Packs a punch!

Technics is legendary brand in the audio world, but it seems that for along time they fell out of the spotlight. The last several years I have started to see more and more of their products come back up, and this stereo system is one of them. Me personally I prefer a receiver and some tower speakers to listen to music to, but my wife always has issues using that so we were looking for something to have in bedroom to listen to music. When we got the package and opened it we were surprised at how good it looks. Even though it’s mostly plastic it looks and feel extremely premium and that was even before turning it on.
Once we got it set up and going I was very surprised this little thing has some big sound, it’s kind of amazing the sound you get from it. My only complaint is the bass can get a little muddy depending on the song you can adjust your eq a bit and it helps but it’s not a big deal overall.
This device is amazing with how easy it is to use and how good it sound I would highly recommend it for someone looking for a stereo system to listen to music.

Smoothies, Smoothies, Smoothies!

I use a blender in my house almost everyday day whether it be making smoothies, or a sauce or even occasionally making cookie dough the life my old blender lived was a rough one. So as I was looking for a new one I wanted something that could do everything I needed but also use different size containers. When I make myself a smoothie I do not need the hug container so the fact this blender has the smaller one person containers for drink is great, those size containers also work well for making sauces when I’m cooking, and the fact they are so easy to clean makes it much better to use. The new sense blend works decently well, I tend to just switch over to manual mode but I never had any problems with it. The blender is relatively light and the suction cups on the feet help keep it in place and not let move around. Overall this is a great blender that can blend anything I throw at it. If your in the market for one I highly recommend getting yourself this ninja blender.
You can plenty of containers to let you make what you need without having to keep cleaning it each time.

Amazing hardware held back by OS

It’s about time there was more competition in the tablet space. This Samsung tablet is amazing the design the screen and the performance is great and is a welcome change from the other major company making tablets.
Thee design of this tablet is amazing how thin and light it is while also feeling and looking extremely premium. The fact you get the stylus in the box is awesome.
The OLED screen is gorgeous and the aspect ratio makes sure most of the screen is filled when you are watching media.
Some of the issues with the tablet really hold it back from competing on a grander scale with the competition and that is the OS android really needs to get it together when it comes to tablets, I have had apps crash or just randomly open up on their own or not scale properly. You have this beautiful OLED screen with HDR but google own service for watching movies does not do HDR and several apps don’t do either like Disney plus. Which is a big shame because the screen looks great when watching a movie in hdr.

There is no charger in the box it does have a cable but no brick, no the end of the works but for such a high end product having a charger would be nice.
It does have expandable memory which is very convenient and helps out if you have a lot of movies or work to save.
Overall I really like this tablet and it’s by far the best Android tablet ever. I hope Samsung and Google continue to improve the software for tablets because it’s the one thing holding them back to really compete in this space.

Amazing Powerhouse PC

It’s amazing how much has changed in the gaming pc space just in the last couple of years, laptops are no different just a couple of years ago if you had a gaming laptop it was probably humongous and as a loud as an airplane. Now they are much closer in size to normal laptops and much quieter.
This Helios predator accomplishes both is it big yes it is but it’s still a very manageable size and give you a great looking big screen.
The fan noise is where this laptop really shines. Yes if you have it plugged in and in turbo mode maxing everything out it can get kind of loud. But if your not in turbo mode I found it to be pretty quiet.
Which is pretty amazing because the performance you get out of this pc is amazing. even running off the battery I was able to play several game such as Forza horizon 5 at max settings and get a solid 60fps.
Battery life is ok this is the one area that it fall short compared to regular laptops even just watching movies and tv shows the battery still drains a bit quickly but with all the power it has it is understandable.
If your looking for a powerhouse pc to play anything and everything this is it you won’t be disappointed with a beautiful screen and powerful hardware this is the gaming pc to get

Solid pc to fit all your needs

I know pre built a get a bad rap, but in reality they serve a good purpose of helping people that want pc but don’t know enough or don’t care enough to go through it all to build a pc. The fact that the package arrives and i was setup and ready to go in less than 30 minutes is great.
While this is not a cutting edge get your the highest end best graphics in. The world you’ll be hard pressed to find a game you cannot run at a good frame rate and not look good. Everything I tired it ran great.
It’s also much quieter than my previous pc and that one was water cooled on the cpu compared to this one which is fan cooled. I thought that would lead to an increase in sound but it’s incredibly quiet. It’s not a big deal but my one gripe is they make the pc look quite nice and the gpu is a full off the shelf one but the ram looks like generic cheap ones that just clash with the other items that give the pc a premium feel. Again this doesn’t affect performance it’s just a weird visual thing.
Overall this pc is great it can handle pretty much everything you can throw it at it. It’s very quick and quiet and the fact it doesn’t have as large of a case as some gaming pc have is quite nice.
I highly recommend this one if your in the market for a pc

Almost Perfect 1st Attempt

Let me start with this, regardless what device you get the future for these handheld gaming pc is extremely bright, and having so much competition always ends up benefiting the consumer. That being said I want my review to be about the Rog Ally and not compare it to anything else.
Let me start with this The ROG Ally is amazing and having this amount of power and flexibility in my hands is amazing just playing some games I would usually play on the big tv be able to play them on a handheld with very few concessions is awesome, but that doesn’t mean it’s perfect or without faults.
The hardware is amazing from the comfort to the build quality it looks and feels good the sound is unbelievable for the size and that fact that the handheld is generating so much heat but you never feel it is a testament to the design. The screen looks gorgeous, yes 720p on a handheld is fine but there is definitely a difference you can see when you have the games running at 1080p.
Being that is runs windows give it so much ease and flexibility to run all the games and programs you want. I have yet to run into an issue where I couldn’t play a game, but that leads me to my first issue with the device.
Being a windows pc is a gift and curse yes I can run pretty much anything because it’s just a pc bad news is sometimes it takes messing with settings to get it running well, which makes it hard to recommend to anyone that does not have familiarity with playing games on pc. It’s also not the easiest to mess around with your settings on out without plugging it to a monitor and use a mouse and keyboard to go in and adjust things.
Battery life is also not great but at this point in the cycle for these handhelds it’s also not unexpected. Armoury Crate is good but not great at this Point, but even with these issues I am loving my time with Ally and even more excited for the future, I know things will get better with more updates and while I never recommend something based on the future this is good enough now to warrant a recommendation.
The future is here and the future is bright come join in on the fun and pick up an Ally.

Solid pc that does everything well.

Solid. The one word to describe this pc is solid. Is it cutting edge top of the line pc…no it’s not but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t have value, and that it won’t work for most people. The one let down on the pc is the graphics card it will pretty much run everything but your pretty much limited to 1080p and might not always hit 60 depending what settings you use for your game. Which is a bit of shame because everything else on the pc is really solid.
Now with that being said my son has been using this to make his movies with adobe premier and so far it’s been great no issues and runs pretty smoothly and quick. If your a light gamer that needs a pc for productivity but still want to play games this is a great pc.
The case is solid has a lot of I/o ports that work great, it was nice having all this ports right in front . It has good ventilation a little bummed parts seem to more of the generic kind that any particular brand but overall the pc run great.
So while not the most top end pc in the market m. It is still a great value for this that want to play games but don’t need it for anything above 1080p

Amazing Monitor that falls short of perfect

The last couple of years there have been better and better gaming monitors, and we have some amazing monitors available now, but they aren’t without their faults. I would put this monitor in that category it’s amazing but it has a couple of flaws.
Let me start with picture quality, the image looks amazing, the contrast give it such a great 3 dimensional image you really do feel the space between objects, and while not a super bright monitor and it has some trouble in a bright lit room in the middle of the day, it was never so bad it was unusable, the motion is great didn’t have any issues with ghosting, blur or latency with my pc or my consoles. You will find very little to argue about the picture quality but I have two gripes. The first in standard non hdr the picture tends be slightly over saturated towards red and adjusting settings is not the easiest thing to do on the the monitor, but the oddest thing to me was how miss less color the tv had when it would kick into hdr the lack of brightness and the dip in saturation is noticeable. Image still looked great but it was definitely something I noticed.

Monitor works great with console was able to take advantage of the refresh rate and resolution on my series x with this monitor.
I am little disappointed no speakers on the monitor even if they weren’t the greatest it would have been nice to have something even for consoles when plugged in.
Overall I really like this monitor it looks great and works great. Everything I have thrown at it looks and plays beautifully on it. There are just some little things that keep it from being perfect

Amazing headset for multiple devices

Headsets can be so difficult to find the “pair” for you. Comfort and sound are big factors that go into the headsets you want to use all the time. I have owned several headsets that sounded amazing but were not very comfortable to me and I just didn’t use them or sold them.
Which brings me to these Logitech headset, they check every box for me.
Comfort? Check the stock leather type earcups are extremely comfortable and while your ears may get warm they never got too hot or uncomfortable, the great thing is Logitech includes some softer fabric type pads and while I don’t like that the sound changes so much the fact they include them is awesome.
Sound? Another check these sound awesome and the imaging on them is great you can easily pick out footsteps or sounds in the games you are playing.
Multi device functionality? Check while it doesn’t support Xbox Wirelessly these now have a 3.5 aux port so you can use them in passive mode for the Xbox and they still sound great this way. The dongle works great with the other consoles and Bluetooth works and sounds great.

Great entry level laptop with not great screen

There are some things that I feel in tech should not be this bad anymore but on occasion still are and I just wonder why. I have had several ASUS laptops all at different price points and they have all been great.
So it was shocking to me that this laptop works and runs so well yet it has such a terrible screen.
At times the laptop is close to being unusable especially if you are near a window and have direct light hitting it.
There are several other devices that compete with these laptops that have way better screens.
It's just so disappointing because everything else with the these laptop is pretty great even for being an all plastic build it's a solid built laptop very light. It's quick is able to run any programs I need for work and my kids school.

They will work on PS5 but the volume wheel does not work to control the volume you have to use PS5's digital control to change it.

I am interested in the new LG UP970 4K Blu-ray player. the limited info out now indicates it has two HDMI ports out. one is 2.0 and the other is 1.4. my question has to do with the slower one. is this full spectrum, both audio and video?
The First Port Is For Video and Audio and the Second Port IS for Audio only as I understand. The Point of the feature is so you can connect your 4K tv to get all of the features and benefits of 4K UHD but if you have a receiver that cannot pass that through you can still send Audio to your receiver.

Can google home speak or answer to foreign languages. Google now does speaks multi languages, but I don't know about google home can do this. I know Alexa can't speak foreign languages.
In the Options menu I only see option for the assistant language to be in english
