This is what most people would call a cheap card. It may be that but it gets the job done.
I have a tritton pro+ headset with the tritton ax pro's analog adapter (same plug) and it uses usb for power and I HIGHLY suggest an external USB adapter from a phone charger to prevent the grounds being common and making a loud buzzing sound.

I got two of these for areas where a normal USB stick wouldn't fit.
If you reformat the drive it will get rid of the useless vault software on the drive. If you want to use it later, copy everything off of the drive to your computer in a folder and you can put it back on if you want the vault again.

It works as advertised and does have a 3.5mm jack (acts the same as the stereo headset adapter), but it is not comfortable in my opinion. I do have large hands, though.
The xbox 360 counterpart feels better but you can't use that on an x1 controller, obviously.

Its really cool. I primarily use it to monitor my stress/heartrate and sleep quality.
The app is great and saves your progress since the beginning and saves it on their site so you never lose it.
Battery life is 3-5 days. Make sure you don't use auto sync in the settings to save battery. It syncs when you open the app.
App needs Bluetooth.
But DON'T get it wet!

If you have a pci express port and the space for it, it will fit and work in any desktop computer case.
For drivers you will want some beta drivers from http://maxedtech.com/asus-xonar-unified-drivers/ to fix the rear channel problem (out of sync) for analog 5.1 speakers as Asus does not make updates for it any more.
Great card, I use Triton pro+ 5.1 with analog adapter. In Lenovo y900 case.
