The drive itself is fine. The Acronis software that you have to download to use the drive for scheduled backups has been nothing but a headache. Twice so far I have had to reformat the drive because the software simply filled it up and quit working instead of deleting the older backups to make room for more as it is supposed to do. I do not recommend this product.

This is an Apple TV, and Apple TV is Apple TV. It has a lot of good points, but the remote is not very user friendly. The top half works like a touch screen that you can't see, and it really takes some getting used to to get what you want to happen going. Otherwise, it's a good unit.

instructions for apple tv remote
Not sure what the exact question is, but I had an issue until I learned that the space above the "Menu" button is like a touch pad. Finger movements up, down, left, or right, combined with pressing in the middle make navigation and selections on the screen. The other buttons are pretty much self explanatory - menu for menu items, mic for voice commands, pause/play for those functions (there's not a rewind, a voice command such as rewind 5 minutes works), and plus or minus for volume if you have set the remote up to control your TV or audio source. I have not used the button with the screen on it. I have no clue what it does. Takes a bit of getting used to, but it works. Not my favorite remote by far.
