Best Kindle for readers with multiple interests

I've been using kindles for many years and have tried every model out there. For my purposes, the Paperwhite is the best. I have a very wide range of interests in my reading and the ease that the Paperwhite offers in creating folders to make accessing books is truly remarkable. It is so easy to switch from alphabetizing by author, date of purchase, or title of book. My eyes give me trouble on some days so I really like how easy it is to change font size and background lighting, Since purchasing the Paperwhite, I have delegated my Fire almost exclusively to the role of playing games. Almost all of my reading is done on the Paperwhite. (this purchase was actually a second Paperwhite that I use as a secondary kindle which I keep next to my bed for easy access for nighttime reading. Even though the Paperwhite is so light, having one in each of the places where I read the most is very convenient.

How is the battery life?
How long can you read (number of hours) before the battery runs out? How long does it take to charge?
The length of battery time does vary according to how bright you have your screen and whether or not you are in airplane mode. When I am away from home, I turn on airplane mode so the kindle isn't constantly searching for an internet connection and have found I can get between five and six hours of reading time. Also, If you use the Kindle covers offered by Amazon, the battery tends to run down faster ( I think it's because when you close the cover, it turns off the kindle but I think it just puts it into standby mode as the kindle tuns on automatically when you open it again)

Yes. When you register your new kindle to your amazon account, the books will load automatically, though it may take some time if you have a lot of books. (I have over 3000 books in my account and it took about six hours for all of them to load)

Amazon offers quite a number of magazines and newspapers available for subscription including many major vendors. Most offer a free trial period,
