Awesome Wireless Headset

For a wireless gaming headset, I have nothing but praise for it.
For one I love the fact that instead of adjusting the band, you just select the on the cups and wear it. It is a pleasant change and is extremely comfortable. Not only that, for the headset they are noticeably light and comfortable, which is great for longer sessions gaming.
This is a dual connection headset as well, via USB dongle and Bluetooth at the same time, but the Bluetooth I find is really only good for connecting to a phone, trying to use it to watch videos is not recommended as it does have noticeable lag, again though if you are using this headset for gaming you will be using the USB Dongle connection.
The USB dongle can be connected directly into the PC or better yet into the charging base which you can plug into the PC, so when you are done and set the headdown for charging the USB dongle is kept safe.
Soundwise this headset does it for me. Since sound is subjective I will say these sound great for gaming or watching videos/movies so I am very happy with them and the wireless range is very good, allowing you to get up and get snacks while still hearing the action.
Overall this is a great and awesome headset and I highly recommend them for the comfort and sound.

For a pre-built desktop I think Acer got some things right and other things leave my head scratching.
For a PC that will game using a 12 Gen Intl i7 and a 3080 card means you'll have a decent time gaming. You can play just about any game without too much worry especially at 1440p without issues I think based on my testing.

Unboxing was easy and the way they lock the Video card down for shipping means no worry with it getting loose. Overall the Cable Management was well done and nicely done. I like the fact they included 2 3.5" HDD bays and they are both wired up. The computer shipped with one 2TB Drive for slow storage and there is another bay above it and all you'll have to do is slap the drive in, no wiring or cables need to be added.
Overall everything fit and was firmly attached and survived shipping without an issue.
The Keyboard is typical Office OEM membrane keyboard. Nothing great and recommend using your own. The mouse was a bit better, fit nice and seems to work well and has RGB if your into that.

Its nice if you don't have spares, but I'd highly recommend swapping them out for better ones.
The case itself is large, but nice. I was worried that the glass front might block air, but they have large channels on the side to allow air to come in. The fans are fairly quiet and do an ok job keeping the air flowing over the parts. The only complaint on the cooling is the choice of cooler for the CPU. Downdraft Slug cooler, bigger then the OEM cooler, but not enough. This was one of the few computers I've been able to thermal throttle when benchmarking. I'd have perferred a double fan tower cooler to help keep the CPU under tjMax and not throttle. While in gaming most likely won't push to that limit, but still wish for a better cooler, to keep fans a bit quieter.
The 12700F is a great CPU, but I wish Acer had not chosen the F SKU as having an integrated GPU is handy for troubleshooting, but not a deal breaker.
The Acer made 3080 LHR GPU performed well. Just make sure to update the drivers when you get it as they will be definitely a few revs. behind. In fact I forget to upgrade the Drivers and in Speed Way bench run the difference in using recent drivers was a 21% improvement.
Overall the parts chosen do a good job and 3dMark has it faster then a Gaming PC 2023. So that is good to know from other devices we are in a good place.
The 16GB is a bit on the smaller side these days, esp. if you wanted to stream. One of the first upgrades will be to move to 32GB of RAM to have a more comfortable experince.
I do wish Acer used a better Motherboard though. The 2nd NVME slot for a second SSD on the MB, required them to tool the case to have the screw hole to hold it in place. Such an odd choice. But even with that it performed fine.
Software wise I wish Acer reduced the extra "added" software including the McAfee Antivirus. However it was easy enough to clear off all th extra unneeded software.
Overall you this is a decent performer, just wish for a bit better cooling, but if you want to game this is a solid choice.

Small Light Travel/Office Mouse

This is a light-weight AA Battery Operated Mouse. The company says one AA Battery will last 24 months, which is great, because this is definitely a mouse I keep in my travel bag now and not worrying about battery going out is a huge plus.
Pairing is super easy, didn't have an issue on the 3 different laptops I paired this with. I appericate that as I don't always have the same laptop with me as I travel, so being able to have one mouse in the bag for all 3 without swapping dongles is great.
I do wish the button to switch was more accessible then on the bottom as sometimes I'll have two laptops next to each other and switching means flipping it over so, seamlessly switching it between both isn't seamless, have to flip it over, however its a minor annoyance that only needing one mouse is a win.
It is a small mouse though. I have slightly larger then normal hands and wish it was a bit bigger at times, but overall I'm able to grip and use it all day on the road without issues.
For a simple, lightweight long lasting battery powered mouse this is a win.

Nice Speaker with built in Dock

Overall this is a nice speaker/microphone for a laptop/PC. While the Hub portion on the back could have included more ports (On USB-A port and one USB-C for connecting keyboards and such, it would be nice if it had some extra USB-A or USB-C Ports to make it more of a function dock for a laptop, but it really is a speaker/microphone for teams with the ability to add a few peripherals/monitor to it to keep the desk a bit cleaner to the laptop. This Speaker/Dock also can deliver power to the laptop assuming your USB-C or Thunderbolt port on the laptop supports it. That is nice as it allows you to keep your power supply in your bag, unless your laptop is more on the gaming laptop side, then this might give it enough power for office work, but not really gaming as I believe the limit is 65 watts. Still a nice feature to have.
The sound from the speaker is clear, and listening to music through it I had no issues at all. I also had multiple conference calls and had no complaints from people on the call being able to hear me clearly and 0 issues understanding me. You can also install the Microsoft Accessories Center app allowing you to tune the EQ and turn on Push to Talk and other features.
If it wasn't for the fact that it can be used to deliver power to your device I'd complain about the size of the power brick (which isn't large) but since it can I understand why we need a 65 watt brick. Otherwise I found for the most part this was a plug and play device and like it.

Overall this is a nice all-in-one battery charged trimmer. Let me get the few negatives of this product out of the way and they are truly minor compared to the positives of this product.
The one feature that I wish was different is the Power plug. They included a cable that is has USB-A and instead of having like a USB-C in the shaver it is a standard two prong plug. I wish it were either full USB to USB or standard plug. Additionally, the plug included does not have a plug for wall, which would be nice to have. The other issue is you have eighteen different attachments and only one bag to hold them all, so finding the attachment you want means spilling it out and then finding the one you want. It would have been nice to have a case that opens instead.
Overall, those are small gripes for a battery operated charged trimmer with plenty of power. I do like that the motor gives plenty of power to the device and not having a cord while using is is one less thing to get tangled in, and having a 2 hour battery life on the timmer is fantastic as it should cover even the most demanding grooming sessions. Switching heads/trimmers and using it is not a problem. Works fantastic, from nose trimming, beard or hair, it cute smoothly without pulling and very cleanly.
If your looking for a general purpose grooming trimmer, this one is definitely one to look into as it covers most needs and then some.

Nice Microphone to improve your sound

This is a nice simple shotgun mic to use with Sony cameras. This isn't a complicated device and can help with you use something like the VF-1Z camera to help get audio in, very handy when you want to setup an impromptu cooking stream and want a microphone to pick up directional sound and prevent some of the cooking clatter from getting in. The sound came in clear, and it has a 3.5 mm out, so you can either have it go into the camera or directly into your computer's Microphone input jack if you want to separate the audio. They include a nice sound defuser sock that fits easily over the microphone and help reduce wind or in my case a hood fan. My little stream was able to stick with me and hear me without an issue, including my screams of terror as they triggered a few sound alerts I thought I turned off. Overall its a nice microphone that installs easily on a Sony Camera that can be added to help direct the sound of your streaming/vlogging easily and directly and have a better content creation stream

Nice compact camera for Content Creators

For content creators like Twitch streams who want a camera this is a night and day improvement over a webcam as it gives you a better a lens and potentially a better output to capture yourself or your content that looks sharp and more professional the Webcam you use for your Zoom calls at work.
Its compact enough that it can fit in even the most crowded setups without taking up too much space but with all the great features on a Sony camera. It can also double as a webcam (only at 720 though) so if you need a quick cam for a zoom call or discord, it can be easily used, but for me as a hobby streamer on Twitch, its better to get your own Micro-hdmi to hdmi cable/adapter to a cam capture card to use the HDMI output to OBS and get 2160p output directly which looks worlds better.
It focuses easy and the inbuilt mic can be used in a pinch if you need too as well, comes with a wind screen so that if you are using it in a windy environment you can help make it not sound like your in a wind tunnel.
Overall I'm really happy with this for my content creation/twitch streaming and look a lot better in my videos for it. Since it uses a standard tripod mount its really easy to setup. Overall I've been very happy with it.

Nice Clip editor for Home Movies

This is a fairly nice and neat package to provide a father of 3 teens a great tool to make cringe worthy tikkity toks to embarrass my kids.
The presentation is fairly straight forward and easy to make those dances the kids are fond of, as well as make videos for me of actually having great moments for with my kids and enjoying myself.
It makes organizing your video's easy and has some nice templates out of the box, but it is also possible to get your creativity on and just enjoy yourself being a goofy goober yay!

I didn't really have any problems with the software or using it. Seemed very easy to get into and open and start. Had a nice interface and tutorials that guided me and when I got better at understanding I could open up to a do things on my own.
If your used to the other adobe products you'll feel right at home, but I feel beginners should be able to do this without issue too as the walk throughs were very good, at least for me in getting me going and creating videos using the software.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Light Gaming Laptop for on the Go

For a small form factor, light laptop it makes an acceptable gaming/workstation machine for those on the go. Just the right size and weight to throw into a bag and carry it without noticing, it also looks good in white and has enough power to be a decent on the go machine.
The feel and keyboard are great. Feels solid and compact. Typing on the keyboard and keys is good and even when running didn't seem to get too hot the desk for gaming.Running 3DMark Timespy I got acceptable results for the device, scoring 8749 on Regular Timespy.
Loading Forza Horizon 5 on the laptop and playing it was vibrate and fun and had no issues for a decent play session.
My only real complaint is the board has 8GB of DDR5 RAM Soldered onto it, meaning you can only swap one DIMM out. Wish both were exposed and instead of a Realtek Wireless Nic they used Intel, but still this is a capable machine with a good CPU and nice preem look.
It has decent I/O connections on it that where well placed and overall the package was good.
Only downside is Windows 11, but that isn't ASUS Fault that is Microsoft's.
Overall if you are looking for a decent light cool looking laptop for gaming on the go check this one out.

Overall a nice Webcam for Office work

The Logitech Brio is a nice camera that works well for conference calls with some nice to have features. I appreciate the large and easy to use privacy shield on the camera and the lights on it to let me know when the PC is using the camera, as well as nice base that keeps the camera in place with a magnet and tilts to allow me to show my work surface or change angle nicely. However I can't give it five stars because the USB-C cable on the camera is fixed to the device. I would prefer a removal cable as if you plan to use this as a travel camera the cable could get damaged, as well as making this e-waste if the the cable gets damaged. Additionally the cable is USB-C only so the PC/MAC you are attaching to needs to have a USB-C port you you have to provide your own USB-C to USB-A connector. So if you have an older PC/MAC without the newer USB-C connector port make sure you get an adapter with this to use the camera.
Now the field of view on the camera is great, at 90 degrees, as long as your in front of it, you'll be in view and the software does a decent job of framing the person talking. Additionally the microphone on the camera was good enough for me to run a few conference calls with work without anyone noticing/objecting complaining about being able to hear me, so that is a win.
Overall this is a nice camera with decent color balancing in a bright room and a fantastic FOV and just right for Office use.

Well the two I can think of are: 1. If you need better/stronger wifi coverage throughout your house or 2. if you have newer devices that can use the AC wireless settings. With the Mu-Mimo, even if your devices don't support it, testing has shown that your over all wireless throughput will be better as the router can share the connection better with all devices.
