Not much to this, it's a bracket so you can stack your washer and dryer. Installation was easy and with a little help from a friend, our dryer was lifted on top with no issues. If we ever unstack our set, there should be no scratches because everything is resting on top of the bracket instead of the washer.

The touch really completes the Rift. Using it with just an xbox controller works, but does not really immerse you in the game like VR should. The first time you play Robo Recall (free with the Touch controllers) you will understand the possibilities and excitement surrounding VR.
Be careful of ceiling fans though, I've smacked my knuckles a few times reaching out for something in the VR world and had my ceiling fan remind me that I'm not actually there.

I have owned both a HTC Vive and Oculus rift. In my opinion, the Vive is slightly more comfortably and definitely fits glasses better. The Rift is slightly less comfortable but weighs less and has the added convenience of built in earphones (less cables everywhere than the Vive). The touch controllers are slightly more comfortable than the Vive's. However the vive has a more versatile set up since the touchpads can act as buttons or whatever the software makes them while the Rift will always have control sticks and buttons.
Ultimately, at the current price point it is hard for me to recommend the Vive over the Rift. Feature-wise, they are very equal with each doing some things better than the other. I don't have enough space for room scale VR so that also favors the Rift.

Great fridge for space conscious kitchens

We have a small kitchen but still wanted to have a nice, stainless fridge. Doing research, we only found 3 models, the Whirlpool, an LG, and a Samsung. Of those three, the whirlpool is the only one with a water dispenser in the door. It is great having cold, filtered water ready at any time and also knowing your ice cubes are made from filtered water so they don't add funny flavors to your drinks.
We are very happy with the fridge overall and would recommend it over the LG and Samsung due to parts availability and better features.

My wife and I really like this scale. Having our information automatically uploaded into the Garmin Connect system is a nice feature to help with our goals. It takes the tediousness of data entry out of the equation for your app of choice (assuming it can sync with Garmin's service).
I use different fitness gear and apps that synchronize with Garmin connect. Having my weight updated daily allows them to give more accurate calorie burn rates.
It is a little expensive for what it does, but if you are bought-in to Garmin's suite of watches, apps, fitness gear, etc... then I think it is worth it so it get my conditional recommendation. As a standalone scale, I would probably go for something a little cheaper. The only reason it does not get 5 stars is because of the price of it, I feel like it should be more in the $90-120 range compared to other smart scales.

Great G-sync monitor for the price

This monitor really hits a sweet spot for features and price. Is it the greatest G-sync monitor out there? Nope, but it doesn't cost $700 or more. The difference between my old 60hz monitor and this at 144hz G-sync is amazing for fast paced games like Rocket League and Battlefield.
For general word processing and spreadsheets, the 27 inches of screen real estate is great because you can easily put two full size documents side by side on your screen.
It is a TN panel so the colors are not perfect but it does not affect me that much. I do some minor family/vacation photo-editing but nothing on a semi-pro or professional level. If you are a pro photo/video person, you probably wouldn't be looking at this monitor anyways.
I have had no quality control issues with my monitor. If you read reviews on this one, there are mentions of a few issues but I would not let that keep me from buying this monitor and trying it out at least.

The chromecast audio is great because you can use multiple chromecasts together to get multi-room audio. These work with anything that has an audio in port and are far cheaper than buying multiple Sonos or Bose wireless systems to get the same effect. The major streaming services support chromecast as well so you will not be without your favorite music.

what will this do that my smart phone doesn't already do?
When you bluetooth a smartphone to a speaker, you still get all the audio notifications such as texts and alerts. Chromecast filters the sound going through it to only play the music or streaming service you want. Also, multiple chromecasts can give you multi-room audio whereas your phone can only bluetooth to one system at a time.

Possibly the only way to make it compatible would be to get the bluetooth adapter that Microsoft sells (think it's discontinued). Otherwise there is no way for this to get power, let alone communicate with another tablet that is not a surface.
