Installation:
To install this Level smart lock I really recommend that you take your time because at the early stage of my installation I had a few moments of difficulty. I was able to troubleshoot and get it installed.
My first problem was I misread the compatibility guidelines to ensure that my current dead bolt meets the specifications.
I had to make adjustments to the 2 3/4 and also purchased a new dead bolt lock to fit over the hole I made larger.
I believe the installation will be a little quicker for most people if they don’t make the same mistake that I made.
I think I would have been better off with the level lock set instead of the level bolt because the level lock is the complete deadbolt set.
Functions/Features:
Being able to unlock my door without a key and still feel safe is a convenience that I would not give up.
I don’t have to worry about lost keys because I can add or delete access to users anytime I want and feel at ease.
My favorite thing about the level bolt is the ability to unlock the door using my iPhone using the level home app or the Apple HomeKit.

Presentation:
Opening the package containing the Surface 4 laptop helped me enjoy the upscale packaging that I’m sure Microsoft was aiming for. The employees took there time to make sure every inch of the boxing process was perfect. I took my time to live that moment longer.

Setup:
After removing and opening the Surface 4 laptop out of the box I was greeted by Cortana (Microsoft’s personal voice assistant). Cortana walked me through the initial setup and all I had to do was speak and she took care of the setup. The choice to click and manually make the selections is also available.

The Surface 4 laptop feels great to handle and weighs less than 5 pounds. I decided on the aluminum Matte black color and it looks fantastic. I don’t see it attracting fingerprints on the housing unless filthy hands get to it but it will be more for my personal use with school. For now I do Zoom meetings for school and the 720p front facing camera is perfect for it.
The Surface 4 is equipped with a 15 inch crisp, and clear HD display that’s made for just about anything in touchscreen. Movies look amazing and browsing the web in 2496x1664 resolution detail make all the online shopping experience better and safer because I’m at the comfort of my home.
This is faster than my other laptop from a well known company and it weighs less.

The MetalCraft Ear/Nose Trimmer does exactly what it is intended to do and it does it well in my opinion.
No more hair sticking out of my nose because I have a good nose trimmer that will cut the hairs and it does it painless.

The feeling that I get when I hold the Nose Trimmer compared to the rest of the Collection is not as good.
It feels like it’s made with lesser quality material for the housing.
This Nose and Ear Trimmer may be good to have if you don’t already have the All-In-One Trimmer. It will not get much use from me but it works. There are other options from this collection obviously and for me this is not it.

My favorite All-In-One Trimmer

The MetalCraft All-In-One Trimmer does it all with the included attachments. This is great for traveling because it has a lithium ion rechargeable battery. It is lightweight and has enough power to style you completely.
Here are a few of my favorites about the All-In-One:
-It has a conveniently located button to turn it on/off.
-The size and weight is just right for traveling.
-It’s cordless and have a rechargeable lithium ion battery.
-Blades that sharpen itself while using the trimmer.
-The shell of the Trimmer is metal and not plastic or aluminum.
-It can stand upright with no holder to save counter space if you leave it out.
-It cuts quietly and sharp enough for great haircuts.
As of now I think this Trimmer is incredible. I’m reviewing this after a week of use so time will tell if the quality matches up. This is my favorite out of the collection.
Conair please make something better to store the attachments. I think the MetalCraft Collection deserves something better than a sack.

Great For Any Skill Level

This is a step up from the usual home use clippers. It is almost barbershop quality. I’ve been cutting my hair and beard for years now so I can tell when I found the one. The MetalCraft collection is close to being perfect but not close enough to get me the “shape up” I was expecting with the clipper.
The MetalCraft clipper is great for trimming and styling but I cannot get it to cut close to give me a sharp edge. I did used the adjustment taper control lever on the side to move the steel blades close but it doesn’t adjust close enough for me. The blades are sharp and cut effortlessly but would be better if they could get adjusted about an 1/8 of an inch more. I will be looking to see how to make that added adjustment if that’s possible. If that cannot be done I think Conair should add an edger to the MetalCraft Collection.
The 8 attachments are good to have and allows me to get just about any look I desire. The on/off button is a nice touch compared to a switch. I like how quiet and high quality the clipper is and I look forward to using it more but for now maybe just for trimming until I can make the adjustment.
I do like the 6’ feet cord because it’s a clipper. I think having the cord is good because I don’t have to worry about loss power from charging, I simply plug it in and I’m good to go.

There is not much included in the box but I did get everything to get me started. It’s nice to get a filter included but for the cost of the unit it would be nice to get more than one.
Setup:
To do basic setup without connecting to the app is very simple. All I had to do is remove the plastic off the filter, plug the unit in the outlet and power the fan speed. To connect the unit to my WiFi network was frustrating. Something seems to be wrong with the app because it is not working properly. I tried several times and carefully read and followed the instructions with no success. After about 3 hours I got lucky and I was connected. In my opinion I don’t think the app is necessary because all get to control is the fan speed and you have a log of the air quality. I have the speed on auto and I will probably never need to adjust it. If I do need to I also have the onboard buttons.

Since I was in the hunt for a air purifier I’m glad I was able to get a higher quality one. Since this only covers 279 square feet, I will be looking to add another especially if it improves my health.

The app indicates that the filter lasts for 180 days which is about 6 months. With that in mind all you need is 2 filters a year. Cheapest price for the filter that fit my series 280i is $49.99. That is a little over $8 a month and if it works as advertised I think it’s a great price to pay.
The Blueair 280i is easy to move around if you need to. It’s energy star certified and barely use energy on low fan speed. I say get it and set it on auto so you can enjoy it at every breath you take. Check out some of the pictures that I included.

I really enjoyed using this smart vacuum for numerous reasons.
I used it on my high and shaggy carpet and it exceeded my expectations.
Overall it’s a great product and I’m surprised that I did not know about the brand but the Tineco PureOne S12 EX Smart Cordless Stick Vacuum is a great way to learn the brand.

-Wall mount/charging station is easy to install and is a great space saver option for small houses to get the vac off the floor and out of the way.
-The Tineco comes with two batteries that hold a good amount of charge. I used it for about a half hour while switching settings/suction power and vacuumed my whole basement with it and it still had 62% charge left.
-The mobility of it is amazing. It can lay completely flat on the ground so I can easily get under my couches now!
-It had an option to turn the on/off switch for constant use or you can use the trigger whenever you need the suction, which is a nice option to have especially when you’re using the attachments to vacuum your couch and you need to move cushions around.
-Numerous attachments that will help you reach any corner of your house.
-Great suction power for a Vac that runs off battery (even on eco mode)- it seems like the higher the power, the lower to the ground it goes for better suction.
-The noise is not bad, it didn’t even wake a sleeping baby.

I’m shocked on the quality and suction power that the Tineco pure one S12 vacuum has. I’m not too familiar with the brand but it’s performance so far is outstanding

Arlo ring my doorbell

Setting up:
Installing the doorbell was made very simple. I had it up and installed in about 10 minutes.
Everything works except for the issue that I had was getting it connected to my Arlo app. I tried a few times with no success even though I used the step by step instructions and the video. I pushed the reset button for 15 seconds to start over and I was unable to get it connected. My next attempt was I uninstalled the doorbell so no power goes through and try again the following day.
After trying to connect it again to the Arlo app I now see that it’s because I was trying to add it to the Arlo hub. I tried it again without the hub and it now connected successfully.
Appearance Of Doorbell:
It kept the signature Arlo look, which in a sense makes the uniformity of my products the same.
Quality:
The Arlo doorbell seems to look fragile and to be honest I think that all of the Arlo products appears fragile. I don’t want to accidentally break a clip because I don’t think there is a way to fix that by buying parts separately. Nothing broke during installation and if it hold up like my Arlo Ultra I will be happy because after a year I have no quality issues with the Arlo Ultra.

I also want to point out that I noticed at night the picture quality was better when I turned off the night vision toggle. I have a porch light on so maybe it affects the night vision sensor. Overall I must say I’m impressed with the picture from the Arlo doorbell camera.

For now I really like this feature. When someone ring doorbell I get a call from my doorbell and I can communicate with the person or they can simply leave a message.
Package Detection:
Porch pirates beware because I always have eyes on my packages. With the holidays coming up I think every household need something like the Arlo package detection. I don’t have an issue with packages missing but I like the security.
Notifications:
All my Arlo doorbell camera notifications are specific to what triggered the motion.

There is not much to dislike about the Arlo doorbell camera. So much you can activate but you may need a subscription. Right now I’m on a 3 month trial so I have the available features. Price is lower than most of the competition and Arlo is a brand that I trust.

Bud Appearance:
The design is sleek and light enough to make me question if they are on. To say the least they are comfortable and if I wear them properly they are sure to stay on. The size of the Pixel Buds is perfect for lounging because I can move freely and they remain comfortable even when I lay my head on my pillows. I think with the extra accessories I will be wearing for the winter these Buds will be my #1 choice to wear when it comes to picking a pair of earphones. Since it’s water resistant I can worry less getting it wet by water, moisture and sweat.
The case to me feels like a egg in my opinion and that is not a bad thing for me. It is the first thing I thought of when I picked it up. It is nowhere near as fragile but it feels like the shell of an egg.

I did not need to charge the case before using the Pixel Buds. Right out the box I was able to go to the Bluetooth settings on my iPhones and selected Pixel Buds from the options of available devices. I was connected and using my Pixel Buds in about a minute.
Sound Quality:
The Pixel Buds was able to sound impeccable even though it is so small in size. Crisp clear sound with the right amount of bass. To accomplish this I had to do my part and make sure that they are in my ear properly. It is getting a lot easier making sure that they are on the way they intended to be worn. I always do a small pull on the Buds to make sure they are on snug. The design does drown out a lot of the noise but they are noise canceling.
During calls I do notice the sound quality is not as clear as the music. I’m not sure if it’s a carrier issue but I was not pleased with my call experiences. A thing I like is that it automatically pause my music during a call and pick up where I left off after completing the calls.
I would recommend the Pixel Buds because overall I think they are great to have as a everyday accessory. The gestures are easy to remember and easy to do. They don’t take up much space. I enjoy using it with my iPhone but I know Android users will take advantage of the added features such as finding the Pixel Buds, personal assistant, ear detection and a few more cool features. With time maybe they will roll them out for the iPhone. 4 out of 5 for me because of the minor setbacks but I’m happy.

It’s Easy to put together, take apart and clean. lightweight.
I have never used a handheld immersion blender before so I tried using it a few ways. I was able to review the KitchenAid handheld blender after using it to make milkshakes, mashed potatoes, and puréed soup.
•Puréed soup- trying to blend in the sauté pan was difficult because as I lifted the blender more than 1/2 inch off the pan the soup would splatter. I suggest a pan with higher sides or transferring out
the pan which seems like a hassle because of adding more dishes to clean.
•Milkshake- using the cup provided I assumed it would be cleaner. The ice cream would get stuck above the immersed part of the blender and not get blended. Maybe I just need a little practice, but if I’m making more than one milkshakes I’ll stick to my full size KitchenAid blender.
•Mashed potatoes- I felt in control using the KitchenAid handheld blender to mix the potatoes. I was able to let it do the work and it was the right consistency because of the variable speed trigger. To be honest it was instant potatoes. I did not use the handheld blender on actual potatoes so results might differ.

I’m always impressed with the quality of KitchenAid products. Most of my countertop appliances are KitchenAid because of quality and aesthetic appearance.

This is a new addition to my KitchenAid appliances and can easily be stored away until I need to use it.
