I've been in the market for a keyboard for my iPad for some time now. I used to have an iPad mini, and I had one of those keyboard cases that I used with it, but I didn't want one of those again. They add too much bulk and make it too difficult to take the iPad out of the case and use it "naked". In my opinion, if you're just going to keep it in a bulky case, then you don't need to spend extra for the thinness of the iPad.
When I found the Keys to Go by Logitech, I was intrigued. Here was a keyboard that was as thin as the type cover for the Surface, but it wasn't part of a case. That meant I could leave it behind when I didn't need it, but it would be easy to carry it with me when I did. Not being part of a case also means that I won't have to buy it again when the next iPad comes out with slightly different dimensions.
That settled the size/weight questions, but what about what really matters for a keyboard--typing? Surprisingly enough, this keyboard is great! It doesn't have the key travel of a full-sized keyboard, but it has a surprising amount of key travel--just enough to give good tactile feedback as you use it. The dedicated iPad keys are very convenient, too. In all, I'm very pleased with this keyboard and glad I chose it.

I've been using an iPad since the iPad2, including a Mini. Most recently, I had an iPad Air, and I began thinking it was time for a new one. While I've enjoyed using the iPads, I didn't have to pay for them, since they were provided by my company. Well, this one would be provided by me. I just couldn't justify the high price tags that Apple's products always have.
Enter the 2017 iPad! Finally, a device with Apple's quality, but a more reasonable price. Sure, they made a few compromises--the screen isn't laminated, and it's not as thin as the latest version of the iPad Air, but I think these are reasonable trade-offs for the price. The compromises they made were very smart, since they didn't skimp on the processor (it has an A9), and they didn't skimp on screen resolution--it has a gorgeous retina screen.
For me, this brought the iPad into the price range where I didn't have to feel guilty for paying too much. It still has an Apple quality build, and the performance is very good. I'm quite pleased with it, and I think I'll be able to get many good years out of it.
If you've been on the fence about buying an iPad, you should go for this one. If you already have an iPad Air current version, you probably don't need this upgrade. And if you need what the iPad Pro offers, then you're already in another category. This is the iPad for the average user, and as such, I think it's great!

This movie has been compared to "Saving Private Ryan". I think I'd say it's better. Character development in this one is better, and Andrew Garfield does an excelled job as Desmond Doss. It's a war movie, so it has its brutal moments, but this is and excellent movie. If you're thinking about it, buy it now!

We've been through so many low-end phones, trying to find a decent phone at a decent price. I'd been looking at the LG phones for a while, and decided to give this one a try. It has a large, great-looking screen, and the stylus feature is wonderful! I got this phone on sale, and I really think it's the best phone at this price point, and maybe even at a much higher price point. So far, I'm loving this phone! The only problem I've had is that it has frozen up on me a couple times and I've had to take the battery out to get it to start again. Other than that, it's been great!

When I first heard about "Creed", I figured that it would just be the next in the Rocky series, which is getting a little long in the tooth. But, I watched it anyway, and was pleasantly surprised! The story is good, and Stallone plays the role of lovable ex-champ perfectly. Michael Jordan does an excellent job as Creed. This looks like the start of a new direction for the franchise, with Creed taking the baton from Rocky. If you are a fan of the Rocky movies, you'll really like this!

Probably the best mouse around

I purchased this mouse at the enthusiastic recommendation of a friend. After using it for a while, I have to agree with his excitement about it. It's got a great shape that fits the hand just right. The scroll wheel is smooth and feels very professional. It also has some unique features that put this mouse ahead of others:
- The scroll wheel can switch to a "free spinning" mode that allows pages to flay past you very quickly.
- There's an additional thumb scroll wheel for scrolling left and right on wide pages
-It has a rechargeable battery that lasts a long time and can be recharged while you use it.
- It can connect using bluetooth or traditional RF
- It can retain settings for 3 different computers, and you can switch between then just by flipping a switch. This means you can have one profile for bluetooth setup, one for the traditional universal receiver on the same computer. If you move the receiver to another computer, I'm not sure why you'd need a third setting, but I suppose it could be for connecting with another device using bluetooth as well. Very cool!
- It has an additional thumb button that can be programmed to work together with gestures (moving the mouse) to do a particular task. I use mine for changing the zoom on web pages.
-It works on just about any surface and moves very smoothly.

I bought this computer about a month ago to replace an older HP laptop whose hard drive had died. I wanted to get an inexpensive laptop, but didn't want to go too cheap. This HP Envy is a great option for a mid-tier computer. Here are my thoughts on it so far:
-Great looking screen!
-AMD processor is very good, especially when it works together with the Radeon graphics for gaming. Not high-end, but does a good job with games like Civilization: Beyond Earth, which is capable of taking advantage of AMD graphics.
-Touchpad is excellent. After the horrible, nearly unusable touchpad that I had on my HP dv6, this one is wonderful.
-Lighted keyboard is a great feature when you're trying to work in a low-light environment.
-1 TB hard drive gives plenty of space, and it's fast, too.
-Very thin and well built--gives a feeling of confidence in its build quality
-Battery life is good (4-5 hours or so), but not outstanding. Still, this is a lot better than the 2 hours I got with my old PC.
-Stays cool, even after hours of usage, and the fan is very quiet.
-2 in 1 options are good to have, but I will pretty much just use it in regular laptop mode.
-Touchscreen is a cool novelty, or a necessity if you use it in tablet mode, but otherwise it's not very useful.
-B & O sound is excellent! Again, such an improvement over the old dv6.
-Numeric keypad is nice to have.

Having a vague idea of the WWII effort to crack the German Enigma machine, I figured this would be interesting, but it surpassed my expectations. As a math geek, I found it fascinating to follow the story of what it took to crack it. The performances are stellar, and Cumberbatch was excellent! The movie is so well done, it's just fun to watch!

Previously, I bought the smaller boxed set that came with a small booklet. I thought that was a good deal at $35, and it was. But then this set went on sale for $50 (I think they closed it out) and it was an even better deal! For fans of this trilogy, there is no better set you can purchase. The art prints are wonderful, and the toy vehicles are a nice touch. Oh yeah, the movies are good too!

Yes, it will operate as a wired mouse that way, but that is really defeating its purpose. Can you use the unified receiver instead? I'm doing that instead of bluetooth, and it works very well.

The monitor comes with a bracket that you can attach to the back of the monitor. This will allow you to attach it to a mount. I'd suggest a full-motion wall mount that has the square center bracket, as this will match up with the bracket on the monitor itself. I don't think the monitor conforms to the VESA standard for mounting brackets, but I'm not sure. I'm not mounting my monitor, so these are just some thoughts after having just setting mine up. I've found it to be quite good. Sometimes it seems to pick up the motion of swaying tree branches. I'm still trying to figure out the optimal sensitivity setting.

I think the clips are about 30 seconds. They do seem to start before motion is detected, which results in complete clips of the action.

Can the floodlight be wired and howlong do the battery last
I'm not sure if there are other models, but mine is wired only. There is no option for it to be battery powered. Given how bright the lights are, and how often they're likely to be tripped, I would think that batteries would go dead pretty often. If you have the choice, hard wire it.
