From opening the box to operating the first cleaning session, everything was easy and simple. The box does not come with unnecessary packaging and the app syncing set up is fast. I already have an eufy security system and I am happy I was able use the same account without a problem.
I live in a 1250sqft apartment, and I was pleasantly surprised by the suction power of the twin-turbine. For seeing the results, I have run multiple auto cleans sessions, and then use my handheld vacuum to see how good of a job the eufy Clean X8 Pro did, and so far the handheld vacuum rarely picks up any more dust, hair or missed trash. Very happy so far. It used to take me about 20 minutes to my handheld vacuum to do all my house and this X8 Pro does it in about 30 minutes.
My dogs hair is long and I have found that the vacuum does a good job in both the carpet and hardwood floor. I really like the feature in the app that allows you to run an auto clean or select a room or multiple rooms in the map you want to clean. This is great and a new feature for me which I am enjoying a lot.
The self-empty station that comes with it also works great. Once it’s done cleaning it goes to the station and makes the deposit. The suction power and sound is loud but it does not go on for long. It’s quick and does a decent job of getting everything from the vacuum. My only complaint here is that they designed the bags to not be reusable, but I will probably try and reuse mine as much as I can because I don’t want to pay a fee each time it gets full.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied and would recommend this to family and friends!

Great for traveling or for your nightstand.

I was hoping this would be a little firmer as the picture shows it is almost like a hard plastic, however, it’s almost like a rubber texture that feel thin but when you attached the watch charger and phone charger, it feels a little better.
The good is the color and how lightweight this is for traveling. I think the white really goes with that famous white found on Apple products, so from the start this feel like it’s meant to go with your Apple chargers. I appreciate that I can fold this and quickly throw on my backpack when I am traveling. I found this helpful especially when visiting family this Thanksgiving. That said, I did need to buy a Magsafe charger because it does not come with either charger. I already had my watch charger, but I purchased the Magsafe to go with this kit. I find that it’s handy to have this laying on my bedroom to charge my AirPods, iPhone and Apple watch, and so although it’s intended for traveling, it doesn’t look bad at all just sitting on my nightstand.
I highly recommend this because of how useful it is but you will have to buy the Magsafe charger if you don’t have one just keep that in mind! That’s an extra $25-30 dollars depending if you find it on sale like I did.

I have been wanting a smart doorbell to go along with my front-door camera that I already have installed, and I am happy to share that this Arlo Smart Doorbell has meet my needs and provided more features than I was expecting and will probably not use regularly.
First, the unboxing and installation process was super easy. I decided to go with the wireless option and purchased the Arlo Chime 2 to pair it with. The pairing and installation was fast and smooth just as it should be.
Arlo’s app and software is also very intuitive and easy to navigate. I already had an account so I just signed in and added this device to my list of devices and I was quickly seeing the video shown from the 2k camera in the doorbell.
Features like the night vision and the 2k camera are essential to be able to see a clear picture. In addition, the 2-way audio feature is nice but I honestly don’t think I will be using this that much. I don’t foresee myself using this to communicate to people at my door. It’s cool that is there, but I feel like that’s just too much for me. If I am not home then I’m just not home, no need to speak to someone waiting at my door.
I can’t speak to how long the battery lasts since I just recently installed it, but fingers crossed this thing will last more than a couple of months without needing to be charged again or else I’ll probably have to wire it in.

Camping and rafting trips just got better!

I enjoy going on weekend camping trips and rafting trips with my girlfriend, and usually bring with a couple power bricks to charge our tech stuff on the go. Usually, my speaker and my drone are the first things to die and the only way to charge those are with the car because the power bricks are just not strong enough. Thanks to Anker, I don’t have that problem anymore!
The first thing that surprised me was the size. After looking at pictures online and even at the box when it arrived, I thought it was going to be big and a bit unportable, but after unboxing this I was happy to see that it’s the size of a larger portable speaker. I almost wish it even had speakers because it would be a perfect addition for the size.
Now for the performance. I brought this with me to a 2-day camping trip, and I brought my drone, camera, speaker, and 2 cellphones, this thing didn’t even break 50% when charging all these. I am hoping that this will stay the same as it’s getting colder and I bring it on colder camping trips.
The built quality is great. Anker makes good quality products. I owned plenty of their iPhone gadgets and never been disappointed. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to stop worrying about having enough juice for your devices on weekend camping or rafting trips. Super stoke for future adventures!

Perfect for watch parties and movie nights!

This is my first projector and I have been wanting one for a while, but what has kept me away was how big and loud they get. Fast forward to today, I am glad I waited because the Samsung Freestyle is compact enough to even take it with you to places and the design is clean and small enough to not have to put it away after viewing what you want to see.
I have placed mine on the top of my bed frame and project it to a white wall and the quality is amazing. My room stays dark for most of the day, so brightness is not an issue for me. I have an OLED 4k TV on my living room, and obviously the project is not as bright or as sharp as the tv, but it’s perfect for my lazy movie/game days in the bedroom or to bring it to a boxing match party. I decided to bring this to my brother’s place to watch the last Canelo fight, and it honestly surpass my expectations and everyone at the watch party loved that I brought it.
Setting it up is super easy. I am new to the Samsung interface, and I did not struggle. I did move around some of the settings to keep this at peak brightness and pop more color, so I recommend you doing the same to find the settings you like and meet your needs.
The Gaming hub is a welcomed bonus, but I am not a fan of monthly gaming subscriptions and streaming games reduces the video quality, and so I don’t see myself paying for this on a monthly basis, but if that’s for you, I would say the games run smooth and with no stuttering. I did AirPlay with my phone and laptop and was able to play games this way. For being a Samsung projector, I love how easy it is to connect to my phone and laptop which are not Samsung.
Overall, I am loving the projector and have recommended to two of my friends already. I am looking forward to the next boxing fight or even family gatherings to watch movies in the basement.

Cool & nostalgic but not for serious photography!

It’s a cool little camera that you should know it can’t be taken as a serious camera. Depending on what you’re going for, this can be good. I am a millennial (35) and these give me nostalgia from those middle school days, but I was expecting the photos to have more light in them specially when using the flash. Unfortunately, the flash does not do much to pop some light into the picture. That said, if you’re wanting to have some nostalgic, low light, polaroid style, instant photos than this could be cool. I have taken some photos of my girlfriend and my family, and I just put them on my fridge and in my home office. As long as you don’t have high expectations that these photos will look better than photos coming out of our new phones and more like an instant camera from 2002, you won’t be disappointed.
As far as the quality built, it’s all plastic that doesn’t not feel very sturdy. I am afraid if this gets dropped when taking a picture, it will break and possibly not work anymore, so don’t drop it! As far as instructions, there were not many but it’s also easy to set up or maybe that was the case for me because I had one of these back in the day.
All in all, it’s cool as a nostalgic toy but not a serious camera. Don’t leave your phone or camera at home if you’re bringing this out to a camping trip or some social event, you might to have clear and quality pictures and some nostalgic polaroid pictures as well.

There are so many phone screen protectors out there, and I’ve had a hard time finding some that are durable enough for me to throw them in my jeans or near my keys and not worry that it will be scratched immediately. Thankfully this project so far in 2 weeks is doing a good job of not picking up scratches as easy.
The package comes with two screen protectors and installation was smooth and easy. It includes your typical cleaning materials to remove dust before installation. It also comes with a phone holder for you to align the screen with your phone and get a perfect alignment. I appreciate this because I really like to go for a look that seems like the screen protector is not even there.
I have not dropped it on purpose to test it, but glass feels sturdy and thick enough to protect a decent drop. However, with these new 15Pros, the screen curves a bit so I am worried that the corner could still crack depending on how it lands, but this won’t be the fault of the screen protector. To avoid this, I would just recommend using a case and the phone will be super protected.

It’s hard to know if a clear case will survive the test of time and not get yellow, but 2 weeks in, this case is looking just as clean and clear from when I got it. The fit on the 15P is perfect. It feels super sleek, and I like that feel, but be careful because it can be a little slippery! I have the natural titanium and this case is perfect for it because I can still appreciate the beautiful color without being worried that if I drop it I might damage the phone. I have dropped the phone on purpose in carpet and nothing happened to the case or the phone. I am not going to drop test it on concrete because I don’t want to run the risk of damaging the case, but I do feel like the case would project the phone from waist and ear height. I have used a clear case in the past from expensive makers that charge like $50 for a clear case that still ends up going yellow, and so this one is way more affordable so if it ends up going yellow I won't even be mad, but again so far it's looking just as new 2 weeks in.

Works great if you have long hairs, but I wish it did a better job of removing shorter hair. Personally, I do not like going more than a couple of days without shaving my legs, and I found this epilator had a hard time removing the short hair from my legs. I did not measure the hair length since it’s so short, but I usually shave every other day with a razor, and I was hoping this would reduce my reliance on a razor. Unfortunately, I don’t think I will reliably use this for shaving my legs. On my armpits, the epilator did a little better, and my guess it’s because those hairs are a little longer, so easier to grab. I did not use this on my face and did not try to use it on other gentle areas.
Overall, I would recommend this to someone who does not mind letting their leg hair grow enough for the epilator to be able to perform and remove the hair no problem.
As far as the quality built and design of the product, I really like it and appreciate that is charges quickly and that there are no wires in the way. The traveling bag is a nice touch to put it all in there for easy storage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
