Google’s Nest Wifi system has been a huge upgrade from my (fairly old) ASUS RT-N66U. One of the biggest differences has been going from a single-router to a mesh system with multiple access points to cover more square feet around my home. Initially I bought the 2-pack (Router and AP) but ended up expanding to another AP due to how satisfied I was with the product.
Google’s Nest Wifi system has been a huge upgrade from my (fairly old) ASUS RT-N66U. One of the biggest differences has been going from a single-router to a mesh system with multiple access points to cover more square feet around my home. Initially I bought the 2-pack (Router and AP) but ended up expanding to another AP due to how satisfied I was with the product.
Setting up the system is bar-none the easiest I’ve had to setup. Using Google Home’s app, it’s all automated and straight-forward as you go through the prompt. The only issue I had (which is definitely due to my laziness) is I shared the same SSID and PW with my current router and the new Nest...so of course I had issues getting it all paired up. But after I worked that out, the drop in was almost flawless.
Speeds have been considerably faster on all of my WiFi devices (which I have quite a bit of) and I haven’t experienced any dropoff or inconsistent speeds since my installation. Arguably some of this could have been attributed to how WiFi signal dips as it goes through walls or other channels my neighbors are using...but nonetheless it has resolved a lot of what I was hoping it would fix.
One personal gripe I have (which is a nonissue for most) is the hardline capabilities of the router itself. If hardline is required, you will have to get an unmanaged switch to fork the connections to allow for things such as ethernet runs or Powerline ethernet (which is how I hardline my computers in separate rooms). Unfortunately there’s only one output of ethernet on the back of the router, so some creativity might be involved with transitioning to this router.
Onto the aesthetics, I don’t think there are many mesh systems that are as sleek and provide as much features as the Nest. Having a built-in Google Home essentially replaces the current Google Minis I have spread across rooms. Not just that, but the AP is pleasing on the eyes wherever they’re placed.

I would consider the Sony A6100 an entry to intermediate level mirrorless camera. When compared to its rivals, I would consider this the better value and superior in terms of image and video quality. The lightweight and compact design makes this camera perfect for traveling or “on-the-go”. With the A6100, you’re able to take stunning photos without being a photographer; 4K video without being a videographer which make this camera immensely versatile.
While on paper most features do not seem much of an upgrade from the A6000, in-use I would consider this a long-awaited upgrade. The auto-focus feature is really where the A6100 outshines its predecessor. Also, this camera has external mic-input and a 180 degree flip screen which makes taking selfies easier and (youtube) vlogging possible. While I noticed little difference between the two when taking photos of static subjects, I found the A6100 to edge out on moving/action shots and definitely video. I also think the low-light images and video really delivers. The camera can also be used while charging (battery in unit) so there is virtually no down-time if you need to constantly capture photos or videos.
To get down to the “cons”, depending on whom you ask, this will vary. I personally think the 16-50mm lens it comes with is…good enough…if you intend to use for quick and easy photos to capture those once in a lifetime memories. For intermediate level, I would highly recommend purchasing another lens kit or body only and invest in lenses. There’s also no in camera stabilization so you may want to opt for lenses with stabilization.
I also find that moving the viewfinder a bit cumbersome. I find myself having to grip extra hard so I don’t accidentally drop the camera due to the rigidness. With the eyepiece cap on, the corner of the screen is obstructed which is not a deal breaker, a mild annoyance really.

Are you a fitness fanatic where you can’t skip a workout because you’re traveling? Maybe you don’t feel like opening up a gym membership because you don’t want to ultimately be paying the gym and not going. Or hey! Maybe you’re the type of person that wants to start off by working out at home and doesn’t want to invest in home weights or fitness equipment that is bulky.
Let me introduce you to the Gorilla Bow by Gorilla Fitness.
The Gorilla Bow was designed to provide you with a full body workout as well as strength training. If you’re thinking that your heart rate doesn’t go up; think again. Not only will you be able to do a full body workout, get some muscle and strength building; you’ll also be able to get a good cardiovascular workout as well. I typically enjoy this type of workout because I like to do a full range of exercises with very little rest in between my sets and reps when I am at the gym; it gets my heart rate up so that I don’t have to worry so much about doing cardio. The Gorilla Bow has you covered. To top things off, the Gorilla Bow looks awesome. I had it at work and everyone was interested because it ultimately looks like a bow instead of just simple resistance bands.
If you’ve ever used resistance bands, you’ll know that resistance bands are good. Resistance bands are versatile and you can literally throw them in a bag and take them with you if you ever need a quick workout when you’re at your home away from home. Honestly, I even know people that use resistance bands when they are even at the gym. Gorilla Fitness (makers behind Gorilla Bow) has taken those resistance bands but changed the way resistance bands work. How you may ask? By giving you the ability to attach the resistance bands to a bow.
The bow itself is crafted of aircraft grade aluminum so that it’s built to last and built to be sturdy. Depending on what you need, you attach the resistance bands to your desire and begin doing different exercises. When I say different exercises, I literally mean all kinds of exercises. During my first experience with the Gorilla Bow, I was able to rep out some bicep curls, back rows, overhead shoulder presses, tricep and even some squats. There’s a lot more you can do; the website has some excellent instructional videos too so I recommend checking that out. The resistance bands themselves are nice and stretchy yet sturdy; so you’re able to use them to their full ability and do many different exercises. If you need different resistance, Gorilla Fitness has equipped the Gorilla Bow with 4 bands which have different resistance of either 10, 20, 50, or 60lbs. If that isn’t enough, they also have 80 and 90 pound resistance bands. I love the fact that the Gorilla Bow is so easy to use and it’s easy to put together and take apart for when you actually need it. I will for sure take it everywhere I go (especially on trips); I’ve even taken it to work to get a couple reps/sets in when I start falling asleep at my desk job.
Overall, I have to say I am very pleased with the Gorilla Bow by Gorilla Fitness. Gorilla Fitness has also included a 2 year warranty to stand behind their product which is definitely a plus. One thing that I can safely say, the Gorilla Bow by Gorilla Fitness really gives you the ability to do a full body exercise while still being compact and lightweight. It’s literally perfect for fitness folks that either don’t want something bulky at home or if they don’t have the ability to workout when they are away from home. I definitely would not hesitate to recommend one of these to people that want to start something from home without the bulk, travel a lot, or simply want a different type of equipment for working out.

Are you sore after your workout at the gym? Do you spend countless hour(s) lifting weights and foam roll? Maybe your legs are sore after a nice long run. You know what? Maybe you just have some crazy built up knots from all that daily stress of life or work. Let me introduce you to the G3Pro by Theragun.
Theragun created the percussive massage gun so that it can target all those places you want to feel better or recover. Theragun includes six attachments with your G3Pro to specifically hit certain areas/muscles of your body. Along with the six interchangeable attachments, you are also equipped with an adjustable arm so that you can reach those harder to reach areas. Let's say you want a bit more “oomph” in your therapeutic session, the G3Pro has you covered because Theragun has equipped it with 2 different speeds to satisfy your needs and desires. Theragun also includes an extremely nice premium travel case. I found that the case is AMAZING because I can literally take it with all the accessories anywhere and everywhere that I want to and everything stores perfectly (plus it looks and feels premium). Worried about battery life? I wouldn’t because the G3Pro by Theragun includes 2 batteries and 1 is going to last you approximately 75 minutes; thats a total runtime of 150 minutes. The smart thing to do is while you’re using one, you have the other charging/charged; just keep hot swapping if you need it longer than 150 minutes.
During my usage and experience of the G3Pro by Theragun, I must say that I am honestly quite impressed. Not only is it super simple to use, it’s really therapeutic as well. I hit the iron facility 6 days a week (Monday ~ Saturday) with 1 day of rest (Sunday). So to be completely honest, my body is quite hammered by the end of the week; until the Theragun G3Pro came into my life. After a couple sessions of the G3Pro, I can feel that I have better range of motion, muscles aren’t as fatigued, helps with making any cramps I have (specifically calves) feel much more relaxed, and the icing on the cake… helps break up any knots/stiffness I come across. For someone that doesn’t hit the gym and does a lot of cardio like marathons instead, the G3Pro is also effective for recovery and soreness. If you are wondering “I don’t go to the gym or do any cardio”, doesn't matter; the G3Pro can benefit you with just relieving you from your daily stress. My spouse doesn’t prefer to exercise but uses the G3Pro on the regular for her shoulders and she has fallen in love with the G3Pro. If you’re a total newbie and don’t know where to begin, I would definitely recommend the Theragun app. The Theragun app provides you insight and helpful information to guide you through the usage of the G3Pro.
My only gripe that I have with the G3Pro is that it’s a bit loud… The G3Pro by Theragun is their third version of a percussive massage gun. I personally don’t own the previous models but looking at some videos of the past models will shed some light on what I am about to state. The G3Pro is DEFINITELY a lot quieter than the previous model. The previous model sounded like construction going on right at where you used it. I compared it to my friends Hypervolt by Hyperice and unfortunately the G3Pro is still relatively louder than the Hypervolt. So when we’re in the office and I want to break out my G3Pro for a quick session, it’s kinda hard to do that because of the noise. But if my friend breaks out his Hypervolt in the office (as he has been for a while now); no one really says anything about the noise. When I use it at home, I have to be cautious of what time I use it because I have 2 kids and if they’re sleeping; I can’t whip out the G3Pro unfortunately. This is also an issue if you live in an apartment environment as your neighbors may be bothered by the noise. One thing I noticed during usage though is that I really like the way the G3Pro feels on contact as opposed to the Hypervolt by Hyperice. I guess it ultimately depends on personal preference but in my opinion, I feel like the G3Pro works much better and has a more “percussive” element to it as opposed to the Hypervolt by Hyperice.
Overall I am thoroughly impressed and more than satisfied with the G3Pro. I wouldn’t consider myself a bodybuilder but I’m definitely an active individual. I mean hey, how many people actually wake up at 3am every day to hit the gym? Why not reward myself and relax myself with the G3Pro by Theragun. The G3Pro has helped me with my recovery and is definitely cheaper (in the long run) than going to a massage therapist at least once a week. Whenever I am at home and I need a quick fix of relaxation or if I am specifically sore in one area; I’ll just whip out the G3Pro by Theragun and get a quick session in. As mentioned above, my only gripe is that it's still a bit loud in my opinion. Theragun has taken some necessary steps to make the G3Pro quieter than the previous model and I’m sure the next version will have an improvement as well. As long as you’re not intending to use it in a quiet environment all the time, you should be perfectly fine. Knowing that Theragun cares and did what is possible to lower the noise from the previous model shows that Theragun cares about their product (or in a combination of listening to their buyers). So the next time you hit the gym, go on that run or simply just need a therapeutic relaxation session; consider looking into the G3Pro by Theragun for your recovery instead of the traditional foam rolling or massage therapist. I would definitely and highly recommend the Theragun G3Pro to friends, family, and gym pals without hesitation.

Master & Dynamic has done it again with the MW65G1. I currently own the MW60 and I have to say that the MW60 are my favorite headphones. When it comes down to the design of the MW65G1, Master & Dynamic didn’t take any shortcuts. I LOVE the fact that Master & Dynamic use quality materials for their headphones such as anodized aluminum and lambskin-wrapped leather. If you haven’t worn the MW65G1 or the MW60 before, you’ll be blown away by how comfy these headphones are. What amazed me the most here by Master & Dynamic is how light they made the MW65G1 while still using quality materials and having active noise cancelling. I must say, the addition of active noise cancellation that my MW60 didn’t have is excellent!
Setting up and pairing the MW65G1 is honestly super simple and user friendly. I’ve never had any problems with the MW60 and I didn’t expect any issues with the MW65G1. With a design similar to the MW60, you’ll find that the MW65G1 is easy to use as well. You essentially have 3 buttons to choose from on the right ear piece. Simply put, you have your volume rockers and the main middle button that handles pretty much everything else. The MW65G1 comes with Google Assistant ready to go. If you decide that Google Assistant isn’t your flavor though… Switching to your device’s assistant is super easy to do as well. Simply hold down the active noise cancelling button along with that center button I mentioned previously for 5 seconds and you’re all set! If you decide you want to switch back, simply repeat the process. Here is where the MW65G1 differs from my current MW60 model. MW65G1 has active noise cancelling and a button that controls it. You’ll find this button that I am talking about on the left ear piece. You have the ability to either have noise cancelling on high, low or simply just off. Speaking about the left ear piece; you’ll also find the power button along with different light indicators for battery level and paired/pairing status.
Now this is where we dive into the actual performance of the MW65G1… I’m sure this is why you’re reading this review. I don’t know how it was done but Master & Dynamic was able to get active noise cancelling on their amazing headphones without compromising the audio quality too much. The thing that I love the most about Master & Dynamic headphones is that it produces a warm and balanced natural sounding profile without any distortion of any kind that literally plays all genres of music. Another upgrade that I noticed from my MW60 to these MW65G1 is the bass. While playing some heavy bass music, I noticed that the bass was enough so that it’s not overpowering while still maintaining clear vocals and instruments. I’ve always felt that the MW60 didn’t have enough bass. The final upgrade I noticed from my MW60 is changing from microUSB to USB-C. With USB-C, you are offered a quick-charge feature that will give you approximately 12 hours of playback with just 15 minutes of charging. Master & Dynamic advertises the MW65G1 with a battery life that lasts 24 hours. So if you are ever in a tight situation where you forget to charge your headphones overnight, simply plug it in and get 12 hours of listening with just a 15 minute charge. One downfall that I did notice that wasn’t an upgrade and is instead a downgrade is that the MW65G1 doesn’t fold in. The MW60 that I have do fold in. I would’ve liked to see the MW65G1 have the ability to fold in and also come with an included hard carrying case to protect this beauty instead of a carrying bag. In my opinion, having the MW65G1 not fold makes it carrying around a bit cumbersome as it takes up a good amount of space wherever you’re storing it and you may end up opting to bring a different pair of headphones with you instead.
In conclusion, Master & Dynamic has done a stellar job with their design and quality of the MW65G1. You literally get all the same benefits such as lambskin-wrapped cups and band (ALL DAY COMFORT GUARANTEED), quality audio, and a stunning yet durable construction; while adding on active noise cancelling without compromising the quality of the audio, perfectly balanced bass without distorting the beautiful audio that the MW65G1 offers, and the change of standard microUSB to USB-C with fast charging capabilities. Some may feel like 24 hours isn’t stellar battery life, but trust me; you’re getting superb balanced quality audio at 24 hours of usage. The only thing I could recommend is having the design changed a bit so that the headphones can fold. In addition, having a hard carrying case instead of a carrying bag would definitely benefit the buyer. Nonetheless, I definitely recommend the products from Master & Dynamic and the MW65G1 is another addition to their fantastic line of audio equipment.

Vizio’s new flagship P759-G1 Quantum series is nothing short of amazing. The 759-G1 uses a technology Vizio refers to as ‘Quantum Color’, which uses quantum dot technology to deliver dark blacks and luminescent whites. The increase of dimming zones (240 in this model) also allows for the TV to really take advantage of the difference in light and dark scenes and giving the picture that extra ‘pop’. Vizio’s flagship TV also continues the familiar HDR10 variant, Dolby Vision, in this model. One of the amazing perks of having Dolby Vision is the dynamic metadata each scene contains; which essentially builds each scene to maximize the amount of brightness, contrast, color, and performance.
Vizio also unveils their new SmartCast 3.0 with this model, that now supports Apple Airplay 2 and Apple Homekit. This was the extra cherry-on-the-top for myself since I live in an Apple Ecosystem (phone, tablet, watch, etc.) and being able to cast onto the TV removed another unnecessary device(AppleTV) from my setup. Partnering this with the built-in Chromecast has made cord-cutting even easier with all of the streaming alternatives (SmartCast 3.0, Apple Airplay).
A concern one might have is the noticeable ‘bulkiness’ of the TV from a side-view. I would assume this is to be expected with the small bezels, 4k display, 75” size, and slew of features the TV has under the hood. However even with this bulkier size, the TV only weighs in at about 75~lbs with the stand, and 74~lbs without the stand. This is significantly lighter than most 4k 75” TVs on the market now.
Overall setup of the TV was a lot easier than expected. On initial bootup, the TV will put you through the automated setup to connect to things such as WiFi, devices, etc. Responsiveness was considerably better than what I have experienced with other SmartTVs. Usually inputs take a few seconds to register, but my initial setup went through seamless. One of the benefits of this TV is also the support for dual-band WiFI - meaning it can connect to both a 2.4GHz or 5GHz channel. Once I was done with the setup, I began fiddling with the preset colors to see which best suited day-to-day viewings without having to flip back and forth and ultimately decided on the Movie template. For a preset template and not adjusting at all, the colors and imagery were absolutely amazing.
In real world application, the Vizio P759-G1 lives up to its predecessors as one of the top TVs for gaming. Coming from a background full of fast paced games, low input lag, and relatively no ghosting… I had to of course test it with this TV. From racing games, to First-Person-Shooters, all the way to immersive open-world games - this TV kept up with its beautiful colors and little-to-none ghosting and input lag.
In conclusion, if you’re in the market for a 4K TV, I would look no further than Vizio’s P-Series Quantum TV. The P759-G1 brings in two beautiful worlds: sleekness and performance. With the amount of features this TV brings to the table while still keeping performance at its utmost core, this TV as a 4K 75” behemoth is unrivaled in the market right now.

The Nextbase 422GW Dash Cam, a small footprint on your windshield. But don’t be fooled... It has excellent image quality and is built with quality material to give it that premium feel/look.
With the 422GW Dash Cam by Nextbase, you are equipped with an IPS touchscreen that is pretty responsive to the touch and as a plus it looks good as well. When it comes to the touch screen, you pretty much have all your options where you need them so it’s readily accessible and user friendly. I did encounter a weird issue where the touch screen stopped responding to my touch and then the dash cam rebooted; this only happened once. There’s also several different ports/button to keep a note of such as power/reset, HDMI and microUSB. The power button is pretty much self explanatory while the reset button acts as a “factory reset” button. The HDMI port gives you the ability to plug it into a TV/monitor (for projection of your clips) as well as other units that Nextbase has to offer. The microUSB gives you the ability to plug it into a PC if you decide you want to transfer footage, do firmware updates, or simply if you want to plug in the microUSB instead of the 12-24V car power adapter. You also have the ability to transfer footage if you simply eject the microSD from your dash cam and insert it into your PC (given you have that ability on your PC). Also just as a side note, Nextbase doesn’t include a microSD card so make sure you buy one to expand the memory capability (128GB).
I’m not going to dive into installation because in my honest opinion, it was super easy to install and you essentially have 2 “methods” to choose from (suction cup or sticky pad). So it ultimately depends on which option you want to go with (I went with the suction cup method). I personally didn't have any problems installing the actual dash cam in my car. What I did encounter were issues with the MyNextbase app for my iPhone. It had trouble communicating together and I also ran into an issue updating the firmware through the app for a solid 45 minutes which was a little bit frustrating. I even tried to delete the app, unpair it from my phone, and I even ended up resetting the dash cam itself… I finally got the firmware to update by downloading MyNextbase Player on my PC and completing the firmware update this way instead.
I really like the features of the 422GW Dash Cam by Nextbase as well. Parking Protection is pretty spot on and I didn’t run into any issues using the feature. You can select different sensitivity settings but I personally felt like the normal/medium worked the best for me. What Parking Protection does is that if someone taps your car in the front while reversing, the dash cam will trigger and capture the footage. Along with the Parking Protection feature, you also get an Emergency SOS feature. Basically if you get into a car accident, the Emergency SOS feature will trigger and EMS (Emergency Medical Services) will be contacted. It doesn’t stop here with the features, you also get Amazon Alexa. Basically the thing(s) you normally do with Amazon Alexa you can do with your 422GW Dash Cam as it has built in Amazon Alexa.
When it comes down to the performance of the 422GW Dash Cam by Nextbase, I am thoroughly impressed. With the footage that I was able to catch on my daily (day) commute, it was perfectly clear to make out the make/model and color of the vehicles around me. If you’re wondering if the 422GW Dash Cam can get the license plates around you as well; let me just say that there’s no need for wondering here. My only complaint that I have is when it comes down to footage at night. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still relatively clear in case of an emergency… But I personally feel like the quality is a bit grainy.
In conclusion, all in all, I am pretty impressed with the 422GW Dash Cam by Nextbase. It’s a fantastic dash cam that can record with clarity, has some stellar features and has a small enough footprint to not be obnoxious on your windshield. If you run into issues with the MyNextbase app like I did, I’d recommend going the route of the software which is MyNextbase Player. My only recommendation here is that Nextbase fine-tune their MyNextbase app (resolve any issues/bugs that users encounter). That being said, if you’re someone that is currently in the market for a dash cam for either your daily commute or you actually need it for something like Lyft and Uber; I wouldn’t hesitate to consider the 422GW Dash Cam by Nextbase.

When spills happen, the Braava jet m6 robot is always on call~ready to head to the spot and take them on. Just say to Google Assistant or Alexa, ~Have Braava mop in front of the kitchen counter~, and it heads out and gets to work. Always learning your home and your cleaning habits, it can offer customized schedules that work around your life~even suggesting extra cleanings during pollen season. Have you heard of the famous Roomba or the Braava? You’re probably going to answer yes. Well the company behind the Roombas and Braava which is iRobot has released a new and improved wet mop called the Braava Jet m6. From what I know, iRobot is also releasing a new robot vacuum (Roomba s9+) as well that can be linked up to the Braava m6. Basically, instead of you or someone you know slaving around with vacuuming and then mopping; the paired up iRobots will do the cleaning for you with some tinkering on the mobile app. What this means is… No more having to vacuum and then mop. The Roomba s9+ will do the vacuuming for you and then the Braava m6 will do the mopping for you. Beautiful!
iRobot has made significant improvements and has added intelligent mapping to the Braava m6. So you’re probably wondering what does that even mean? Well, it means that the m6 can now clean automatically and clean multiple rooms within your vicinity. With improved navigation and a charging dock, the Braava m6 knows when it’s time to go home and charge up for its next cleaning session. Once you utilize the m6 on a couple cleaning jobs, it’ll basically map out your home and you can then customize it on which room(s) to clean. On top of that, the m6 houses a bigger water tank and to top that off… Button to eject used up pads into the trash! Who wouldn’t enjoy these new features and upgrades?
During my usage with the Braava m6, I was honestly impressed. It is super simple to set up and it’s pretty much effortless.You can either equip the m6 with wet or dry cleaning pads and add solution so that it can utilize the Precision Jet Spray to put some solution on your floor before the m6 mops it up. So basically once you fill up the tank and choose which pad you want to use, it’s pretty much ready to be used (depending on if you want it to “mop” or “dust”). The best part is, the m6 is intelligent enough to detect more dirtier messes that are on your floor and it’ll spend additional time cleaning that mess up for you. This is perfect if you have kids or pets! As I mentioned above, once the m6 has cleaned your floors for you; you just need to click the button to pop the dirty pads into the trash. Brilliant!
In conclusion, I am surprisingly impressed with the new and improved Braava m6. I own robot vacuums and they typically do a decent job with cleaning your carpeted areas. But now I have an intelligent wet mop robot that does a pretty great job cleaning my hardwood floors. If I had the extra money, I’d definitely recommend pairing it up with the new Roomba s9+ so that the m6 can work together with it to ensure less work for you in regards to cleaning your home. The LG 27UL600-W, the successor to the widely popular and reviewed 27UK series by LG. The main question that everyone has is… Is it good and is it worth upgrading? Let’s dive right in and see how the LG 27UL600 performs. Keep in mind, the difference between the LG 27UL600 and the 27UL650 is mainly the stand. Here we go!
Right off the bat, comparing my LG 27UL600 to my friends LG 27UK750 is practically identical. The build quality is definitely nice on these LG monitors so if you have/liked the UK series, you shouldn’t be disappointed in the UL series. As far as connectivity options, the UL and UK series is practically the same; the only difference is that the UL has a DisplayPort 1.4 while the UK has a DisplayPort of 1.2.
This is probably the part you want to read the most, performance!
Before I explain any comparisons between the LG UL and LG UK, I have to say that the LG 27UL600-W on its own is a very good monitor. As far as picture quality goes, it’s definitely nice and I have no complaints when it comes down to viewing angles,color accuracy, or crispness. The monitor itself has really good SDR brightness while HDR is mediocre at best due to the lack of wide color range and low peak brightness. So my complaint is with the HDR. There’s really no benefit here on this monitor and it may even be worse if your monitor is in a dark or poorly lit environment; blacks appear gray. I tested this by playing movies, YouTube and playing games. With HDR enabled, it was honestly not that pleasing… So I would HIGHLY recommend you leaving it on SDR as opposed to HDR.
Comparing the UK series with the UL series, the performance is very similar. Brightness for my particular UL600 is on point while the colors are accurate. When it comes down to Vesa DisplayHDR 400, I don’t notice much of a difference when compared to HDR 10. One particular feature that I noticed that the UL series has over the UK series is a custom color mode. On my friends LG UK monitor, there’s basically preset options only. This is definitely a plus for those that want to customize their colors as opposed to going with manufacture presets. When it comes to utilizing the Freesync/Gsync option on the monitor, I didn’t have any problems enabling it for my 2080. Make sure to set your monitor to Freesync Extended Mode. Although the UL series monitor is limited to 60hz, I still like enabling the Freesync/Gsync option so that I don’t experience any screen tearing. If you notice any screen tearing for whatever reason after enabling, make sure to enable VSync in your Nvidia control panel. During my gameplay sessions of BV5 and other various games, I didn’t notice any screen tearing or input lag which is definitely a plus. I was honestly wowed when it comes down to the performance for the LG - 27UL600 while gaming.
Overall, I have to say that although I am impressed because I don’t have the LG UK monitor that my friend has; I wouldn’t jump to purchase the LG UL monitor if you have the LG UK monitor. Reason being, I feel like both monitors are very similar and the UL is just a refresh of the UK. BUT! If you’re looking for an excellent SDR monitor that has HDR support (although a bit lacking IMO), 4K, produces accurate colors, supports wide viewing angles and is from a reputable brand that can perform; I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase the LG 27UL600-W. So it ultimately depends on what you currently have and if you want the upgrade. But at the end on terms of just the LG - 27UL600, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others that are on a search for a new monitor.

Professional gamer? Harcore gamer? If you answered yes then the Turtle Beach Elite Pro 2 gaming headset is for you. My first impressions of the headset is that Turtle Beach has done an excellent job on the packaging and presentation of the headset.
On to the design and build quality of the Turtle Beach Elite Pro 2 Wired Gaming Headset. Turtle Beach has decided to be a bit more “subtle” when it comes to their design. I like the fact that the headset itself has been stripped of all buttons and knobs. Instead, you’ll find the volume control knob on the SuperAmp. Speaking of the SuperAmp, you can also control all your output through your phone (Turtle Beach Audio Hub). This is due to the fact that the SuperAmp is supported by Bluetooth. I like the magnetic mechanism that Turtle Beach went with for the ear cups. Turtle Beach made it so that it’s extremely easy to pull off if that is your intention yet sturdy enough so that it doesn’t come off easily by mistake. The ear cups also have some really nice cushion as they are memory foam infused with cooling gel for those long hard gaming sessions. When it comes to comfortability, I have to say that the Turtle Beach Elite Pro 2 is just perfect. I love the ProSpecs Glasses Relief System that Turtle Beach is marketing. I wear glasses and I must say, I had NO issues at all with discomfort with the headset squeezing the side of my ears and head. The only issue I have when it comes to memory foam cushions is that they don’t provide full noise cancellation. But it’s sort of a thing you have to give up in order to have high comfortability which in my books it's fine.
Now onto the performance… I am honestly thoroughly impressed. The Turtle Beach Elite Pro 2 is equipped with 50mm drivers. If you’re the type of individual that likes “lifelike/full” sounds, you will not be disappointed with the Elite Pro 2. If you’re the type of hardcore/professional gamer that needs DTS Headphone:X 7.1 surround sound to hear where the gunfire or footsteps are coming from, you’re covered with the Elite Pro 2. What this all basically means is you have full sound through the mid and high ranges. The low range provides just enough “oomph” without actually rattling your brain. Don’t forget that a lot of settings can be fine-tuned in the Turtle Beach Audio Hub. The microphone itself does what it’s supposed to do. The microphone picks up clear audio that you are trying to output to your teammates and it does a pretty decent job with not picking up your surrounding sounds. The problem I found with performance is in regards to the mic and only the mic. Although the mic projects my voice clear, my experience seemed a bit “muted” if you get what I mean. During my gaming session, my teammates were telling me that my mic made my voice project “small”. So although my voice was clear, it wasn’t always necessarily loud enough.
Overall, I have to say that I am quite impressed with the Turtle Beach Elite Pro 2 Wired Gaming Headset. I didn’t encounter any discomfort during my long gaming sessions. Audio was always on point and excellent so I don’t have any complaints there. My only complaint I had is with the microphone itself. If your a hardcore or professional gamer that loves comfort and beautiful audio while staying tapped in to your phone, I’d highly recommend the Turtle Beach - Elite Pro 2 Wired Gaming Headset with Elite SuperAmp Bluetooth Audio Controller.

Hello Raymon, not at all. The Google Home app is free to download. All you need is to plug this thing in to an outlet and download the Google Home app.

Will you be able to take a phone call on this? I.e., do the mics function as a phone mic?
Hello Jordan, as of current no. You can't make phone calls either. When you try and tell Google Home to do anything that has to do with phone calls currently, it says it can't do that right now. So maybe Google will release that feature in the future? Not sure though...

Hello CRC, no it does not need to be set up with your cell phone provider. All you need is a compatible device and a way to download the Google Home APP to set it up.
