Had difficulty finding in store so ordered online with store pickup letting them retrieve it. It is not on display with the computer or TV accesories where anticipated. I think they had it in the camera section.
My older GTC 460 card had HDMI output which the monitor would support, but the card had a mini plug. The cable designed with those terminals was a foot too short, but this worked great effectively converting the mini outlet to regular size and plugging a standard cable in.

Recently upgraded my wife's computer with new motherboard and Win 10 on SSD. Planned to use her old hard drive as a data drive but because had Win 7 on it, refused to boot with competing operating systems. Got this drive to make a pure data drive, transferring over only data. After several years my Logitech 520 started giving me problems. Was very satisfied with it and actually got another for my wife as I built her new computer. As I upgraded mine, almost got a 520 but saw this K800 on sale. Decided to step up and glad I did. Keys are much smoother and quieter. Also haven't had to recharge the battery yet which was a concern. Unlike the 529, it had an internal battery with usb charging cable ratherr than the throw-away AA. Looks like you get what you pay for and well worth the extra.

Very nice fan. Easy to install in case (front air inflow) and very quiet. With this 120 fan in the front was able to remove a 140 outflow on top which was quite noisy, not necessarily because of the fan, but due to placement on top. The front placement muffles the sound with drives or other components and get natural outflow up top rather than power pull outflow.

Needed a new power supply for an upgrade build as the existing 450w was too weak for the new i7 and GTX 960 build. First time used the semi-modular and was great leaving off unused lines. Quite an upgrade from my GTX 460 SE! This is an excellent price/performance value as most people don't need the 970 and above. My usage is primarily video rendering as I play few games. I noted that my calibration profile was not holding, and didn't think of it, but was actually the GTX 460 card as it aged, not the monitor. With the GTX 960, the calibrations has been holding steady both with the old monitor and later as upgraded the monitor for 4K that the previous card wouldn't support.

Great Performance

Wife complaining that her 15 y/o computer was sluggish - duh. While she uses it minimally, when she does use it, she doesn't want to wait around. My 4/o Sandy Ridge i7 machine performing nicely, so rebuilt mine with a Skylake i7, and built hers out with the spare parts.
Bought 2 of these, one for each build. As mine was originally set up SSD+HD, I knew it was a screaming machine when putting programs on the SSD and data on the HD. I was not disappointed with the fresh Windows 10 build...and no more complaints from wife about sluggishness. In the rebuild I did discover a slight issue. Mine was no problem as the existing HD was dedicated to data, and just simply hooked it up. Hers was a singe HD with everything on it. When I tried to hook it up as a secondary drive there was a conflict with Windows 10 on the SSD and Windows 7 on the HD and refusing to boot. Ended up buying another HD and transferred the data files to it. All computers should be built that was, SSD +HD!

Core i7 vs i5? while I don't need a gaming machine, I do need that level for video rendering. While the i7 and i5 are similar in processing speeds - particularly for the non-K version of the i7, the multi threading capability of the i7 is where it stands out. If I had built a new Skylake machine for wife, which was a consideration, I would have used an i5 for her ans her useage does not have the demands as mine.

If used “wired”, is there such a thing as a 25’ wire? What kind of battery does it take? If battery is not replaceable, how much does it cost to replace? How do you charge the battery? If USB cable, can that connect to the Sony TV, Model XBR-55X850D?
Good luck finding any wire, short or 25' long. Most headphone use a 3.5mm audio jack on both ends. Bose, in their wisdom, elected to keep one side the industry standard 3.5mm so could plug into something, but elected to downsize the jack on the headphone to 2.5mm. Best Buy does not carry any 2.5 to 3.5 cables, but can find some online, but not certain about the 25' length. The USB cable is for charging and transmits no audio, so youd do little good hooking up to a Sony TV...other than charging the headphone.

Most recent Apples that are Intel based can read and write to a Windows formatted drive. In fact I have a Lacie portable hard drive with the primary partition formatted for Apple OSX, but a decondary partition formatted for windows. I have to move files into that partition if I want to have Windows see it for transfer, while Apple can see both formats.

i have a Lenovo k330b desktop. I wonder if this grahpics car would be compatible with it.
Couldn't find manual on Lenovo site so will require taking cover off to look. From specs, appears that is a Core i3 machine using on-board video. Yes, this will be a significant upgrade. Now, with the cover off, to see if will work...
1) The first two PCI-E slots (from center of computer - not bottom) should be free. You plug into one but physically requires 2 slots. (If occupied - which doubt, would be another video card and your monitor cable comes from it, but will be discarded). This is a long card so make sure has clearance to fit lengthwise.
2) Power Supply. Manufacturers are notorious for putting in barest minimum power supply so may need to upgrade. Card specs state 400w required and should be sufficient on an i3 machine but suggest 600w. Make sure the existing power supply has a spare power line for the card, either 6 or 8 pin, adapters are included.
3) Finally, disable the on-board video. Relatively easy and should have instructions from Lenovo manuals or a support ticket.
