I could never get this to work or boot on my system. This is NOT compatible with UEFI motherboards. Had long conversations with geek squad techs and they eventually gave up themselves. Returned for an evga 660 and instantly worked fine.

I bought some cut rate batteries from an online retailer that cost less but these last twice as long. Are worth the extra money. Bought these a few times already. The wife works from home and uses the phone nonstop and these keep their charge for 8+ hours of constant use when they are new and holding a charge. With the heavy daily use these still last and hold a charge from about 1 1/2 years. I'm sure normal use they would last much much longer.

is accurate,easy to use,and water proof. wish the battery lasted a little longer before recharges. had a jawbone that only lasted for a few months before it died so this seems better quality. you get a fair amount of info from the wristband but you have to pay to upgrade the account to get more detailed info. if you got more detailed info without upgrading and further cost and a longer battery life I would of left a 5 star rating. all in all, it's good. the only real complaint is that certain vibrations in your hands can cause it to go to sleep. it went to sleep on me a few times just by pushing a grocery cart on rough asphalt and that throws off the readings for that day or until you realize it is in sleep mode.

will it monitor sleep apnea symptoms, heart rate.
It will show sleep disturbances or restless sleep which I'm sure is associated with sleep apnea but I'm pretty sure that's about all you will see. It monitors through movement but I think that's it so really won't show anything about heart rate. I know the newer fitbit monitors all that stuff including heart rate because my wife has that one also.
