This is a very solid mechanical keyboard. Well-built with no flex and a great typing feel. It comes with a magnetic wrist rest, though I wish the magnets were a bit stronger because if I move the keyboard a bit sometimes the desk pad and friction leaves behind the wrist rest. However, that isn't a huge deal at all and gives a good feel to longer gaming sessions.
The keys feel good, not only can you use this keyboard for regular typing for things like work, but gaming as well. Since these are optical switches you can adjust the activation point where in the press the key will activate, allowing you to tune the keyboard to the game you are playing. This means the movement keys WASD can be set to barely a touch, while something like a med kit or healing item have to bottom out the keyboard to prevent accidentally using it. Tuning the keyboard is fairly easy either through software or manually on the keyboard.
From the standpoint of gaming this is definitely the keyboard for me, and the addition of the sound dial to adjust sound is great as I need to turn down the game from time to, and being able to easily do it from the keyboard is a great bonus.
For gaming this is the one.

This is a great Thunderbolt cable, especially since it is rated for Thunderbolt 4, the latest one. The Length is good, and while it says it can handle up to 240W Power Delivery via the cable, which I don't doubt, I only have a 100-watt Computer Power Charger. I'm happy to report no issues using it to deliver 100-watts to my PC all day long when I forgot my regular cable, so that was good.
The cable is braided which is a nice touch vs. the typical rubber, but more importantly when I use it to connect my NVME drives via Thunderbolt 4 to my desktop PC I got full speed with no issues from the dock. So the cable did what I really wanted which is work and transfer the data at full speed.
Not much more then I can say, beyond the cable feels nice, sturdy, and just long enough without being too long for a desk. It works for what I need and I don't have any issues when connecting NVME drives over Thunderbolt 4 allowing me to run my Virtual Machines on the go and full speed without an issue, very happy with this cable.

For a first time Drone owner I do think this was the perfect little drone for me. It comes in a small box with a carrying case and two batteries. Batteries charge via USB-C (yay) and everything has a place.
The Quick start/manual makes it easy to get the drone setup after you charge the batteries for their first use. Just add your own Memory card (not needed but will limit the resolution of pictures to what it feeds to your phone).
Using the drone is straight forward too. Had some standard controls that I'm used to playing games with the kids, so I wasn't too lost. Getting it going was easy, just stand back because dang do those blades whirl. But then got it going. I will admit I am not the best pilot but will get there. Highly recommend you get the hang of this thing in an open field because there is a learning curve and you might have a crash or two, but this drone was built tough enough to handle it.
The Camera and Video it takes is good from something so small, so I was happy with that, when I get better flying this will make have a look at how my roof is doing after winter to be much easier. Plus I can buzz the doggies (not really, but be scared I might hurt them). But overall this is a good drone for a beginner. My first and I'm loving it and so happy it came with its own carrying case.

First thing you need to know with this controller is to make sure you install the iCue Software from Corsair to make sure you get the driver needed and device and to customize what each button does, to lighting etcetera. I will say Corsair has improved the iCue software and so far it has been set to be only as big as is needed. It now is much more lightweight and works well. I did have to reboot after connecting the controller to my PC, but that isn't a huge, and having the ability to customize within iCue is very nice.
The controller itself feels amazing, the triggers and dual sticks are responsive, and you can adjust the sensitivity of the the triggers and sticks to dial it in. The buttons have a very nice responsive click and didn't notice any delay. I mostly used the controller for driving games like Forza Horizon or The Crew, as I find driving via a Mouse and Keyboard a bit odd. I most likely will pick this up and use it during Cyberpunk 2077 driving/combat sections and being able to customize the buttons/profile and everything will make sure I can be as comfortable using this as a mouse and keyboard.
Overall this feels great with more buttons then I have ever needed and its amazing. You need a controller that works well wireless or wired this is definitely one. Much better then even the XBOX Elite II I have been using before and this has become my daily driver so to speak.

A Handy and amazing Tool

I love these Cordless Electric Scissors; I wish I had learned about these earlier because they are very darn handy when you need to cut something up and not over stress your hands.
It is a simple device, just line up and let it do the work of cutting. I the fact it is a Push in Button on the side before you can depress the cutting button is great means you can accidently start it up without meaning too.
From the cutting side, it rips through those impossible to open plastic clamshells with ease, at least much easier than using regular scissors. The scissors have an exceptionally good battery and holds the charge well. That means you can get a lot of work out of it without needing to constantly charge.
Using these is great, you need to cut something odd shaped, boxes these are for you, more importantly if you have a large length of fabric, wrapping paper or other things, this will handle it and make easy work. I know my wife used them the other day for a crafting project she had and was happy she didn't tire her hands out with Scissors.
I love these these things and couldn't be happier with them. Highly recommended

Small Fast and Handy Portable Drive

I'm impressed that these portable Hardrives/SSD are getting smaller and lighter. It is impressive. how they can pack all that storage in such a small package. It uses USB 3.2 -Gen 2 or 10Gbps USB-C to connect to the PC/Laptop. Make sure you have at least 1 USBC 10Gpbs connection to get maximum speed out of this drive. On my Ryzen Laptop I'm getting close to 1000 MB/s in Crystal disk mark testing. This speed is great and allows me to treat it as a local drive and not a portable and because of that I can use to not only for document storage and backups but also storing games and play them.
Not much to say, but if you need a fast portable small drive that is easy to slip into a pocket/bag and since it is in a strong case. Which is nice since you don't have to worry about the drive getting damaged in a bag. My only complaint is the drive is a bit smaller than I expected so sometimes in my bag with my other cables and cords I can have an time sometimes finding it.
Overall I've used a number of portable drives in my time and I can't be happier with this and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Awesome Wireless Headset

For a wireless gaming headset, I have nothing but praise for it.
For one I love the fact that instead of adjusting the band, you just select the on the cups and wear it. It is a pleasant change and is extremely comfortable. Not only that, for the headset they are noticeably light and comfortable, which is great for longer sessions gaming.
This is a dual connection headset as well, via USB dongle and Bluetooth at the same time, but the Bluetooth I find is really only good for connecting to a phone, trying to use it to watch videos is not recommended as it does have noticeable lag, again though if you are using this headset for gaming you will be using the USB Dongle connection.
The USB dongle can be connected directly into the PC or better yet into the charging base which you can plug into the PC, so when you are done and set the headdown for charging the USB dongle is kept safe.
Soundwise this headset does it for me. Since sound is subjective I will say these sound great for gaming or watching videos/movies so I am very happy with them and the wireless range is very good, allowing you to get up and get snacks while still hearing the action.
Overall this is a great and awesome headset and I highly recommend them for the comfort and sound.

For a pre-built desktop I think Acer got some things right and other things leave my head scratching.
For a PC that will game using a 12 Gen Intl i7 and a 3080 card means you'll have a decent time gaming. You can play just about any game without too much worry especially at 1440p without issues I think based on my testing.

Unboxing was easy and the way they lock the Video card down for shipping means no worry with it getting loose. Overall the Cable Management was well done and nicely done. I like the fact they included 2 3.5" HDD bays and they are both wired up. The computer shipped with one 2TB Drive for slow storage and there is another bay above it and all you'll have to do is slap the drive in, no wiring or cables need to be added.
Overall everything fit and was firmly attached and survived shipping without an issue.
The Keyboard is typical Office OEM membrane keyboard. Nothing great and recommend using your own. The mouse was a bit better, fit nice and seems to work well and has RGB if your into that.

Its nice if you don't have spares, but I'd highly recommend swapping them out for better ones.
The case itself is large, but nice. I was worried that the glass front might block air, but they have large channels on the side to allow air to come in. The fans are fairly quiet and do an ok job keeping the air flowing over the parts. The only complaint on the cooling is the choice of cooler for the CPU. Downdraft Slug cooler, bigger then the OEM cooler, but not enough. This was one of the few computers I've been able to thermal throttle when benchmarking. I'd have perferred a double fan tower cooler to help keep the CPU under tjMax and not throttle. While in gaming most likely won't push to that limit, but still wish for a better cooler, to keep fans a bit quieter.
The 12700F is a great CPU, but I wish Acer had not chosen the F SKU as having an integrated GPU is handy for troubleshooting, but not a deal breaker.
The Acer made 3080 LHR GPU performed well. Just make sure to update the drivers when you get it as they will be definitely a few revs. behind. In fact I forget to upgrade the Drivers and in Speed Way bench run the difference in using recent drivers was a 21% improvement.
Overall the parts chosen do a good job and 3dMark has it faster then a Gaming PC 2023. So that is good to know from other devices we are in a good place.
The 16GB is a bit on the smaller side these days, esp. if you wanted to stream. One of the first upgrades will be to move to 32GB of RAM to have a more comfortable experince.
I do wish Acer used a better Motherboard though. The 2nd NVME slot for a second SSD on the MB, required them to tool the case to have the screw hole to hold it in place. Such an odd choice. But even with that it performed fine.
Software wise I wish Acer reduced the extra "added" software including the McAfee Antivirus. However it was easy enough to clear off all th extra unneeded software.
Overall you this is a decent performer, just wish for a bit better cooling, but if you want to game this is a solid choice.

Small Light Travel/Office Mouse

This is a light-weight AA Battery Operated Mouse. The company says one AA Battery will last 24 months, which is great, because this is definitely a mouse I keep in my travel bag now and not worrying about battery going out is a huge plus.
Pairing is super easy, didn't have an issue on the 3 different laptops I paired this with. I appericate that as I don't always have the same laptop with me as I travel, so being able to have one mouse in the bag for all 3 without swapping dongles is great.
I do wish the button to switch was more accessible then on the bottom as sometimes I'll have two laptops next to each other and switching means flipping it over so, seamlessly switching it between both isn't seamless, have to flip it over, however its a minor annoyance that only needing one mouse is a win.
It is a small mouse though. I have slightly larger then normal hands and wish it was a bit bigger at times, but overall I'm able to grip and use it all day on the road without issues.
For a simple, lightweight long lasting battery powered mouse this is a win.

Nice Speaker with built in Dock

Overall this is a nice speaker/microphone for a laptop/PC. While the Hub portion on the back could have included more ports (On USB-A port and one USB-C for connecting keyboards and such, it would be nice if it had some extra USB-A or USB-C Ports to make it more of a function dock for a laptop, but it really is a speaker/microphone for teams with the ability to add a few peripherals/monitor to it to keep the desk a bit cleaner to the laptop. This Speaker/Dock also can deliver power to the laptop assuming your USB-C or Thunderbolt port on the laptop supports it. That is nice as it allows you to keep your power supply in your bag, unless your laptop is more on the gaming laptop side, then this might give it enough power for office work, but not really gaming as I believe the limit is 65 watts. Still a nice feature to have.
The sound from the speaker is clear, and listening to music through it I had no issues at all. I also had multiple conference calls and had no complaints from people on the call being able to hear me clearly and 0 issues understanding me. You can also install the Microsoft Accessories Center app allowing you to tune the EQ and turn on Push to Talk and other features.
If it wasn't for the fact that it can be used to deliver power to your device I'd complain about the size of the power brick (which isn't large) but since it can I understand why we need a 65 watt brick. Otherwise I found for the most part this was a plug and play device and like it.

If you still have to have Internet service what do I need this thing for I already have a router
Well the two I can think of are: 1. If you need better/stronger wifi coverage throughout your house or 2. if you have newer devices that can use the AC wireless settings. With the Mu-Mimo, even if your devices don't support it, testing has shown that your over all wireless throughput will be better as the router can share the connection better with all devices.
