Great Presentation Projector

The EPSON - EX5260 Wireless XGA 3LCD Projector is an amazing presentation and office projector. It took less than 5-10 minutes to initially setup and comes with a nice carrying case to store everything you need to bring with you. I set this bad boy up for my manager monthly meeting and needless to say my District manager was very impressed. The text was much crisper than the projector we've used at past meetings. Pictures were bright, crisp and clear and I was able to transition between slides on powerpoint easily and fluidly. The projector itself runs fairly cool and is easy to break down once the presentation is over. I really am a big fan of this projector and will be using it in the future for more meetings.

Great Router For Gaming

The Linksys - WRT32X AC3200 Dual-Band Wi-Fi Gaming Router is an amazing router if you're a big gamer. The Killer Prioritization Engine REALLY works as advertised and reduced my ping by over 50%. The packaging and presentation of the router was superb. It came in a nice box with slick packaging. An easy to setup guide and 4 antennas. I live in a 2 story house and this router easily was able to power my wireless Xbox one in the family room downstairs. The prioritization engine allows me to prioritize the devices I use the most and give me an uninterrupted speed that i've previously never gotten with other routers. We constantly play online games and the one game where I really noticed a difference was NBA 2k. Normally that game is unplayable online, but after installing the new router its smooth as silk. I actually feel like I have an unfair advantage at this point! But kudos to Linksys on making a fabulous router. I definitely recommend this to someone who is looking for an edge in the online gaming arena!

Great little Wireless Speaker

The Bose Soundlink Micro Bluetooth speaker is a great value at just under $100 dollars. I've had a few bluetooth speakers it's by far the best sounding one I've owned for this price range. The only gripe I have is, after having their new soundlink round wireless speaker and seeing what a circular speaker brings to the table in terms of filling the whole room with sound, it's hard to ignore the difference. But the difference between the two are 300 to $100 so a drop it sound quality is expected. The battery life is decent and the weight is good. The speaker itself feels solid and robust and fits in the palm of your hand. I can easily seeing taking this to the beach or anywhere where we want portable music and not worrying about it. It has a nice magnetic attachment on the back to hook it to certain things to project the sound. The only other gripe I have is they decided to use this matte finish again which I've found tends to get a little smudged over time and show fingerprints no matter if you try to clean it. But for under $100 dollars I don't think you can find a better wireless speaker. Bose always brings a quality product.

Great and versatile wireless vacuum

The Shark Ion Flex 2x Duo Clean is probably one of the most impressive wireless vacuums i've ever seen. Shark has really done a great job of making this a very versatile product but also packing alot of punch into something that runs off lithium batteries.
The initial unboxing and assembly was very straight forward. I love that it came with 2 batteries so if you have a tough job you have a backup. I must note though for all the jobs I used around the house I only needed the one battery for everything, so that's a plus! The vacuum also came with lots of different attachments that can be used for the smaller handheld version.
Which brings me to the versatility of this product. Shark has designed the product to be able to be used as a regular vacuum and a hand vac. I never realized how much I would use the hand vac, but I'm using it for quite a few things around the house. Including cleaning out the car. The attachments allow it to clean blinds and hard to reach places with ease. Another really cool feature of the vacuum is the flexibility. The vacuum hinges at the middle which allows you to be standing but easily reach 3-4 under a bed without even having to get down on your knees. Its super simple and once you see how it works you wonder why they haven't done this before! The vacuum also has different power and floor settings as well. It functions just as good on carpet as it does on tile and its a breeze to use on the stairs!
All in all I would really recommend this product to anyone. I have owned Dyson in the past and this vacuum holds up to Dyson's handheld and wireless vacuums and its a 2 in 1 product. It's a no brainer!

Great little printer for the money

The HP Envy photo is a solid entry level photo/bluetooth printer. The picture quality is more than an acceptable for a printer under $200 dollars. It connects to my wifi and bluetooth with ease and allows printing from my ipad/iphone and computers. The setup was simple and easy and only took a few minutes. I'm usually more of a laser printer style person because of the cost of ink for these type of printers. But this does the job in a lot of different area! I recommend this printer to anyone looking for a solid entry level photo printer with wireless capabilities.

Great Camera with small room for improvement

The Logitech Circle is a great little camera for home video streaming. The installation was probably one of the easiest I've ever encountered for an electronic device. I had it up and running in under 5 minutes from start to finish. I wanted the camera because my dog tends to get into things when I leave. She'll eat my shoes or get something off the table so I wanted to be able to observe her and she what she actually does. What's cool about the camera is it will send you notifications to your phone when certain activity is detected. So sometimes I've been able to watch her in the act. It's very funny. You can change what type of alerts you want in the App which I find handy as well. There is also a playback feature with bubbles of the time that shows the different activity detected. So it can easily be accessed. I also think the nightvision is pretty cool for such an inexpensive camera. I feel more comfortable now even knowing my house is "secure". Almost like a smart home, I can check on the downstairs from the comfort of my bed if I wanted to do so.
The only thing that really concerns me is the hackability of the feed itself. Since I am looking at it over Wifi it makes me wonder if someone can easily hack into it or if logitech itself is even monitoring. I don't think anyone really wants to see what's going on in our family room 24/7 but it is something to think about. For now I tend to keep the camera off at night and leave it on during the day to watch the dog.

The only thing I haven't found to work as advertised is the talk feature. I tried talking to my roommate today through it to let him know I was on the way home and he said all he heard was a few small sounds, but had no idea what I said. So there is definitely improvement in the talk feature and the only reason it's not getting 5 stars.
All in all I would recommend the camera for someone looking for a simple and easy to use camera for home monitoring.

A beast of a laptop!!!

I absolutely love the new HP Omen 17" laptop. Let me preface this review by saying I have exclusively used Apple computers for the last 5-6 years. I used to be really well versed in Windows and have built my own computers before. With that being said i think HP hit a homerun with their OMEN 17" laptop. It is a solid, well crafted laptop with small intricate details that the company has obviously taken great care in building.
The HP Omen is a beast. It has the new 7th generation core I7 processor and 12 gb of DDR ram. It hums along with anything you throw at it. I did a benchmark test and this computer finished in the top 20 of all models tested straight out the box! It boasts a 4k resolution screen. I've played many rounds of overwatch using an xbox one controller and it is buttery smooth. Really impressed by the graphical difference between PC and Console gaming. I knew there was a difference, but seeing it yourself on a gaming laptop really lets its shine.
I really enjoy all the USB ports and the HDMI. The speakers are really well done as well and the backlit keyboard is really handy. I like that the keyboard is spaced correctly and its full size. Sometimes with laptops I feel like the keyboard is scrunched and it makes it awkward to type. Also really enjoy all the presets and buttons you can customize on the side of the keyboard. Nice tough. The battery life is good on the laptop as well. The only Con I could say would have to be the weight. It is heavy for a laptop. But that's because there is a lot under the hood, Full size graphics card and a lot of power. And all of that stays relatively cool the entire time I've used it.

There are 3 main things I look for in a good pair of bluetooth headphones.
1. Do they sound good and does the bluetooth function well with little to no drops in signal?
2. Does the battery life hold up over a long period of time?

The JBL Everest hits a homerun on the 1st 2 questions but ultimately the comfort and fit level keeps it from being a 5 star pair of headphones.
1. Sound quality: I think the JBL's are a great sounding pair of headphones. The bass is solid and robust, the highs are clear and not washed out and music sounds really crisp and clear. I was really surprised by how well these headphones actually perform. I haven't had a pair of JBL anything in a long time, so it's good to see them putting out a quality product. I think these headphones easily stand up to beats headphones in the same price range. The bluetooth is very consistent as well. I had a range of about 20-30 ft away from my iphone and it still worked just fine.
2. The battery life on the JBl everest's are very solid. It says 20 hours advertised on the box, and I got roughly that after my first charge. I wore them all day for two days straight and by the end of the 2nd day they needed to be charged. It also comes with a nice carrying case and a bright orange charging cable that you would be hard pressed to lose.
3. This is where the JBL ultimately stumbles. Don't get me wrong, they're comfortable and I enjoy listening to them. But I prefer headphones that wrap around your ear instead of laying on them. The padding squishes on my ears and makes them hot after a while which I ultimately either have to adjust or just remove them altogether. I don't have this problem with my Bose noise cancelling and it's one of the main reasons I normally stay away from anything other than those types. Also, to be honest, the headphones look a little goofy on your head. The padding makes them stick out and they aren't nearly as slick or stylish as other brands. But that's a small gripe.
If you want good quality bluetooth headphones at an affordable price I definitely recommend the JBL everest. They have solid battery life, good bluetooth range, and quality sound. Great bang for your buck!

I always try to keep an open mind when newer companies enter an already crowded marketplace. My thinking is that they must feel they have a compelling product that could stand up against the Beats and the Bose of the world. The Jlab Epic 2's are an "attempt" to compete with in the bluetooth wireless headset market, but ultimately the product underwhelms in many different areas. First off I have to discuss the packaging. Even after I sliced the pieces of tape I found the initial opening of the product to be clunky and cumbersome. You should have a good experience opening up a product for the first time and the Jlab's experience was not positive. I workout 5-6 times a week and I wear a lot of different headphones, and I for the life of me could not figure out how to get these initially inserted in my ear. Once I opened the manual and saw exactly how to turn them I finally got them in, and then even then they were not comfortable They need to go back to the drawing board on packaging. The wire is stringy and can be molded around your ear but I felt like the headphones were buried deep in my ear canal, and after about 20 minutes or so my ears were irritated. Also they seem to be worn around your ears, so the wire naturally goes behind my head, but that's where all the controls are. I mean luckily you can adjust volume on your phone, but still. All of this could be overlooked if the sound quality was over the top, but to me the headphones are flat and tinny. Compared to the powerbeats wireless 3 or bose they just don't stack up. The battery life is acceptable, but if you don't even want to wear the headphones because they're uncomfortable what's the point. I wish that I had a better overall experience with the jlabs, but overall they're a miss. For the amount of money you're spending I wouldn't recommend these headphones until they get into the 50 dollar range.

This little guy has become my favorite new gadget in the house. I'm not really sure why I waited so long to enter the automated home vacuum space, but I'm so glad I did. The POWERbot R7040 is a very impressive piece of machinery. It can find its way out of tricky situations, follows its own path very well, and picks up ALOT of dust and dog hair. My floors used to be steadily covered in dog hair but now with this thing sweeping consistently, my floors are looking and feeling great! It finds its charging station on its own and once it recharges it heads back out to do more work. The only downside I would say to the product is the noise. It is fairly loud, but not louder than a normal vacuum. But you definitely know when it's running. I haven't had a ton of time to tinker with it, but I'm curious to see if it can be programmed to run at night while sleeping. The dog loves it too because it's a moving toy. She barks at it whenever it comes to life from its sleep mode. So far I am very happy with it and would definitely recommend it to everyone I know. I never knew I would enjoy it so much, but I really love having one.

By now everyone knows about the commuter and defender otterbox series. The otterbox has recently gotten sleeker, shedding alot of the extra bulk from previous generations, so I decided to go with this model for my Iphone 6. It fits the phone nicely, the only gripe I have with the case is there is a little bit of wiggle room at the top kind of like a gap between the hard and soft plastic. I'm not sure if this is true to all the commuters, I may go back tomorrow and try and find another commuter that might fit better.

Opted for the Symmetry

After having this case for almost a week now and the gap between the plastic not going away I decided to go check out the symmetry series. Although it doesn't have the screen protector, and the hole for the Apple logo on the back, I actually feel like the symmetry is sturdier and sleeker than the commuter.
On a side note I spoke with Otterbox about the commuter to see if maybe the case wasn't supposed to have the gap and it was a manufacturing issue. She said they had more than a few reports about it, and that they are looking into whether or not they need to make a change or whether it was a certain supplier that had the error. She told me to hold onto my case and check back in a few months and that if they made any adjustments they would gladly replace it for free. So worst case scenario you buy the case, it has a slight droop in it for a few months while you wait for Otterbox to perfect the case and then you call in and get a replacement for free because they already know about the issue.

Yes it can support up to 5. But with 3 you can cover a 6000sq ft house. So unless you live in a huge house you don't really need more than 3.
