My old case wore out and I needed a quick replacement. This one is not as good as the one I had before, but it works. It's less flexible and doesn't rotate the iPad to vertical position which I found I now miss. That's the only reason I dropped it to 4 stars from 5. Micro SD card for my GPS

I have lifetime maps on my Garmin GPS, but it's getting a bit old. Last time I downloaded an upgrade, Garmin told me I could either add a memory card to the GPS or accept only a partial load of the United States map.
This Samsung card happened to be on sale, and it is as large a memory card as the GPS would accept. It plugged in to the side port on my GPS and the system recognized it immediately. I have future-proofed my old GPS for a few more years.

We replaced a Hoover vacuum which was nearly new, but was problematic for several reasons. In any case, the feature we like most about this vacuue is it's ability to separate the floor unit from the vacuum system so the canister can be carried up and down stairs for cleaning.

Great upgrade from my Fitbit Zip

I'd been using a Fitbit Zip for some time and appreciate the information it provided about my activity. It had two routine problems, regular need for a $6 battery replacement and occasional failure to connect to my smartphone.
For my birthday, I purchased myself a Fitbit One. It's rechargeable battery goes for over a week without needing a recharge and I don't need any more $6 batteries. Also, my occasional sync issues have disappeared. The only sync problem I had was fixed by restarting my smartphone once.
The One provides more tracking information than the zip as well. It's clearly worth the extra $40 or so in purchase price over the zip.
Fitbits also sync with my nutrition app, Lose It! so it's a win-win solution for nutrition and activity tracking.

This product was on sale and it included everything I would need to install it leaving two circular holes in the sheetrock where you can place the included connectors.
All tools are provided to make connections work. I ended up returning the item that I'd ordered online because I had already made standard outlet sized holes in my walls to accept standard size outlet boxes.
As these outlet plates are circular and smaller, they would not cover the holes I'd already made.
The kit includes a tool that will cut the correct size hole in the sheetrock, and had I waited to make the openings in my wall, this product would have been perfect for my application.

Better than the S10-HD

I purchased this product to replace the Motorola S10 headset due to the fact that the S10 has inadequate volume when trying to use it in noisy environments.
The S11 works fine and I would have given it 5 stars, except I can't always figure out when it's turned on. It appears you have to push the power button twice to turn it on like the S10, but I end up watching the device I'm trying to connect to see when it connects as the blue indicator is slow in indicating power on.
Sound quality is excellent for my purposes, listening to music while working out, mostly.

Nice upgrade from my Galaxy S3

Mostly, the S5 is a larger S3. I found a slightly different interface.
What I like about the S5 (compared to the S3)
Longer battery life. I no longer worry about running out of battery by the end of the day.
Brighter screen display.
Uses Chrome instead of the Internet app.
More water resistant.
The camera is much improved.
Dislikes:
Cannot cycle screens in a circular fashion. Pages don't "loop" so you have to go back instead of going around to the first page. Minor annoyance.
Though the USB 3 cable provides a faster charge, it's heavier and bulkier. I had to buy a new car charger cable as mine did not connect even though it's supposed to.
The left menu button works differently and is less intuitive with it's new dual function.
There is a cover over the power jack that is needed to insure better water resistance. It seems flimsy and I expect it to break any day (though it hasn't so far.) As new as it is, the cover doesn't quite close properly, so I wonder if it really would stop water from entering the phone through the power jack if I did drop it in water now.
There is no more "hot spot" app. I now have to go to settings>More Networks>Hot Spot to turn on the hot spot. Now a 3-step process when it was a 1-step process in the S3.
All of these are minimal annoyances considering the advantages, I am very happy to have made the upgrade.

I was told these two speakers can connect without wire and do so over bluetooth. Is this true? If so, how do I do that?
Like all bluetooth devices, your speakers must be paired with your music player. The process is no more difficult than with any other bluetooth device and it works well, delivering high quality sound. Instructions to pair were included in the documentation that came with the speakers.

Since these are powered, can I just get a 3.5mm outlet connection from my laptop with rca connections and plug into the rca input of the powered speaker and use them for my laptop computer?

Since I use a therrmometer to determine when the oil is ready, I consider the miscalibration to be a minor issue.
