How high can this drone go?

Theoretically the drone can travel a distance of thousands of feet from you...but by law..the FAA limits your altitude to 400ft.

Does it still come with the karma grip? It should that's how they sold it before.

It does and it is awesome.

I owen the 3DR Solo, BeBop2, Phantom 3 and 4 (both pros and standard) and the Magic Pro. I also have the Karma and it is amazing! I love it and the accessories that come with it! You cannot go wrong with this!

Can you hook up 2 vr glasses so I can fly with my grandson

There is no way to connect a second set of goggles to this. The VR is actually your phone sitting in Vr Goggles.. there is not an HDMI on this particular controller.

Is there any paper or printer you can use to avoid inkjet printer smudging? Or do you need to use a laser printer which will not print photos?

i know this is an old question but the fact of the matter is, ink jets will run pretty much no matter what. You can use photo paper / glossy paper to print on but at the end of the day, when you do a cost analysis, it is just better to get a color laster printer.
