This product is a fun toy! Fit for any child who is even remotely a star wars fan! The sound effects are realistic, it lights up, and best of all, it connects to an application that allows your child to learn the moves associated with using a "more civilized weapon." The entire lightsaber is light weight, as it is made out of plastic. It also collapses down so the form factor is not bad when you need to store it. The application allows your child to follow through different moves to learn the art of the jedi! All in all, this is a fun toy. My only complaint is that I would like to see it built out of something a little tougher than plastic. This would add to the realism of the toy.

Better than I expected!

When I first started seeing the Portal advertised I did not think it was a device I needed. After receiving it and using it, I can honestly say i was wrong! I really enjoy using this device. Setup was a breeze, although, if you do not have a facebook account, then you must create one. This device also links with Amazon's Alexa, which is also great! When I first turned on the device, I was walked through setup. After that, I started calling people! The video quality is amazing! I am sure that varies by internet connection, but at my house, where I have high speeds, the quality was great! The way the camera "follows" you when you move around the room is really cool too! I like the ability to cover the camera and disable the microphone when the device is not in use. However, if you are using the built in Alexa, then you have to leave the mic enabled. The device also has a touch screen allowing you to select contacts from the screen, or, you can just say Portal! During the time when the screen is not in use, the Portal shows pictures you have recently uploaded to facebook, or pictures you were tagged in on facebook. This is amazing because it eliminates the downfall of a digital photo screen. It constantly updates with new pictures so that you do not have to upload new ones to a memory card! You can also select specific albums to pull photos from in your facebook albums! If you are worried about account security, you can keep the feature enabled that requires you to use a phone or computer to log in with a special code before making changes to the Portal. All in all, the device is fun to use and will definitely keep you connected to people you care about!

Decent, but could be better

The PLT Backbeat headphones are wireless bluetooth headphones for your mobile device. They are moisture resistant, have good battery life, and are relatively comfortable to wear. They are safer to wear while running or exercising due to there design. While this feature is nice, I am not a huge fan. I love music and I love good quality sound. While these headphones deliver great sound, the way they sit outside of your ear canal doesn't fully take advantage of that sound. I understand this is due to them wanting you to be able to hear ambient noise while you are out and about, but if headphones do not seal inside your ear, then you get little to no bass response from them. This is what I experienced. The highs and mids were good, but the bass was lacking. This was disappointing to me. They also do not come with any additional tips to place on the headphones, so what is already on them when you get them is what your stuck with. The app that is available for download was okay in function. It allows you to adjust some settings and download firmware to the earbuds, but I had some difficulty with it linking to the earbuds. If the earbuds were already paired to my phone before I opened the app, then I had to turn them off and back on because the app had to be open prior to pairing them. I do not understand why the app cannot sense that the earbuds wear already paired and turned on. All in all, they aren't bad headphones, I just think there is a better way to deliver on the ambient noise inclusion and the app functions.

Nearly impossible to mess up your food!

This tool is a must in the kitchen! I absolutely love it! I would say that I am a fairly decent cook. I have made some great meals but even I slip occasionally and cook something for too long. Take porch chops for example. There is a fine line between under cooked and over cooked. That is where this precision cooker comes in! Simply attach the cooker on the side of a pot and fill the pot with water, ensuring that the water level is adequate. Plug the cooker in and touch the screen to make adjustments. The screen allows you to start/stop the cooker, adjust the temperature, and even set a timer. Once the cooker temperature is set, you mash start and watch the magic happen. The cooker constantly circulates water so that your food is evenly cooked no mater where it is inside the pot. The screen on the cooker updates constantly allowing you to know the exact temperature of the water. Once the target temperature is reached, simply place your seasoned food in a vacuum sealed bag or zip locked bag with the air removed. It is that simple. The first time I used it I cooked my pork chops for an hour. Once they were cooked I removed them from the bags, seared them on the stove for a few seconds on either side, and what I had was the MOST juicy, evenly cooked pork chop I have ever cooked! See the included photos! This precision cooker also connects to wifi! I know that may seem like a dumb feature, but it is actually really handy! Imagine prepping your precision cooker prior to leaving for your child's sports practice. If you know a rough estimate of when you'll be home, you can fire up the cooker from your smart phone and have it cooking while your gone. The app gives you instructions on what temperature to cook your food and how long to cook it for the desired tenderness. It even alerts you when your cooker is done!
The only issue I had with the cooker was with pairing it to a wifi router. For some strange reason, it would not pair with a 2.4ghz router at one location I attempted to use it. Fast forward to when I got home, the cooker connected with no trouble. Not exactly sure why, but it works now.
All in all, this is an awesome tool, especially for those people who may not be as good at judging when food is cooked. It is almost impossible to burn your food or over cook it. The water stays the proper temperature the entire time. Buy it! You will love it!

I really like this projector! The picture quality is amazing! It is definitely sharp and clear with brilliant colors and enough lighting to project even in relatively bright rooms. The projector has great options for adjusting the lens position as well. One of my favorite features is the ability to pair the projector up with a bluetooth speaker. That allows me more versatility in my usage. I purchased an inflatable outdoor screen so being able to use a bluetooth speaker is nice when I need to have sound further away from the projector. One con is that it is pretty heavy, but that is the story with most 4k projectors so the buyer should expect that. All in all, I am very happy with the projector's performance and I would recommend it to anybody looking for a great home theater projector!

This kettle bell does exactly what it is advertised to do. It helps you work out and gives you options to vary the weight you lift doing it. The item came well packaged and was very easy to assemble. It comes with the kettle bell housing, multiple stack-able weights, and a base that it all sits on that give you control over the weight. I charged the unit with the included cable when I received it. It appears both the base station and the kettle bell have internal batteries. This is nice because I was not limited to placement by a plug. Each weight has a number on it which shows you how to stack them. Once stacked on the base, you slide the kettle bell over the weights, select your desired weight, and start lifting! The kettle bell has an internal shaft that spins to pick up the selected weight. While working out with this product, it felt very sturdy and well built. I think this product will last for a long time. This product will save you from having multiple sizes of kettle bells laying around. While it is expensive, it does give you another feature that normal kettle bells do not. The kettle bell connects to you phone via bluetooth. You can keep up with reps and see recommended exercises on the app. The only thing is, this product isn't cheap. Some people may steer away due to cost, but you won't receive this much versatility with any other kettle bell out there. All in all, this is a great product!

Having already had some older model Arlo cameras, my expectations were pretty high for these cameras. When I received them, my opinion of the packaging is that that they were well packaged and unlikely to be damaged. Upon opening the package, I removed all the components, including a magnetic charging cable, two cameras, a base station, and two mounts with hardware. I immediately plugged the cameras in to top the batteries off which appeared to have approximately 80% charge on them upon arrival to me. The cameras come with two separate styles of mounts. One is the standard Arlo magnetic mount. This mount firmly attaches to the back of the cameras and appears to hold really well. The second mount is able to screw into the back of the camera and has an adjustment know that allows you to adjust the angle of the camera after attaching the mount to a surface. The cameras did not take long to charge. Once completing the charge I plugged the base station into my network and plugged in the power. Syncing the cameras was easy using the Android Arlo application. I was curious to see if my other two Arlo cameras would sync with the new base stationa, and to my pleasant surprise, they do! My Arlo Pro 2 cameras also sync so that I do not have to have two separate base stations! After all the syncing was complete, I set out to my point of attachment on the wall outside. Camera signal to the base station has always impressed me with the Arlo system, and the Arlo Pro 3 did not disappoint! I mounted the camera and proceeded to test it. The video quality is outstanding. It amazes me what a wireless, battery operated camera is capable of! The video footage is clear and crisp, advertised as 2k resolution. The cameras also have a spotlight on them which, in pitch black darkness, is surprisingly bright! You can also trigger an alarm that sounds directly from the camera. It is loud and has a very high pitched piercing sound. The motion detection works great. I receive almost instant motion notification. The Arlo smart notifications work great as well. It identifies my small dog with ease every time he passes by. The cameras have a removable battery. This is done by pushing a button on the camera. It allows the entire camera to slide out of the housing so, in theory, you could leave the camera mounted and just take the battery off without messing with the camera angle. The housing around the camera seems very well built and sturdy. I have no doubts that these cameras will stand up to the elements, just as the previous Arlo cameras have done in the past. These cameras also have a microphone and speaker built in for 2 way communication!
The only drawbacks that I can see from these cameras are as listed:
1. Price: These cameras are expensive, however, they will save you from running wiring through your attic.
2. Battery Powered: It is no secret that eventually, you will have to charge the batteries. Depending upon where you mount the camera, that may be really easy or really difficult.
3. Mounts: I would have liked to had two of each mount (magnetic and screw on) so that I had the same options for mounting both cameras.
I am unable to comment on battery life because I have only had the cameras for a few days, however, if they are like the Arlo Pro 2 cameras that I have, the batteries should last a fairly long amount of time.
All in all, these are great cameras. They offer flexibility by allowing you to easily move the cameras to different magnetic bases whenever you would like. They require no wiring, and that is a major plus! The have amazing video quality! If your considering them, buy them, you will not be disappointed!

I really like these switches. They look very sleek and feel premium when using them. Mounting them inside my existing electrical boxes in my house was easy. Just be careful to avoid electrical shock. All instructions included are easy to follow. Once they were installed they were easy to pair to my wifi network. My only complaint is with the Wemo app itself. It is somewhat "buggy" in my opinion. I have them synced with Alexa so the lights can be voice activated. I really like the away mode which allows the lights to randomly be turned off and on when your not home. This gives the appearance that someone is there. All in all, great light switches. One star removed due to buggy android application.

What can I say? It does not get much easier than the use of this portable external hard drive. Plug it straight in to a USB port on your chrome book, or like me, your windows laptop, and start transferring files. Once I plugged it in a white LED light on the top of the drive came on. My laptop recognized the hard drive immediately and opened the file window for me to drag and drop files straight to the hard drive. Transfer speeds were fast. I tested the drive with several 4k UHD video files and it had no issues downloading the files. The drive is compact and light weight. The frame work on the exterior of the drive feels entirely made of plastic so it is not protected from unintentional drops. The drive is advertised as having 1TB of drive space which is amazing for something so compact. All in all, this is a great external portable hard drive and it works well for expanding your storage capabilities.

This vacuum is an awesome addition to any home cleaning regiment. Shark has been known to release some amazing vacuums, and this one is no exception to what consumers have come to expect. For this review, I am going to work my way from the bottom to the top of the vacuum. First, lets talk about the brush on the floor. Shark utilizes a dual brush combo on this unit. The brush on the front is soft, while the next brush is rubberized. Both brushes feature some hooks that are advertised to keep hair or strings from wrapping around the brush. These hooks appear to work great! I have vacuumed with the unit several times and I haven't found a single hair wrapped up around either brush. Above that is a set of LED lights on the left and right front of the vacuum. You really don't think this is necessary until you have it! I really like the LED lights as they allow me to see dirt better on my dark colored stained concrete floors. It makes vacuuming more precise because I can actually see where I am going! To engage the vacuum and the brush rollers, all the operator has to do is place a foot on the top of the brush assembly and lean the vacuum back. The two wheels that hold the vacuum upright when the unit is not in use fold up and the user is ready to suck up some dirt! This vacuum seems to suction to the floor like a champ! Next, the unit has a long piece of tubing that goes from the brushes to the dirt cup. The brushes can be taken off for the attachment of other tools that allow the used to suction with a brush or in crevices. Above that is the dirt cup. It is not very large, so if your vacuuming large areas you will need to empty it frequently. It has a removable, washable filter. The other thing I really like about this unit is that it is NOT cordless. I had another vacuum of similar size and style from another company that was cordless. Within one year the battery was shot, it won't run the other vacuum for more than a few minutes before shutting down. I am done with battery powered units. This unit has a long cord allowing you to vacuum more prior to unplugging it and moving to another power outlet. All in all, this is a light weight, compact unit that will serve you well. It has plenty of power and versatility to get all of your vacuuming jobs done!
