I have to state the very first obvious thing upon unboxing the Molekule Air Pro 1000 sq. ft. Air Purifier. This thing straight up looks like it came out of Tony Stark's lab. I have to hand it off to the individuals/team that designed the unit and say that it really does look futuristic, premium and very aesthetically pleasing. I also really enjoy that the team was thoughtful enough to include a nice leather strap just in case you needed to move the unit to a different part of your home. The unit itself looks to be of a smooth brushed type of aluminum and the wire is integrated into the bottom base where you can do some cable management for safety and “final touches” on the whole look aspect of things.
Now comes down to the actual functionality of this thing. Does it really make a difference? After unboxing it I immediately plugged it in and began setting it up. I had to unfortunately drop a star because of the actual app. In this day and age the app shouldn’t cause so many problems. It was a pain to get it set up and paired up with the unit. I tried everything from even resetting the Molekule Air Pro, completely unplugging the unit, down to messing with my phone to get everything paired up correctly. But after a bit, I was finally able to say that I successfully paired everything up and things started to work as expected. The app gives you some great information about the unit, you can change the speed of the fan (auto/manual), filter status and air quality (particle level). I kept the unit running and plugged in since the little box on the end of the cord says it uses low energy (so keep it plugged in); well so I did. I have to admit that after just an hour or so I can already tell the difference in the air quality of my home. How do I explain this…? It’s like taking in a deep breath of fresh air at a mountain peak where the air is nice and crisp… Clean. Sorta sweet might I add? Maybe it’s just my mind playing tricks on me I thought. Well as mentioned I kept it plugged in. Normally when I come home some days there’s this weird rotten egg smell that comes from the outside and somehow comes into my home even though my windows are closed. To my surprise… the Molekule Air Pro 1000 sq. ft. Air Purifier does its job and I legitimately can not smell that rotten egg smell inside my home anymore. To my knowledge the PECO-Filter is not only supposed to collect pollutants but it also destroys them. So perhaps that is why I don’t smell that rotten egg smell anymore? Regardless I have to say that the Molekule Air Pro 1000 sq. ft. Air Purifier definitely does the job. You have the option of changing the fan speed via the mobile app or on top of the unit through the touchscreen. I personally felt like leaving it on auto and having it do it’s thing made the most sense. At night time, I would change it to the “quiet” mode but to be completely honest; you can probably even leave it on the normal auto mode because I could hardly even hear the thing as is. As you crank the fan speed up manually you will definitely notice more noise; especially at level 6. Now to be completely fair… I don’t know why anyone would want to crank that sucker up to that level. I personally felt like leaving it on auto (standard) was quiet enough where it didn’t bother me and still did what it was intended to do.
Overall I have to say that I am pretty impressed with this thing. I also did some research as to why you’d choose something like the Molekule which uses the PECO-Filter vs an air purifier that uses HEPA filters. From what I found out, HEPA filters simply catch particles onto the filter itself and collect it till you’re ready to replace the filter. When the HEPA filter is done with you simply replace it. The PECO-Filter on the other hand destroys the actual particles using light technology instead of simply attaching to the filter and collecting it like the HEPA filter does (keep in mind you still need to replace the PECO-Filter). Luckily you have an option through the app to sign up for a subscription on the PECO-Filter where it will save you some money as opposed to buying each individual filter one at a time. I will say this… If you are an individual that really cares about the air quality in either your home or office space and want to breathe in some clean crisp air; you will not be disappointed in investing in the Molekule Air Pro. Oh and I had the fantastic pleasure of using this everyday for about 2 weeks and decided to give it back a star. So all in all; I would give this air purifier a 5 star even though I docked one initially for the app issue(s) I encountered. Why may you ask? Because I can definitely tell that my air within my home is so much cleaner. The app issue was a hiccup and I was able to hold my breath long enough with this clean air that I am giving it back a star.

I really like that the AeroGarden Farm makes gardening so easy; to be able to grow 12 different types of herbs and vegetables without the worry of pesticides, overwatering, underwatering and sufficient sunlight.

I really like that the AeroGarden Farm makes gardening so easy; to be able to grow 12 different types of herbs and vegetables without the worry of pesticides, overwatering, underwatering and sufficient sunlight.
Now to get into the nitty-gritty, the set up took about 30 minutes. The guide/instructions are pretty standard; it shows what parts you have in the box and step-by-step instruction with pictures and direction.
Once built, I placed it where I knew it would be its permanent station. Side note here, I would highly recommend this because once you fill the water bowl, it's extremely heavy. After powering it on, I was given the option to "Start Planting" or customize on the touch screen. "Start Planting" sets a default setting for the lights, watering schedule, reminders, etc. so it really makes it hard for someone to fail. You just follow the instructions; add water (filtered or distilled water), add seed pod and voila, let the default settings take care of your garden.
I like that I can customize thereafter as well to fit the need. You can connect via WiFi to sync with their app so you have that option. There’s a vacation mode where it’ll “reserve” but still effectively care for your garden. If you experience a power outage, the settings are still saved; you’ll just be asked to re-enter the time. I have to say though, I was a little sad that Google home is not compatible but not a deal breaker.
The feature I was most impressed with is the LED lights; adjusting dimness and more so the ability to imitate Sunrise and Sunset. There is a bit of a heat output from the lights, it isn't terribly hot but you can definitely feel the vicinity being warmer than any other parts of the house so being able to have control of the strength of the light is really neat. You can also adjust the "height" of the light. In its sprouting stage, I lowered the light to about 12" from the water bowl.
The unit runs super quiet, it's even hard to tell when it's being watered. It is VERY bright and does radiate a bit of heat. Given how it’s currently operating though, I'm not expecting a big difference in electric bill; maybe a few extra dollars a month.

I have yet to utilize the magnetic trellis that's included but I can see it will definitely come in handy with the lettuces and when growing "tall" plants like tomatoes and peppers.
As for growing, I opted to try out the lettuce and herb seed pods that were included in the box. By day 3, I saw sprouting from the lettuce pods; 7 days for one of the herbs, 10 days for the other 2 herbs. It’s hard to say it’s growing faster than traditional gardening just yet but I truly do appreciate the ease; not having to constantly check on each leaf, water it, drain it, move my pots in and out of the sun, etc. I suspect I’ll have some insect issues; seen a few but I’d imagine it’ll be far less than if they were planted outside.
I can also foresee some algae or mildew growth so I'd imagine a "flush" would be necessary from time to time to prevent this. There is an option to "Drain" and a hose included but I have yet to figure out how that works. That is a bridge I will cross when I get there.
Overall, I’d recommend it to those who like gardening and harvesting but hate the leg work and/or maybe just don’t have a whole lot of space.

Are you tired of having different kitchen appliances all over your kitchen? Taking up unnecessary space and having them only be beneficial for just one task? Well… If you are an individual that loves to cook or knows someone that loves to cook and want to make their time in the kitchen more efficient yet enjoyable; look no further… I present to you the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer. This thing of beauty is constructed of brushed stainless steel and this specific model comes in the color of black truffle. The appearance of this 11 in 1 smart cooking kitchen appliance looks fantastic and premium in my kitchen. Not to mention this kitchen appliance also has an LCD display which gives it an extra “wow” factor. Still not amused? What about an integrated oven light that automatically turns on when your food is done cooking? Or perhaps you want to turn it on randomly to check on your food? Breville has you covered and on top of that the integrated oven light can be replaced just like your regular large oven.
Looks aren’t everything though here ladies and gentlemen. As mentioned, the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer comes with 11 preset functions: Toast, Bagel, Bake, Roast, Broil, Pizza, Cookies, Air Fry, Warm and Slow Cook! It doesn’t stop there though… The Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer also has a nice range of temperature that you can select from between 120 degrees and 500 degrees fahrenheit. What this means is that with low temperatures you can slow cook or if you prefer you can crank the temperature up and air fry or broil whatever it is you’re cooking. On top of that, you are also equipped with super convection so that the hot air circulates around your food so that it lessens your cooking time and air frys (crisps) your food perfectly. What I thoroughly enjoy is the “smart” feature that Breville implemented into this kitchen appliance. With the Element IQ System built into the unit; it has sensing capabilities to measure temperatures so that it eliminates cold spots which means it leaves your food cooked perfectly inside and out. I had the opportunity to cook everything from frozen cornish hens, frozen dino nuggets, frozen french fries, frozen fish sticks, frozen garlic bread, frozen pizza down to fresh chicken breast, fresh steaks, fresh chicken wings, potatoes, brussel sprouts, bagels, toast, muffins, and cookies. Okay fine… my wife did the muffins and cookies; I’m not a baker. I didn’t once have any problems cooking any of my dishes/food. All the functions did what they were designed to do and my kids loved their frozen foods nice and crispy without the added oil. You’re probably wondering… what about cleaning it? Breville has you covered here for the most part because they’ve made it so that the interior is non-stick! The accessories that came included (except the air frying basket) are all easy to clean. All you need is a little bit of dish soap and an ordinary dish sponge and you’re good to go. My only gripe that I have personally is with the air frying basket. Although it serves its purpose the cleaning can be extremely difficult. Because of the design/material of the basket; whatever sponge you’re using to clean it is going to basically shred when rubbed against the basket. Seeing as how this oven is marketed as a “Smart Oven Air Fryer”; I personally would’ve liked to see a better/easier to use and clean air frying basket. It seems as if Breville knew this too because on the basket it even says to not cook anything that “drips” knowing that the cleaning of the basket is going to be a pain. Perhaps Breville could’ve made it so that the air frying basket is also nonstick and include it with a suspended drip pan beneath it (this way food you’re air frying gets proper air circulation)? I do enjoy that the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer isn’t overly huge; it’s about the same size as my microwave. When it comes down to it my kids can eat healthier, cooking is easier for me and my wife can do her baking. The benefits definitely outweigh the one gripe I have.
I have to say I am still impressed even with the minor setback I have with the design of the air frying basket. Breville has made a kitchen appliance that is versatile and stunning all at the same time. If you’re currently considering replacing a good amount of appliances in your kitchen (including your stand alone air fryer); give the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer an opportunity to amaze you. This thing of beauty can look the part and do what it needs to do… 11 things in 1 that is. I have replaced a good amount of my kitchen appliances and now only have the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer assisting me with all my cooking needs.

First impressions are always the most important aren’t they? Logitech has taken no step back in “first impressions” because the Logitech G PRO X Wireless is a thing of beauty. Upon opening the packaging; you’ll be greeted with some quality built wireless headphones. The mic that is included with your G PRO X Wireless is also detachable and Logitech was nice enough to give you a replacement knitted fabric velour type of ear cushions. The already pre attached earcushions are a faux leather type of material. If that’s not enough… Logitech even provides you a nice cushioned carrying pouch for those of you that want to bring them everywhere you go. So ultimately it depends on your necessity, comfortability and usage of how you want to put your Logitech G PRO X Wireless DTS Headphones to good use.
Logitech has honestly impressed me with the G PRO X Wireless DTS Headphones. The build quality on it in my opinion appears “premium”. But that doesn’t stop just there… Logitech has made it so that these headphones are in fact “premium”. The headphones feel sturdy and also provide you an enjoyable yet comfortable experience. I wear glasses and I love the fact that the G PRO X Wireless DTS Headphones provide enough tension so that it stays securely on my head but doesn’t provide so much tension that it hurts my ears; again I wear glasses… And I also sport some big ears. So headphones off to you Logitech for keeping us big ear glasses wearing folks in mind when designing the G PRO X Wireless DTS Headphones.
When it comes down to performance and “ease of use”; I have to say I am not let down in any way, shape or form. Logitech has integrated the G PRO X Wireless DTS Headphones directly within their Logitech G Hub App. So all you have to do is install the Logitech G Hub App and you’re good to go. Now, if you want to customize these headphones; you’re taken care of by Logitech. There are typical settings that you can change such as the customizing of the equalizer and enabling things like surround sound. My question to you is… do you play any first person shooters that require you to hear footsteps? Well guess what… Logitech gives you the ability to customize the virtual sound of your headphones so you can increase things like footsteps. I mean comeon… That is AMAZING! But it doesn’t stop there… Have you heard of Blue Vo!ce? Blue Vo!ce gives you the ability to fully customize the way your mic sounds and the output of your voice. The G PRO X Wireless DTS Headphones come with Blue Vo!ce. So even if you’re not a full-time gamer and require a mic that is clear for things like conference calls (especially in this day and age); Logitech has you covered here. This is like the “icing on the cake”. I had the opportunity to test the mic with fellow co-workers through Skype for Business and everyone had the pleasure of saying how much better my mic sounds compared to before. All in all, I am pleased to say that the Logitech G PRO X Wireless DTS Headphones give you what you need in terms of performance when it comes to sound quality and microphone output.
In conclusion; I have to recommend the Logitech G Pro X Wireless DTS Headphones. If you’re currently on the market for a new pair of wireless headphones to use for full-time gaming, part-time gaming or even conference calls; give the Logitech G Pro X Wireless DTS Headphones a shot. With the full customizability of these headphones from everything to the sound down to the microphone; you have no reason to be disappointed here. On top of all that they are really comfortable for those long headphone sessions that you are either required or wanting to do.

I had the opportunity to test the mic with fellow co-workers through Skype for Business and everyone had the pleasure of saying how much better my mic sounds compared to before. All in all, I am pleased to say that the Logitech G PRO X Wireless DTS Headphones give you what you need in terms of performance when it comes to sound quality and microphone output.
In conclusion; I have to recommend the Logitech G Pro X Wireless DTS Headphones. If you’re currently on the market for a new pair of wireless headphones to use for full-time gaming, part-time gaming or even conference calls; give the Logitech G Pro X Wireless DTS Headphones a shot. Ladies and gentlemen… I present to you… A gaming laptop that is worthy in my books because of the COOLING. What we have here is a gaming laptop that can perform because it’s powered by an AMD Ryzen 7 4800H 8 core CPU clocked at 2.9GHz, Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Ti 6GB of dedicated video memory and 16 GB of DDR4 3200MHz memory; but where it shines the most is the incredible cooling capability. Are you tired of buying a gaming laptop to find out that the cooling is subpar or practically terrible? Well… if you are; definitely keep reading.
If you are a heavy gamer and have had experience building your own custom PCs; you will understand that it’s important to have a rig that can perform all your games at your desired specifications while maintaining a nice temperature.
The folks at HP behind the cooling of this laptop really deserve a pat on the back here. I am thoroughly impressed. I also own an older version of their HP OMEN Obelisk gaming desktop and honestly the cooling wasn’t as good as I expected. I ended up swapping out the CPU cooler for an AIO water-cooler to help lower the temps on that beast. But we’re not here to talk about that… We are here to talk about the HP - OMEN Gaming 15.6" Laptop - 15-EN0023DX.

The design of the laptop is quite minimalistic. It doesn’t SCREAM gaming which in my opinion is perfect. I like what HP has done with the OMEN logo as well. The laptop looks very sleek and I am able to carry it around without people wondering what I whip out of my laptop bag. Come’on everyone… You know EXACTLY what I am talking about when you have one of those crazy looking gaming laptops that draws too much attention to you. Typically it’s either massive or it has all these crazy red colors. The only personal gripe I have with the design is that although the laptop doesn’t look cheap; a lot of plastic is used… including the touchpad. I noticed that because the screen is plastic; there tends to be a good amount of “flexing” going on when the laptop is closed. What I mean is that if you put this laptop in a laptop bag and you travel a lot; I’d be really careful about applying too much pressure on the screen side of the laptop because there’s a lot of “flexing” going on here due to the plastic housing of the screen and gap between the keyboard side of the laptop. The speakers aren’t amazing but they definitely aren’t bad. I personally felt that the keyboard definitely overall isn’t bad either but nothing really blew me away here as far as the build quality of the laptop goes. Again this is my opinion but I do feel that there could be some build quality improvements here.
Performance is where this laptop shines though. I have to say I am honestly thoroughly impressed. I threw all the games I had in my different libraries such as Steam, Blizzard, Uplay, Origin and Epic (in no specific order). With the included software called OMEN Command Center, there’s honestly some nifty contents in there. You have achievements that you can accomplish and earn rewards, control the RGB keyboard, overclock the system along with other things and of course… Control the fan profiles. HP gives you the preset standards of Comfort, Default and Performance; including “auto” fan speed or “max” fan speed. When I ran FarCry 5 through my UPLAY+ on the Default fan profile with “auto” fan speed; I hovered around 65c for the GPU and 80c for CPU which is honestly really impressive for an air cooled gaming laptop. If that honestly isn’t good enough for you and you don’t mind a little more fan noise, you’re more than welcome to change the fan profile to performance and set the fan to max which will bring you in at around 58c for the GPU and 72c for the CPU. Next up I went ahead and threw BFV at this bad boy and was playing on Ultra with a solid 70 FPS with right around 80c on the GPU and 60c on the CPU (Fan mode: Performance; Auto). If that’s not convincing enough… I ran Resident Evil 3 on ultra and was getting a solid 80 FPS while the GPU hovered around 75c and the CPU hovered around 57c. Still not convincing enough? How about running Witcher 3 at a solid 60 FPS with no stutter or lag at 83c for the GPU although while the CPU was a little higher than I liked; still no issues with any thermal throttling due to the awesome cooling. I mean come on… That is AMAZING. Just an FYI, I run my games on either Ultra/High so this laptop being able to give me the performance and smooth gameplay without any temperature issues is really just fantastic. Also, if you are aware of what screen tearing is; this laptop’s monitor includes AMD Freesync which really helps and it boasts a 144Hz monitor. So for you first person shooters out there… enjoy!
So in conclusion; what you’re getting here is a gaming laptop that can definitely play practically any game you want to throw at it. While you are throwing these games at it, you are supported with some phenomenal cooling thanks to HP’s team that designed the cooling of this laptop. As mentioned above; the only gripes I had were with the actual build quality of the laptop due to the plastic usage. Again, it doesn’t look terrible; I would’ve just liked to see less plastic used. Nonetheless! If you are in the market currently for a performance gaming laptop with steller cooling; please do yourself a favor and take a look at the HP Omen 15-EN0023DX at your local Best Buy. I definitely recommend it and you will not be disappointed with this purchase.

This shooting grip makes taking selfies and vlogging incredibly easy. The built in tripod, the 360 button release swivel and tilt makes it extremely versatile. Due to its compact and lightweight design, it is easy to travel with in its provided carrying case or keep it attached to the camera with little to no obstruction when you don’t necessarily need the grip for the shot.
I personally felt it was relatively comfortable in my small hands and balanced while attached to the A6100. I didn’t worry too much about losing grip or dropping it due to the textured grip. Although, I’d imagine it would be much more comfortable for someone with larger hands.
The pairing process was a no brainer as long as you know your way around the Menu. Once paired, it seems to always pair when turned on and connection seems stable. It has basic controls; photo, record, zoom, lock, C1. It was very nice that there were no delays in response when each was pressed.
To get down to the “cons”, this grip is battery operated; specifically (1) CR2032 button cell battery. Following this, there is no indication of battery life or even an estimated usage stated on Sony’s website. It would be advised to carry extra batteries at all times. Whilst this shortcoming is not a deal breaker, I personally feel for the price point, it would have been nice if it were rechargeable.

Google’s Nest Wifi system has been a huge upgrade from my (fairly old) ASUS RT-N66U. One of the biggest differences has been going from a single-router to a mesh system with multiple access points to cover more square feet around my home. Initially I bought the 2-pack (Router and AP) but ended up expanding to another AP due to how satisfied I was with the product.
Google’s Nest Wifi system has been a huge upgrade from my (fairly old) ASUS RT-N66U. One of the biggest differences has been going from a single-router to a mesh system with multiple access points to cover more square feet around my home. Initially I bought the 2-pack (Router and AP) but ended up expanding to another AP due to how satisfied I was with the product.
Setting up the system is bar-none the easiest I’ve had to setup. Using Google Home’s app, it’s all automated and straight-forward as you go through the prompt. The only issue I had (which is definitely due to my laziness) is I shared the same SSID and PW with my current router and the new Nest...so of course I had issues getting it all paired up. But after I worked that out, the drop in was almost flawless.
Speeds have been considerably faster on all of my WiFi devices (which I have quite a bit of) and I haven’t experienced any dropoff or inconsistent speeds since my installation. Arguably some of this could have been attributed to how WiFi signal dips as it goes through walls or other channels my neighbors are using...but nonetheless it has resolved a lot of what I was hoping it would fix.
One personal gripe I have (which is a nonissue for most) is the hardline capabilities of the router itself. If hardline is required, you will have to get an unmanaged switch to fork the connections to allow for things such as ethernet runs or Powerline ethernet (which is how I hardline my computers in separate rooms). Unfortunately there’s only one output of ethernet on the back of the router, so some creativity might be involved with transitioning to this router.
Onto the aesthetics, I don’t think there are many mesh systems that are as sleek and provide as much features as the Nest. Having a built-in Google Home essentially replaces the current Google Minis I have spread across rooms. Not just that, but the AP is pleasing on the eyes wherever they’re placed.

I would consider the Sony A6100 an entry to intermediate level mirrorless camera. When compared to its rivals, I would consider this the better value and superior in terms of image and video quality. The lightweight and compact design makes this camera perfect for traveling or “on-the-go”. With the A6100, you’re able to take stunning photos without being a photographer; 4K video without being a videographer which make this camera immensely versatile.
While on paper most features do not seem much of an upgrade from the A6000, in-use I would consider this a long-awaited upgrade. The auto-focus feature is really where the A6100 outshines its predecessor. Also, this camera has external mic-input and a 180 degree flip screen which makes taking selfies easier and (youtube) vlogging possible. While I noticed little difference between the two when taking photos of static subjects, I found the A6100 to edge out on moving/action shots and definitely video. I also think the low-light images and video really delivers. The camera can also be used while charging (battery in unit) so there is virtually no down-time if you need to constantly capture photos or videos.
To get down to the “cons”, depending on whom you ask, this will vary. I personally think the 16-50mm lens it comes with is…good enough…if you intend to use for quick and easy photos to capture those once in a lifetime memories. For intermediate level, I would highly recommend purchasing another lens kit or body only and invest in lenses. There’s also no in camera stabilization so you may want to opt for lenses with stabilization.
I also find that moving the viewfinder a bit cumbersome. I find myself having to grip extra hard so I don’t accidentally drop the camera due to the rigidness. With the eyepiece cap on, the corner of the screen is obstructed which is not a deal breaker, a mild annoyance really.

Are you a fitness fanatic where you can’t skip a workout because you’re traveling? Maybe you don’t feel like opening up a gym membership because you don’t want to ultimately be paying the gym and not going. Or hey! Maybe you’re the type of person that wants to start off by working out at home and doesn’t want to invest in home weights or fitness equipment that is bulky.
Let me introduce you to the Gorilla Bow by Gorilla Fitness.
The Gorilla Bow was designed to provide you with a full body workout as well as strength training. If you’re thinking that your heart rate doesn’t go up; think again. Not only will you be able to do a full body workout, get some muscle and strength building; you’ll also be able to get a good cardiovascular workout as well. I typically enjoy this type of workout because I like to do a full range of exercises with very little rest in between my sets and reps when I am at the gym; it gets my heart rate up so that I don’t have to worry so much about doing cardio. The Gorilla Bow has you covered. To top things off, the Gorilla Bow looks awesome. I had it at work and everyone was interested because it ultimately looks like a bow instead of just simple resistance bands.
If you’ve ever used resistance bands, you’ll know that resistance bands are good. Resistance bands are versatile and you can literally throw them in a bag and take them with you if you ever need a quick workout when you’re at your home away from home. Honestly, I even know people that use resistance bands when they are even at the gym. Gorilla Fitness (makers behind Gorilla Bow) has taken those resistance bands but changed the way resistance bands work. How you may ask? By giving you the ability to attach the resistance bands to a bow.
The bow itself is crafted of aircraft grade aluminum so that it’s built to last and built to be sturdy. Depending on what you need, you attach the resistance bands to your desire and begin doing different exercises. When I say different exercises, I literally mean all kinds of exercises. During my first experience with the Gorilla Bow, I was able to rep out some bicep curls, back rows, overhead shoulder presses, tricep and even some squats. There’s a lot more you can do; the website has some excellent instructional videos too so I recommend checking that out. The resistance bands themselves are nice and stretchy yet sturdy; so you’re able to use them to their full ability and do many different exercises. If you need different resistance, Gorilla Fitness has equipped the Gorilla Bow with 4 bands which have different resistance of either 10, 20, 50, or 60lbs. If that isn’t enough, they also have 80 and 90 pound resistance bands. I love the fact that the Gorilla Bow is so easy to use and it’s easy to put together and take apart for when you actually need it. I will for sure take it everywhere I go (especially on trips); I’ve even taken it to work to get a couple reps/sets in when I start falling asleep at my desk job.
Overall, I have to say I am very pleased with the Gorilla Bow by Gorilla Fitness. Gorilla Fitness has also included a 2 year warranty to stand behind their product which is definitely a plus. One thing that I can safely say, the Gorilla Bow by Gorilla Fitness really gives you the ability to do a full body exercise while still being compact and lightweight. It’s literally perfect for fitness folks that either don’t want something bulky at home or if they don’t have the ability to workout when they are away from home. I definitely would not hesitate to recommend one of these to people that want to start something from home without the bulk, travel a lot, or simply want a different type of equipment for working out.

Are you sore after your workout at the gym? Do you spend countless hour(s) lifting weights and foam roll? Maybe your legs are sore after a nice long run. You know what? Maybe you just have some crazy built up knots from all that daily stress of life or work. Let me introduce you to the G3Pro by Theragun.
Theragun created the percussive massage gun so that it can target all those places you want to feel better or recover. Theragun includes six attachments with your G3Pro to specifically hit certain areas/muscles of your body. Along with the six interchangeable attachments, you are also equipped with an adjustable arm so that you can reach those harder to reach areas. Let's say you want a bit more “oomph” in your therapeutic session, the G3Pro has you covered because Theragun has equipped it with 2 different speeds to satisfy your needs and desires. Theragun also includes an extremely nice premium travel case. I found that the case is AMAZING because I can literally take it with all the accessories anywhere and everywhere that I want to and everything stores perfectly (plus it looks and feels premium). Worried about battery life? I wouldn’t because the G3Pro by Theragun includes 2 batteries and 1 is going to last you approximately 75 minutes; thats a total runtime of 150 minutes. The smart thing to do is while you’re using one, you have the other charging/charged; just keep hot swapping if you need it longer than 150 minutes.
During my usage and experience of the G3Pro by Theragun, I must say that I am honestly quite impressed. Not only is it super simple to use, it’s really therapeutic as well. I hit the iron facility 6 days a week (Monday ~ Saturday) with 1 day of rest (Sunday). So to be completely honest, my body is quite hammered by the end of the week; until the Theragun G3Pro came into my life. After a couple sessions of the G3Pro, I can feel that I have better range of motion, muscles aren’t as fatigued, helps with making any cramps I have (specifically calves) feel much more relaxed, and the icing on the cake… helps break up any knots/stiffness I come across. For someone that doesn’t hit the gym and does a lot of cardio like marathons instead, the G3Pro is also effective for recovery and soreness. If you are wondering “I don’t go to the gym or do any cardio”, doesn't matter; the G3Pro can benefit you with just relieving you from your daily stress. My spouse doesn’t prefer to exercise but uses the G3Pro on the regular for her shoulders and she has fallen in love with the G3Pro. If you’re a total newbie and don’t know where to begin, I would definitely recommend the Theragun app. The Theragun app provides you insight and helpful information to guide you through the usage of the G3Pro.
My only gripe that I have with the G3Pro is that it’s a bit loud… The G3Pro by Theragun is their third version of a percussive massage gun. I personally don’t own the previous models but looking at some videos of the past models will shed some light on what I am about to state. The G3Pro is DEFINITELY a lot quieter than the previous model. The previous model sounded like construction going on right at where you used it. I compared it to my friends Hypervolt by Hyperice and unfortunately the G3Pro is still relatively louder than the Hypervolt. So when we’re in the office and I want to break out my G3Pro for a quick session, it’s kinda hard to do that because of the noise. But if my friend breaks out his Hypervolt in the office (as he has been for a while now); no one really says anything about the noise. When I use it at home, I have to be cautious of what time I use it because I have 2 kids and if they’re sleeping; I can’t whip out the G3Pro unfortunately. This is also an issue if you live in an apartment environment as your neighbors may be bothered by the noise. One thing I noticed during usage though is that I really like the way the G3Pro feels on contact as opposed to the Hypervolt by Hyperice. I guess it ultimately depends on personal preference but in my opinion, I feel like the G3Pro works much better and has a more “percussive” element to it as opposed to the Hypervolt by Hyperice.
Overall I am thoroughly impressed and more than satisfied with the G3Pro. I wouldn’t consider myself a bodybuilder but I’m definitely an active individual. I mean hey, how many people actually wake up at 3am every day to hit the gym? Why not reward myself and relax myself with the G3Pro by Theragun. The G3Pro has helped me with my recovery and is definitely cheaper (in the long run) than going to a massage therapist at least once a week. Whenever I am at home and I need a quick fix of relaxation or if I am specifically sore in one area; I’ll just whip out the G3Pro by Theragun and get a quick session in. As mentioned above, my only gripe is that it's still a bit loud in my opinion. Theragun has taken some necessary steps to make the G3Pro quieter than the previous model and I’m sure the next version will have an improvement as well. As long as you’re not intending to use it in a quiet environment all the time, you should be perfectly fine. Knowing that Theragun cares and did what is possible to lower the noise from the previous model shows that Theragun cares about their product (or in a combination of listening to their buyers). So the next time you hit the gym, go on that run or simply just need a therapeutic relaxation session; consider looking into the G3Pro by Theragun for your recovery instead of the traditional foam rolling or massage therapist. I would definitely and highly recommend the Theragun G3Pro to friends, family, and gym pals without hesitation.

Hello Raymon, not at all. The Google Home app is free to download. All you need is to plug this thing in to an outlet and download the Google Home app.

Will you be able to take a phone call on this? I.e., do the mics function as a phone mic?
Hello Jordan, as of current no. You can't make phone calls either. When you try and tell Google Home to do anything that has to do with phone calls currently, it says it can't do that right now. So maybe Google will release that feature in the future? Not sure though...
