Does what it's meant to do

Great Product. It allows for tilting of the phone at a great angle. Keeps everything in arms reach without having to resort to using a window mount (that normally comes off in my car if the window gets hot), also better than the cup holder mounts---like really where am I supposed to put my drink and gum if there's a phone mount in one of the cup houlders?
My only issue with this vent mount is that it scratches the vent on the part that allows for adjusting the mount up and down but I simply circumvented that by adding an adhesive felt pad (the kind you use to keep things from scuffing tables/furniture---it was a $.25 fix)
Overall and aside from the cheap modification it's a great product.

What's great about it: reliable and easy to use
What's not so great: scratches vents if yours is painted plastic.
I would recommend this to a friend!
