikon doesn't offer a DX prime lens this fast as a DX lens.
