Good sound projection, mediocre surround.

I picked up the Panasonic Soundslayer mostly to become a forward-projecting speaker for my TV - as anything has got to be better than the rear-facing, built in speakers.
The Soundslayer definitely lived up to it's name, and produces crisp clear vocals and sound quality, but since it's such a compact unit, I have difficulty really hearing any stereo or 3D surround effects.
Bluetooth pairs works as expected and the units works good as a bluetooth speaker - although I though it should be a little louder.
There's lots of talk on Dolby Atmos and soundbars. Atmos is an object-based surround sound technology. Atmos puts more emphasis on height – so much so that Dolby itself recommends you install ceiling speakers to get the full benefit. It's hard to replicate that on a soundbar - which tries to reflect the sounds off the ceiling. Panasonic gave it a good attempt, but I just don't hear it.
I hooked my Amazon FireStick to the Soundslayer and pass the video and audio signal through it to the TV. Works like a champ. No issues with lag or quality.
Overall - this is a great upgrade from TV speakers - and a first entry-level set into Dolby Atmos for those curious to see. For the price, I was hoping for a bit better Atmos and 3D Surround distinctions.

So - if you don't already have an SSD (or NVMe) drive in your system(s), you don't really have an excuse any more for being lazy. Moving away from spinning disk to Solid State is just a no brainer. Perhaps you just didn't think capacities were high enough. This 1TB Crucial SSD drive should then change your perspective!
Installation in desktop system is a breeze - nearly just plug and play - especially if you're just using for a supplemental storage drive. Laptops and all-in-one devices can be a little more tricky simply do to the density of these system - but still doable by most people. For those looking to switch to this as their primary boot drive, heading on over to Crucial.com and download Acronis True Image for Crucial. There are online instructions that are a easy to follow. Just be sure to backup your data first...just like in any upgrade. The Acronis software allows you to clone your old boot drive onto your new disk with ease (like connected via a USB adapter), then when completed, you shut down your system and simply replace the drive and boot up!
If you are not an IT Geek, you should also download and install the "Crucial Storage Executive" software you'll also find on the site. Once done, open it and navigate to "Momentum Cache" and Enable it. This is a set it and forget it setting to managing your new SSD drive.
Really - it's time to jump into SSD and get rid of the old spinning disks you have. Crucial makes this fast and easy - and the benefit is that SSD improves the performance in EVERYTHING, every day, all day. It the first upgrade to do to older systems. You can thank me later via email.

I was in need of a new toaster - and this GE 4 slice toaster fit the bill perfectly! For starters, this toaster feels like it weighs about 3 lbs less than my older 4 slice toaster! It also has a nice cord wrap/routing feature underneath - something my old toaster didn't have at all.
I've toasted both bread and bagels in the toaster - and am happy with the browning. So far - works as expected and looks better than expected!

My family absolutely LOVES back and body massages. So much so that we have two Hypervolt massagers - the Original and the GO! They are literally used EVERY SINGLE DAY.
The recent acquisition of the Hypervolt GO is perfect. It's smaller, lighter, faster to charge and easy to carry with you! Actually - when using both Hypervolt massagers at the same time - to me it feels like the Hypervolt GO has more power than the larger original model! It's awesome - as they are nearly indistinguishable.
My wife very much likes the smaller size since it's lighter to hold and her arm doesn't get tired as quickly - which means a longer massage for me!!!
Really - it's a no brainer if you're looking for a massager. Multiple massage tips, easy storage and quick charging - you can't go wrong. Try it on your calves and feet too! Love it!

I have several versions of Arlo cameras, so I'm happy to say adding the Arlo Pro4 fit in easily to my existing system. What's new with the Pro4? Well, if you don't already have an Arlo hub - you can use this camera without one! Myself, I integrated it with a hub and added it into my scheduled modes and recording rules. Works like a champ. There are plenty of other features...all listed in the product description - to me the hub-less ability stands out the most.
I haven't had it long, but battery life has held strong thus far. Image quality is great - options for Field of View include 160 degree wide and, 125 degree standard and 110 degree full. It seems to "fisheye" a bit on the higher FOV setting, but is definitely workable.
Overall - very happy with the product and would like to upgrade all my cameras to the Pro4 model!

Great picture - Poor Bluetooth

I received a 10 foot screen for my recent birthday, so I was super stoked to give the Epson - Home Cinema Smart projector a try. I was using an older projector to date - so this was sure to be a welcome upgrade.
Unboxing and initial config was easy and the picture was nice and bright! One of my pics shows displaying the image against a dark brown wall. I was immediately impressed with the brightness and quality of the picture.
The Android TV app menu seemed a bit clunky right away. I have 3 firesticks, 2 Apple TVs and several smart TVs - so I'm familiar. The built-in android TV stick is cool - but clunky.
Next - I mounted to the ceiling in my garage. That worked well and I just flipped the image so it displayed the correct way.
Next - determine whether to use the built in smart TV or my Apple TV. To save alot of time - I had to go with the latter as I could not get the Sonos Move speaker to pair with the bluetooth on the projector. That seems to be the main issue with this projector - bluetooth connectivity. So - using my Apple TV means I needed to connect another cable (HDMI cable) and remove the magnetic cover plate on the rear of the projector. Had I not needed to do that - the only cable I would have had would have been the power cable....that would have been cool.
Overall - if you're looking for a Smart Projector, I'd have to admit that I would direct you to another device given the clunky, built-in Android TV stick but mostly due to the bluetooth connectivity issues. Don't get me wrong - the picture is GREAT and it definitely has best-in-class brightness and things like vertical lens shift, it's the bluetooth that will be a deal breaker for many.

The more robust, older sibling to our Precision Vacuum Sealer. Expect a high power vacuum, reliable double sealer, built-in bag storage and cutter, an accessory port for sealing containers, and the ability to seal wet foods without worry ~ all with just one hand.

A necessity for SouxVide!

I've become a fan of Soux Vide cooking - but had mostly just used zip lock bags to cook my food. Never again. This Anova Precision Vacuum Sealer is Awesome for helping to prepare your food for its water bath! Also will be great for preserving my smoked meats for future eating.
Super easy to use and setup - it's really just the sealer machine and the roll of Anova bags. Just slide the leading roll of the bag under the cutter, seal the first end, unroll the length of bag you need, cut to length using the built in cutter, add your food, seasoning, etc and press the vacuum seal button. Seconds later - you're double vacuum sealed and good to go!
Pictures is frozen chicken wings....which I thawed in cool water inside the sealed bag. Worked great! It has convenient power cord storage underneath - thank you Anova for thinking of that.
Also included is a vacuum tube to remove the air out of compatible storage containers - but I don't have any of those for testing.
Overall - very happy with the vacuum sealer and it's worked 100% thus far! Excited to use it more for meal preparation....might try it again for Thanksgiving!

Sleek design and cool features!

First things first - this is a pricey floodlight/camera solution but has nice features and usability! Overall, if you're a techie or not and want visibility around your property, this is a super option for you!
Setup was easy - but driven through the app - not printed instructions. I have no trouble connecting to my existing base station and network.
Like others, I was forced into a trial subscription although I already have a Premier Plan already. I couldn't figure a way to opt out of the trial. Arlo should fix that.
Camera quality is awesome - and the floodlight is surprisingly bright. I've included pics in daylight, night without the flood and night with the flood.
Motion detection works well, and it was easy to integrate into me surveillance schedule.
Features: The siren is loud, the 160 degree view is sweet and the option to have it constantly powered is great - although the external cord isn't included (wish it was). Mounting on my garage (as pictured) was very easy as well.
Again - great quality camera that I'm sure to enjoy!

What more can you expect from a vacuum?

The Shark Rotator Lift-Away with Powerfins is my 3rd Shark vacuum. I gave one to my son for college, and I have another on the upstairs floor, this new one is my main floor, prime time vacuum.
Overall very impressed. I was most looking forward to the No Hair getting wrapped around the brush. I have 2 girls with very long hair in the house - and the brush on the Gen 1 lift-away is literally caked with wrapped up hair that you have to cut off nearly ever week!
I took the new vacuum into the girls room right away - did the whole floor and was impressed to see NO HAIR wrapped around the powerfin brush. Awesome! It won me over right there.
The vacuum has great suction, a nice sized dirt container, variable suction suction control, LED lighting, a long cord and a cleaning head that fits correctly on the stairs. There are another reason I've dumped by Dysons and switched to Shark.
There is one con though that nobody seems to get right. The vacuum cannot security hold all the accessories that it comes with - and there is only places to store 2 of the 3 included cleaning heads. You'd think that after all these years, find a clever place to store the accessories onboard the cleaner wouldn't be that hard. So now, they get thrown on the floor of the closet - probably never to be seen again. Let's work on that Shark! That why I gave 4 of 5 stars.
Again - love the vacuum, looks fancy, does a nice job and will work great for you too!

Awesome kitchen Appliance

I'm kinda got into cooking lately, so it should come as no surprise that I've had a chance to test out a few different multi-function air frying devices. To date - this Breville Smart Oven is my favorite!
It appears there was quite a bit of thought and research put into making this new Breville appliance. I've noticed even heating, a wide assortment of pre-programmed setting that even include the diameter of the pizza! Nice work Breville.
So far, I've made Pizza, Panko Shrimp, French Fried, and today will be cookies. All have turned out GREAT! See the picture of the pizza. I will say that no matter what device you are using, you need to double check the preset programs times. For instance, I pull my pizza out 2-3 minutes before the timer is set for - otherwise I think it would have burned it. Each device and each pizza is different.
Overall - there are many features included - you can read about it on the item description so I won't go into detail here. Suffice it to say that I'm using this device almost daily - and am very happy with it!
BTW - some of you may have noticed some green grass behind the oven in the picture. I put my over in the garage - as my wife is sensitive to the smells - and this makes it much more bearable for her!

These are PASSIVE noise cancelling - meaning the tighter you make the fit - the better the noise cancelling will be. Active noise cancelling uses battery power to help mask sounds - the JBL Free X version DOES NOT do that. Likely you will be able to hear a little of the loud music...

Well....stereo sound REQUIRES a Left and Right channel. This headset can work with just one earpiece - the RIGHT one, as the left earpiece depends on the right earpiece. So YES, you can use one earpiece, but you won't have stereo sound....

Yes - but they will work with only one phone at a time. This is standard for bluetooth technologies. You may find that if both phones are in the room and you power up the headphones, it may connect to the wrong phone. You'll have to forget the device or disconnect from them if that happens.

Trying to find a system that works in a house over 4000 sq feet. WiFi extenders didn’t work. Have a Spectrum WiFi router. What router is compatible w/Spectrum that I can use with mesh system. Do nodes just plug in? Will be used for iPads and phones only.
The great things about mesh WiFi systems is you can just keep adding nodes. You can have 2,5,8, whatever you need - then next node just needs to be withing range of the previous one. So even if you have a 10,000 sq ft home, you could have 10 nodes strategically placed all over!

If I buy this Mesh system here in the United States, can I use it in the Middle East to enhance the coverage in the home I'll be staying at, that currently has DSL?
As long as you have the right power adapters, they will work with in any location. Networking isn't any different in the Middle East - but power might be. Be sure to check on that thoroughly.

This is a 12lb vacuum - so not the lightest but it's also a combination upright, stick and hand vacuum. You can separate the pieces to make it lighter to carry - one in each hand - and can even vacuum like that. I think it's pretty powerful for being electric - and states it can run up to 50 minutes on a charge.

Once Office 2019 is installed, icons for the office products will be in your Windows start menu - and you can pin to the taskbar or desktop if you like. Does this help I'm not sure what you're asking....

Yes - you can transfer or move a purchased software from one computer to another - providing them meet the requirements of the application (like OS version, etc).
