Who likes to actually do laundry? No one...usually. But with this new Dryer I am actually excited to get it done! We just had this duo installed and couldn't be happier. The price was amazing for what it is and I've been recommending it to friends nonstop. It is extremely quiet and we can even watch TV in the next room with the doors open and barely hear a thing coming out of the laundry room. We haven't used the rack yet but that is a cool feature. Have washed a bunch of bedding successfully, king and queen size, and also the steam function, which I like. Most of all, I LOVE the hand wash feature. I recently used that on a bunch of dry clean only blouses and my husbands work shirts and they came out as if they'd been dry cleaned! The money saved on that feature alone rather than going to a cleaners is totally worth it. I also must say how nice the installation men were, very knowledgeable and took time and precision to unpack the units and load them in. Best Buy even called an hour later to make sure everything went well and was up to our standards. A++++ for service and quality of product.

Disappointing & Had to Return

I was SOOOOO excited to purchase this item. My husband and I just bought our first home and I'm all about being efficient and smart when it comes to everything inside. I had done extensive research between this product and the NEST and felt that the reviews and capabilities of the ecobee were better than the nest. So we buy it and take it home to install, but find out we need to use the power extender. No problem...except for the fact that the extender needs to hook up to our furnace, which is underneath the house in the crawlspace. We looked up hacks to see if there was anyway to bypass this, and the only way would be to install a 24V outlet next to where the thermostat would be. Long story short, either way we'd need an electrician to come out and handle the wiring of the installation, which would cost $150 minimum in addition to the cost of the $250 thermostat. I even called ecobee as they promote having ecobee certified professionals everywhere to handle issues like these, and they didn't have one in the greater portland area. I am super disappointed and will sadly be returning this. I had literally been waiting months to move into our home and get this setup. Such a bummer. I am sure it is a great product but obviously installation is much easier on a newer home, where as ours was built in 1969.

This was a fantastic buy. I'm not one to spend an arm and a leg on something just because it's trendy. After researching good brands that didn't break the bank, I settled on this and am so happy I did. I work out of a home office and purchased this phone set after reading reviews on a few. It works extremely well and has a lot of features. The reception is great, I use the phone outside all the time, and the other end comes in clear and loud. I love the call blocker feature as I get so many solicitors so it's nice to hit the block button when I see them coming through and then never have to hear from them again. The call also has call waiting, call forwarding and is bluetooth ready, although I'll admit I haven't used that feature yet. Overall, great phone that I hope lasts a long time!
