Yup! There is no apparent limit that I know of but we ordered 6 sets and they all work perfectly.

Free service allows you to record and monitor 5 cameras for 7 days before it overwrites.

I have a large NAS I wouldlike to use to store video instead of their service.

How many cameras?
Will the base station support more than 4 cameras? If so, up to how many max?
Yes - up to 16 if I am not mistaken. You have to pay extra though in terms of the arlo service

Can you set up the cameras at say a vacation home that has no internet connection and moniter it from your home with internet 500 miles away?
we have a vacation home in another state 500 miles away. It has electricity but no internet. we would like to monitor our vacation home while at our house that does have internet.
