It really depends on how many hubs you purchase. Each hub has 2 ethernet ports, one port is reserved for incoming connections and the other is for outgoing connections.
If you purchase a single point, then the short answer is No.
~ In order to connect multiple out devices, you will need to purchase a multiport switch. These are relatively cheap. I linked one for you to consider below.
Basically you will need to connect the out port from the google hub to an in port on the switch, then connect your wired devices to switch.
If you purchase multiple hubs, then you can connect a single device to the out port but depending on how many devices you wish to connect this option will get extremely expensive.
