Good Sound for the Price Range - with Lights!

The Soundcore - Flare 2 Portable Bluetooth Speaker is a solid product for an attractive price.
Easy to pair, comfortable to hold, with a solid feel. It produces good sound with strong bass (when 'bass boost' is selected). It can easily fill a large room as well.
The lights are a definite addition for festive gatherings and general mood-setting. They can be programmed according to multiple options.
As with most bluetooth speakers in this price range, the sound tends to become less distinct and slightly distorted at high volume. These are not made for hi-fidelity listening, but offer decent every-day sound at a good price - with the nice addition of lights.

I found myself more impressed with this product than I expected, but it isn't for everyone. If it's something that interests you - I'm convinced you'll thoroughly enjoy it.

The Blue by ADT - Home Security System - 10 Piece Starter Kit is an excellent choice for home security.
The recent offerings of easy-to-setup, wireless, app-based home security systems have, in general, been a great option for today's home security needs. ADT has taken the features of this product category and offered a solid, strong-performing choice.
Since a number of other reviews have gone into more depth on the ease of setup and connection - and the genuinely useful app, I won't elaborate here.
However, an undeniable advantage this system has over others is the ADT brand. Thanks to their history of installing full-service security systems in homes for years, the ADT yard signs and window stickers have long been an indication of solid protection. The Blue by ADT - Home Security System - 10 Piece Starter Kit provides that same assurance for a fraction of the cost.

Next Level of Basic Coffee Makers - Many Uses

The Bella Pro Series - 18-Cup Programmable Coffee Maker is a perfect fit for hosting groups. Using it for our church small-group meeting has been ideal. We have a large family, so it is great for that as well.
The extra quantity of coffee, plus the quick-brewing (18 cups in less than 10 minutes), make this a measurable improvement over our previous standard 12-cup coffee maker. Add the included reusable filter and the clear, easy to see, outside water tank, and you've got a great total package. The ability to adjust how long it stays on after brewing, plus being able to program it to start (within 24 hours), makes it even more convenient for a variety of applications.
I have no complaints. However, if I were suggesting improvements, I would ask for: 1) a longer cord, and 2) a detachable water tank. Maybe the next version?
This is the kind of product that takes something that's a part of your normal routine and brings it to the next level.

Good Charging Power and Cord is a Bonus

A car charger for electronics is the kind of simple product that Belkin excels at. What makes the Belkin - Dual USB-A Car Charger 24W especially nice is that the charging power is boosted and charges more quickly. That makes using it during a quick drive for a local errand worthwhile.
On top of that, it offers double charging ports so both my wife and I can charge at the same time.
Plus, the USB-A to USB-C cable makes it an even better value.

Tech-Wise Upgrade from a Regular Toothbrush

The Quip - Smart Electric Toothbrush is difficult to review. Why? Because a lot of the value lies in what you are - or are not - looking for in this kind of product. So here are my observations.
• There are units that are more powerful and feel more effective. But they tend to be bulky. I like the small, simple form factor and sleek mounting holder of the Quip.
• The app works fine - once it's set up and working. I could not get the brush to pair with the app initially. Contacted support and was told they had a backlog of emails to answer. Then was asked for the serial number of the unit - which you can't get except via the app - which I could not access. Did not hear back. Finally, I just re-installed the app on my iPhone and it worked immediately! The app is basic, but the 'gamification' feature motivated me to brush for the whole 2 minutes. It tracks your uses, brush-strokes, and intensity - which is useful if you're curious about that.
• I like the style of the unit. However, the 'power brushing' is simply a vibrating toothbrush.
I'm not really sure whether or not I would recommend this to a friend, but will give it a qualified 'yes'. It really depends on what you're looking for and what your goals are.
Either way, it is a tech-wise upgrade from a normal toothbrushing regimen.

Generally, one should never trust a person to review a coffee maker until they’ve had their morning caffeine. But this coffee maker is programmable so you can literally “wake up and smell the coffee.”
It’s easy to use and touts a faster brew—which came in very handy as we recently had guests around the breakfast table and needed just a few more rounds of coffee. It made fast work of it.
In other words, a great coffee maker.

This oven holds a generous amount of vegetables for roasting, or biscuits for baking. I cooked both recently, and the results were great.
It could just be me, but I find the controls a bit confusing. I do better with clear indicators on the knobs rather than on the screen above the knobs. That being said, I am excited to have this oven as it’s a perfect fit and needed addition to our office-turned-studio apartment. Along with our microwave, coffee maker, electric burner, and little fridge, this oven completes the kitchen equipment in our tiny home.

One of the rarely-mentioned side effects of this pandemic Is clothing shrinkage. With that in mind, the Bella Pro Series - 6-qt. Touchscreen Air Fryer has come to our rescue. We eat our air-fries, our chicken air-fried steak, and (tonight) our crispy cauliflower tacos, with just a mist of oil rather than the vat of fat normally needed.
I love the easy clean-up of non-stick insides, and with one finger tap, the temp/time controls are a snap. One great feature is the size. I put my vegetables in a cake pan inside as I’d diced my vegetables very small. This kept them from falling through the screen, and they still came out crunchy and nicely browned. Really, this thing is an amazing invention.

A Great Machine for its Class

The De'Longhi Stilosa 15 Bar Pump Espresso Machine is a great product for its class - a basic, manual espresso machine. De’Longhi makes amazing pro-level espresso machines, so this comes from a strong lineage.
There are a number of features that I appreciate in this model:
- The 15 Bar power is great, especially for frothing the milk, which is quick, effective, and powerful.
- The removable water tank is a nice touch
- The molded space for holding the alternative single-shot cup under the water cover is convenient and thoughtful
- It is simple to learn and operate
- Being used to an auto espresso machine, I initially was uncertain about the need to manually watch the espresso. However, after getting used to it, I prefer it much more as I can adjust the quantity to match whatever my current desire (mood) is.
- The 15 Bar power is great, especially for frothing the milk, which is quick, effective, and powerful.
- The removable water tank is a nice touch
- The molded space for holding the alternative single-shot cup under the water cover is convenient and thoughtful
- It is simple to learn and operate

There's no inherent aftertaste from the air-fryer, but using much less oil than usual (healthy) may change the taste slightly.

Apartment use. Currently have a TimeWarner modem router and an extender in living room. parts of living room are slow and gaps. will these replace the modem router and will range be better?
I had a similar set-up as you describe. You will still need the modem function of your modem router to supply the internet signal from TimeWarner, but if you connect via ethernet from your existing modem router to the ORBI system, you should get a stronger system and better speed. I'm not with TimeWarner, but I had purchased and was using a modem router. After installing ORBI as described above, the strength and speed of my signal increased measurably. Remember that the wifi cannot make the speed greater than what arrives via your provider, but a better system, such as the ORBI, can bring the wireless signal closer to the actual ethernet speed. That's what it did for me.

So if it comes with two, I'm assuming you have one that internet is linked to by cable and the other is used as a extender? Or do you have to have both units hooked to cable?
You are correct. There is the Router unit, which must be connected by ethernet to your cable or dsl provider, and there is the Satellite unit which connects wirelessly with the main Router unit and extends the same signal with the same wifi name.

Will this product cover a 2000 sq. ft., one level house with only one (1) WiFi Name? The reason for this question is I'm currently using an extension to my router which has given the front of the house a different wifi name from the back of the house.
Yes. That's one of the advantages of this system versus a basic range extender, with the ORBI it's all the same wifi name. Plus, if you desire, you can pick up the satellite unit and move it according to you needs. It only takes 1-2 minutes for it to reconnect with the main router.
